Because Tickets-On-Sale positions itself as Sponsored & appears several places above the actual Warner Theatre site, I was deceived into thinking I was buying from the ticket service that Warner used. I bought my ticket to the Dec. 8 performance of a Celtic Christmas & was given only the row & no seat #. When i called the Warner Box Office to get the seat #, I learned that I had paid TWICE as much for that row as the Theatre's price. I called Tickets-On-Sale & asked for a refund & could not get one since it had been "confirmed."
At a time in our society when people are hungry for compassion and integrity, you...and other 3rd party ticket-sellers... are intentionally deceiving people. I find that reprehensible.
I will warn everyone in my extensive circle of several hundred people to beware of Sponsored organizations, and especially Tickets-On-Sale.
I couldn't see the seat, only the row. I'd like to know where that is.
I don't care for all the discounts offered at the end.

I haven't received my tickets. And it says I won't receive my tickets until the day before the event. So naturally I am very uneasy about this transaction and keep getting pestered to do a review. How can I review an incomplete transaction?
The purchase was for concert tickets. The purchase was made by another family member without my consent. When i noticed the purchase i called and wanted to cancel it no more than 2 hours after the purchase. Ticketsonsale was not willing to help me at all. Will not be using them in the future because of this, the tickets even if i wanted them were highly over priced and the customer service i recieved was not helpful at all.
The process was great. Easy to set up and tickets were transfered with no hitch.

Everything was overall pretty smooth and painless, the only thing I didn't like was that fact that I purchased 2 tickets and got charged 2 service charges… usually it's not that bad but $50 per service charge… i almost paid more in "service charges" than I did tickets. It was 1 transaction, so there should be 1 "service charge"

Was worried because saw in another forum that this site takes awhile to process tickets resulting in getting scammed, however, recived tickets in under an hour and got into the event smoothly and easy, all for a discounted price!
First time I ever bought tickets and it was easy I was scared I wasn't acc going to get them so I emailed customer service and they answered back very quickly and assured me was rlly smooth and good experience will be buying here again 😜 and you should too
So expensive! It's a shame plays and music is so expensive now because lots of people should be able to see such things at a reasonable price
