Tickets arrived shortly after purchase. Happy with my experience
I was trying to purchase theater tickets immediately prior to an event (Elf at Saenger Theater on 12/5/24). I was surprised and pleased to find two front row tickets for $88 each which I purchased. I received my confirmation email, then claimed the tickets and transferred from the original owner. When I downloaded them and went to the theater to use them, I was told they were not valid tickets. I was unable to use the tickets, and have lost the cost of the tickets and the online fees.
Purchase was super easy and they had the cheapest prices, now I'm just sorry waiting for my tickets to come through hopefully they do or ima blow up
Chaos. I was put on the clock to purchase and did not see where my seats were in the arena. Even now, I have not seen my seat numbers. I have been given a section and Row and number of seats, but no seat numbers. A visual would have been nice.
Was able to pick tickets without any hassle. The tickets though were more expensive on this website I found out compared to others so I do wish I looked elsewhere first
I would like the option to print the tix. Also, I don't like having to wait to get the tickets. Feels very much like an incomplete transaction to me.

Tickets and fees were nearly 4x the price they were from the venue which I was lead to believe my purchase was thru the venue. THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! There aren't any cancellation or refunds available and I spent a ton of money for two tickets and they said sorry about your luck you're stuck with them.
