I received an email asking if I received my "confirmation email" but as of yet I have not received any tickets. I ordered tickets for $365 each and was charged $970! I have no tickets and u sure why I was charged one and a half times for two tickets to The Nutcracker! I feel very much cheated and no one has sent me any tickets or informed me that all is good. All I keep getting is this email asking if I received the confirmation email which has not confirmed anything. They even spelled my name wrong when I gave it correctly. There is no contact information to ask what is going on either. I would not buy from this company, as I still have no tickets and was overcharged! This was a very special Christmas surprise for a mother and daughter and now i am left holding the surprise…….overcharged and no tickets! I am severely upset and plan to pursue legal action if this is not resolved soon.

Received an email indicating that my order went through, but have not received my tickets. It says I will received electronic tickets on April 17th 2025 from the seller. I wish they would send out the electronic tickets sooner. Just worried there may be a glitch in the system and will have difficulties getting the tickets.
It was odd that there were no options to get single tickets, but I've never used them and maybe it was only like that for the show I'm going to see. Same with when selecting the seats, they didn't know how the show will be set up. Idk if that's weird or again, could be totally out of their control so I'm not too sure what to even say. Writing this cause it appears I have to? Which I could be wrong about be it isn't clear.
My grandchild inadvertently hit my phone and completed the purchase before I had a chance to look at the total price and decide whether or not I wanted to purchase. I called customer support immediately and was told there was no recourse

I got tickets to a concert for my boyfriend for Christmas and it was smooth, easy and rather simple. I look forward to buying tickets to more events and building memories with those I love.
