I thought I was buying tickets directly from the venue's site at $132 per ticket. When continuing through their process they don't show a total or itemized breakdown prior to charging your card. The charge on my card was almost $100 more than my anticipated total so I thought there was a mistake. I looked back at my invoice where it provides no information about cost breakdown. When looking for their customer service line I figured out that this was not directly from the venue's site and decided to call where they tell you there are absolutely no refunds, transfers or cancellations. After waiting on hold I finally talked to a representative who emailed me a breakdown of my cost. I'm not sure why this information is not available to the customer prior to purchase as well as with ticket purchase confirmation. $7.50 was for a delivery fee (for electronic tickets?) and the rest was for a "service fee", neither of which are listed prior to ticket purchase. I did anticipate some fees but not nearly $100 on a $132 ticket. Additionally, the ticket confirmation tells you that you don't receive your tickets until 5 days prior to the concert (which is 7 months away). This is something I agreed to when I thought this sale was through the actual venue. Now that I know it is a secondary site, I guess we'll have to wait half a year to find out if this was all a scam. Overall, this site was easy to use but was severely lacking in pricing transparency which is borderline fraudulent behavior for a business. I would not recommend purchasing your tickets from here however, it may be difficult to avoid when their site is presented like the primary market.

Thought we were purchasing tickets directly from Ticketmaster for the concert (site looked exactly like the actual venue site), only to find out post transaction that this was a third-party transaction (where tickets are scalped for much higher prices). No indication of such prior to purchase. Couldn't cancel the transaction and currently can't even access the third-party tickets (problem with transfer). The whole process is so misleading and borders on fraudulent practice IMO. Avoid like the plague! Would give zero stars if possible.

Received tickets day before. Concert was good. When we got to the venue, they wanted to upgrade our seats to fill in empty seats.
I ordered two tickets whose face value was $35 each. The cost of the tickets I bought was listed as $50 each. The website never listed the final cost of the tickets. When I got the receipt, the total cost of the two tickets was $183.17. This is fraud and the company is immoral and deceitful. Do not do business with them.

Fairly easy to book, but some of the subsequent emails are confusing
DO NOT USE! They imitated the seattle symphony site making it look like I was buying through a legit site. They did not disclose the service charge up front which was double the ticket cost. They sent an email saying they would send the tickets later and they could change the seats per their policy. No one answers the phone. The website allows lookup but that is the only place you see a service charge. When I called the symphony box office they apologized and said this happens all the time and they would need full time people just to fight it.

Hornswoggled into paying five times face value for concert tickets for an anniversary gift for my wife has completely ruined the event for us. Thanks guys, you are very clever at what you do therefore five stars.
I was in a rush, saw the poster about small show in Hermosa Beach and didn't find other sales so I bought 2 tickets for about 100$. Next day I was able to buy the tickets for 20$ each directly from the venue site... so looks like I overpaid 60$ for a small show and TicketSales.com is just an aggregator which pulls out every tickets from web and adding it's cosmic unreasonable price (which is bigger than on ticketmaster btw). Oh, and I asked their 'live chat' and even wrote an email about theirs fees and of course nobody wrote me back.

I spent almost 1200.00 for first row tickets to a broadway play. Row AA order said first row on 8-28-23
Play is 9-23-23 in NY for our visit. So today 16 days later I get the tickets by email and they are not correct row. So after a couple hours of live chat, emails, calls, they do not have the tickets I want. What happened to the tickets? They have no idea. They offered me a 150.00 discount. So less than a 10% discount and they gave me a week to find something else.
They claim they will refund me my money but that's not the point now I have to scramble to find another show to go to or other entertainment.Do not use this company as they must have sold my tickets to another at a higher rate or never had them to start with.
Sad. Let's see if they refund my money or I will ah e to make a claim with the credit company. I am going to stick with Stub Hub. Never had a problem

I live in Illinois and bought tickets in February to a Kansas concert in Salt Lake City in late August. I did not realize I was on a secondary website and overpaid dearly for tickets that were not given to me after the purchase. Was buying tickets for Lana Del Ray and thought I was on the direct site. Should have paid more attention as now I am paying for it. Saw seats for $291 and purchased them.
