They try to make you think you're buying tickets from the venue, but it's a reseller site for twice the face value of the tickets. They then refuse to issue a refund once you realize you've been duped.
On applying for my tickets I listed my home computer email in the address portion expecting to get a printed version of the tickets. Had difficulty reaching ticket sales to get my tickets loaded to my smart phone. Was very frustrated with the entire process.

When buying tickets for an event, I picked out row and seats believing I was on the events website. After purchase (over 400.00) I received email from ticketsales telling me my section and seats were not guaranteed, that they would "try" to put me in a similar section. At no time prior to purchase was I informed. Maybe its in very fine print somewhere, I do not know, but it should be in bold print and pop up to let you know you may not/will not get the tickets you purchased. Lastly, I do have proof of purchase, but too much personal info on there to upload to web...no matter how much black out I put on it, it bleeds through.

I chose a row where my friends had tickets. $128 seat with unknown seat number. Expected to see seat choices but instead after another click to use PayPal was charged $744.22 for a different row! Never even got that row or a seat number. Tried repeatedly to get a refund due to selling me something I didn't want or select. No refund no refund is all I got. Then they sent to Ticketmaster a whole different row with a seat number! Not near my friends!

DO NOT USE! They do not clearly list their processing fees prior to purchase. I was not aware of these fees until I received my receipt - they only show the per ticket price. I called immediately to cancel and they shared that they will not cancel any orders - even though mine had just gone through and likely was still pending approval.

I paid for two tickets to an event, The tickets did not arrive, I contacted them six times (all time consuming events) and received no answers, no tickets, just empty assurances. The customer service reps did not get back to me as requested with answers/timelines. The refund takes 5 days to process. I was unable to attend the event.

Bought 2 tickets for $274. I received email confirmation and receipt which stated the amount paid was $373! No mention of additional fees until after purchase. I would never have purchased these tickets if I had known about the fees up front.

I would not purchase from this seller again. They lack transparency in their fees and in their currency. I purchased tickets for an event in my local city in Canada (advertised price approx $140, got invoiced $200, and was charged over $300 on my credit card, siting US conversion? Why would I expect to pay US dollars for an event in my home town in Canada? They refuse to make any adjustments or refunds, despite them not issuing my tickets until nearly 7 months from date of purchase…IF I even receive them 🙄

THIS is a terrible company. Their charge for the orchestra seating through their website is $498.00 and you can get the SAME TICKETS on the website for $30.00! They give 7 minutes to put in all your credit card information and they charge you a HIGH service charge and ALSO an EMAIL Delivery fee. My tickets ended up being about $35.00 MORE than advertised. STAY AWAY! GO TO SIGHT AND PURCHASE THE TICKETS---- THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE MONEY BACK EVEN BEFORE THEY SENT TICKETS.
