Scam, very high hidden fees not disclosed and the final purchase price is not provided until after the purchase is finalized. I had to contact customer service to get a breakdown of the billing. $112 fees charged for 2 x $162 tickets. Hopefully the e-tickets work and I'll never use them again.

Searched for an event at a local venue on Google. Got TicketSales.com instead of the venue. Found the event I wanted and ordered 2 tickets for $83.79.
Later, friends shared that the ticket prices they bought were only $12 each! Sure enough, going to the venue's actual website confirmed this price!
BOY DO I FEEL LIKE A SUCKER... VERY PISSED!
Of course, the tickets are non-refundable. I still haven't received the tickets by email so I don't know if I will actually receive them or not.

The ticket price shown is just for the performance. In the fine print at the very bottom just before you hit charge purchase - "it says ticket price, service and delivery fee" will be charged - but does NOT inform you how much. After you complete the transaction, your confirmation will show you the total price you paid. In my case the 2 tickets were $242, and the fees added was $85.59. Since delivery was by email (which costs zero) that means the service charge is $43 per ticket for a $121 ticket. There are no refunds.

Don't use them. They are a ticket reseller. Ensure that you go to the performance venue to buy tickets. This site try to make you think you are on the authorized site - and you are not - thus getting the hidden fees after you push purchase.

It was an easy process to order and receive my tickets to see home free in Biloxi, Ms.
Kept me waiting on the phone for quite some time. Then when I finally spoke to an agent they let me know there was nothing they could do to assist with cancelling my transaction even though it was within minutes. Absolute scam.
It took me multiple times to pay for my tickets, kept telling me my information didn't match PayPal's information. Both were the same information, I confirmed it. Took 30 minutes to complete this transaction
Horrible company that shows up first on searches when you are looking for any venue. The biggest rip off and will not return or refund your money for any reason. They charged us $60 for local band at local venue. When at the venue, I found out that each ticket was only $15. That is 4X the face value. Place was not sold out. This is not like other 3rd party venues that upcharge because of supply and demand. No integrity. Takes advantage of people without them realizing it.
Unreal. Literally this site is a borderline scam if not an actual scam. Booked tickets for Space Miami and the entry time came through saying 7am entry... I wanted 1am entry which they showed on their site so I contacted them immediately and they offered to look into it and immediately declined to help.
Their website doesn't allow you to select the entry time which is odd because they clearly had inventory of the tickets if they were selling a 1am entry ticket straight after selling me a 7am entry ticket.
They've not even issued me with a ticket yet and they refuse to help or cancel or switch the order... I'd never buy from these con-artists.
Ordered 4 tickets for Christmas concert at $53/piece, total price $212. This was the price at checkout. After submitting payment my final receipt showed a total billing of $1,333.08. I immediately called and was told this was due to service fees which the representative told me were not shown prior to purchase. Fees totaled $1121 for 4 tickets. Not only is this extremely excessive it is fraudulent that these fees are not shown prior to purchase. They would not let me cancel. Extremely upset.

I bought tickets for a local Christmas show. The tickets were listed fir 31 dollars each. I bought 4. There was no warning of extra fees, etc. When my transaction went through I was charged 171.27. I just found the actual theater site. My sister-in-law and I are taking her very young grandchildren. I could have purchased tickets directly on that site in the same area for 64 dollars. Now I am paying almost 3 times that for typing the name of the show and not realizing I was on some scam sight. Who knows if these crazy inflated tickets on email are even legit? I messed up big time! Please make sure to check carefully you are not on their site before you buy!

I was able to place my order online. I received a confirmation email and a few days later I was given a link to download my tickets to my mobile wallet.
Why am I paying $55 in service fees for a ticket I bought through the venue website. Absolute highway robbery and I have no option to cancel my order after realizing this. I bought two concert tickets and was charged a service fee of over $38 per ticket. The service fee was not disclosed until after I had completed the purchase. A reasonable service fee is to be expected because the company must make a profit but the fact that the amount of the service fee is not disclosed until after the transaction is completed is even more egregious. I won't deal with TicketSales.com in the future.

Thought we were purchasing tickets directly from Ticketmaster for the concert (site looked exactly like the actual venue site), only to find out post transaction that this was a third-party transaction (where tickets are scalped for much higher prices). No indication of such prior to purchase. Couldn't cancel the transaction and currently can't even access the third-party tickets (problem with transfer). The whole process is so misleading and borders on fraudulent practice IMO. Avoid like the plague! Would give zero stars if possible.

I recently bought concern tickets at $84.00 but once I clicked to pay the charge was over $200.00 NEVER use this company. I thought this was the actual concert venue and it wasn't and I recommend that no one ever uses this site. Call the venue and get tickets directly I ended up getting charged double and had no detail on the charges.

I haven't received any of the four tickets that I've ordered yet for the Jeff Dunham show for October
We purchased 2 $35 tickets for the cirque show in knoxville, upon completing the order the price with all the fees came out to $311. We were second to last row and couldn't see anything because of a woman wearing horns on her head the whole time. When purchasing our tickets we thought we were getting front row based on the price and the way they showed the seating. Upon speaking to everyone in front of is and behind us they all informed us they all paid $35 per ticket. Even very front row only paid $100 per ticket. There was plenty of open seating at the venue and it was not near sold out. When speaking to a representative we were told they charged "fees" due to it being a sold out venue. Will not let you speak to a supervisor, they are thieves and crooks

I was upset because I pick too many tickets because the number was already in there and it did not ask me to confirm the number. I was in a hurry and I wished it had asked me to be sure before purchase.
I mistakenly thought this site was the venue (late night and ordering from bed!) and bought two tickets to a sold out show. Paid a hefty processing fee, and was worried about the legitimacy of site based on reviews. But after the show was postponed, I got an immediate email saying my tickets were still good for the new date and later it was canceled and got an immediate email that said I could get a full refund and I did. I would definitely use them again.
