I wanted to surprise my child as a birthday gift. Bought 2 tickets at $35 per ticket. No breakdown of charges, felt a small fee would be applied, sure. Wrong! My total came out to $108.53. I'm a single parent already trying to provide when I can, customer service provided no help and assured me there is a breakdown when purchasing. They don't even know their own website! DO NOT USE!

Confusing pricing: tickets said 49.00, marketing said 86.00, final price was over 500.00 for 4 tickets. Cancellation coverage seemed to be optional but then was mandatory.

I selected 2 tickets for a show and placed my order. Final order said 6 tickets for almost $700. I contacted them within minutes and was told it was my error and all sales were final. Terrible system and even worse customer support. I know I only ordered 2 tickets. The biggest block of tickets in the area I was looking was only 4 and I took 2 of them!. Bunch of BS.

Quick and clear transfer of tickets before expected date
I ordered 6 tickets online at the advertised price of $90 per ticket. I had to submit my credit card before reviewing the final price and was shocked to find the total price was $754.31. That is $214 more than six times $90. I understood that I was on a resale site and later saw the regular ticket price was $63. I would gladly accept the $90 per ticket price but don't understand the extra $214 charge plus the fact that it was "hidden" until the purchase cleared.

Ticket price is listed. Once booked it simply asks you to confirm your order. 2 tickets@ $86. Was charged $244 without an itemized list of extra charges only sent after purchase confirmation. Do not buy tickets from this site. Tired calling to cancel 5 minutes after receiving an email with the total cost with no success.

Bought tix - when recd tix stated original price $62.50 each. Between fees and whatever (?) ended up paying $291.06 only to be informed by the venue these tix "may or may not be legit" and I'd have to wait until I show up to find out! Tried to get a refund and got a lot of BS lip service. Company is clearly a legal loophole way for tix scalpers to use. Totally a scam site to run away from - FAST!

I purchased tickets on this site thinking I was purchasing through the venue. It is misleading and I didn't realize that it was a resale ticket. Of course I was shocked to see a service fee of $187 and I called. They told me that indeed the total does show up but only after you've picked a delivery method. I recreated my experience and discovered that it does show up in tiny gray print in a side column. Dodgy stuff here. After seeing all the similar complaints I see others have had the same experience. I won't know for a couple of months if I will even get my tickets which are supposed to come electronically 2 days before the event. It appears some of these tickets are double sold. Nice. Please stay away from this site. I'd like to help others from making the same mistake.

Ordered tickets in January for a late august show and as of august 19th I'm still waiting on tickets. Hoping they'll come since the email to view your order doesn't work. There is no way to lookup your order online and the longest wait to try to talk to someone. This doesn't even begin to address their fees that are about 1/3 the price of a ticket.

BE CAREFULL! This is a scam website! I bought tickets to an event. While the price is $4-6/ticket, this website sells it for $31/ticket. Worst of all, it dose not provide breakdown charges or list the service fee which costs more than $30. I called immediately after the purchase and was told it was non-refundable.
