Everything was great in ordering my tickets, but can't seem to get them into my possession. Could use a little assistance.
Here's my story:
I searched online for the event that I wanted to attend. I opened the first tag that came up and thought that I was on the site hosting the event. I went through the purchasing process, and I ended up paying three times the amount of the ticket due to added hidden fees. As soon as I realized my mistake, I called the company immediately. They told me that my order had already been confirmed by the seller and that because of this, they could not offer a refund. I had literally called them 10 minutes after I placed the order. They did suggest that I could sell my ticket and maybe even make a profit. Not sure how that was supposed to happen when the selling fees are so high. But being that this was my only option, I started the process of selling my ticket. It turns out that only "Premium Members" can sell tickets on that site. Not wanting to pay to become a "Premium Member" I decided to take the financial hit and decided to warn others about this companies criminal procedures. Do not do business with Ticketsales.com and make sure that you are not guided to their site unsuspectingly.

Googled a place I have always purchased tickets from to click on what I thought was them! Only to have paid 3x what they are worth! My friend asked me why I paid so much… then she sent me her receipt! Next time I will triple check the place I buy them from!

They mislead that they are the venue. They never show you a total charge until after you agree "All Sales are Final." Then they tack on a large service charge. By the time you see the total, it's too late to cancel.

No other fees posted anywhere, no clear checkout summary.
Charged roughly $138 ea. (fyi - tax amounts to $8.25)
Managers "unavailable". Unacceptable explanations. Only offered that I should either resell or process through event insurance, as my only options.
Reconsider this merchant unless you ok with being taken advantage of.

I didn't know I was buying from them. It is a site that serves scalpers. So if that's your business you might like them. I couldn't go to show. Ant other place you buy seats makes selling them easy, not here. Would never deal with them again

I bought tickets for a local Christmas show. The tickets were listed fir 31 dollars each. I bought 4. There was no warning of extra fees, etc. When my transaction went through I was charged 171.27. I just found the actual theater site. My sister-in-law and I are taking her very young grandchildren. I could have purchased tickets directly on that site in the same area for 64 dollars. Now I am paying almost 3 times that for typing the name of the show and not realizing I was on some scam sight. Who knows if these crazy inflated tickets on email are even legit? I messed up big time! Please make sure to check carefully you are not on their site before you buy!

My wife bought 13 tickets on this site for a group to a comedy show, just to find out that the face value of the tickets were approximately half the price. We paid nearly $1400 for tickets valued at just over $700 (all fees included). The tickets are not sold out, and the show is nearly 2 weeks away. There was also a strange extra service fee added that only showed up when she looked at her bank statement.
When contacting "customer service", she was not allowed to speak to a manager, but instead, my wife was informed that the manager would say the same thing. Even our bank said they were aware of this company's shady business practices but could not refund us. Now we are stuck with ridiculously overpriced resale tickets for a show that's not in high demand, not nearly sold out. Anytime you're not allowed to speak to a superior, BUYER BEWARE!

Scam, very high hidden fees not disclosed and the final purchase price is not provided until after the purchase is finalized. I had to contact customer service to get a breakdown of the billing. $112 fees charged for 2 x $162 tickets. Hopefully the e-tickets work and I'll never use them again.

DO NOT USE! They imitated the seattle symphony site making it look like I was buying through a legit site. They did not disclose the service charge up front which was double the ticket cost. They sent an email saying they would send the tickets later and they could change the seats per their policy. No one answers the phone. The website allows lookup but that is the only place you see a service charge. When I called the symphony box office they apologized and said this happens all the time and they would need full time people just to fight it.

I thought I was buying 3 tickets for and event total of 389. Ended up getting charged over $1500. Tried to cancel the tickets the next day and was told there are no refunds. Customer service managers do take call? What are they Managing. DON'T buy tickets on this site.

I went to the website of my local theater to purchase two $12 tickets to a film showing. When I clicked on the link BUY TICKETS, somehow, unbeknownst to me, I was connected to this third party site that is a rip off. The charge was $24 per ticket. I saw that amount and assumed that it was for the two tickets. NOWHERE and I mean NOWHERE was there a mention of a service charge or an email charge. I completed the purchase and after the fact, in a confirmation email, I saw that the total purchase for TWO $12 tickets was $70.52. $15.60 "service charge" and $6.95 for "email delivery". I am amazed that this site does not have a zero rating. Such deceptive, duplicitous practices should be stopped. I am 84 years old and have been purchasing tickets online for over 40 years and NEVER has anything like this happened. It is definitely BUYER BEWARE when dealing with sites such as this. The practice of allowing third-party sites to horn in on legitimate venues should be stopped. Oh, and I called the shysters at Ticket sales to complain and the rep told me that they can charge anything they want to. Isn't that nice? That practice should be outlawed too. How do these people sleep at night when a $24 charge turns into $70.52? It is highway robbery. I have contacted my credit card company and am waiting to hear from them about this.

They start with a 10 minute clock, to make you think you need to hurry. Then they burry their, in my case, 35% of fees. $100 on a $272 purchase. Buy those tickets fast, before the clock runs out or someone else gets them. Called them immediately to cancel and they have a no cancellation policy.

Please be careful of this site. They appear to be the venue hosting the event when you do a search. They reserve you a ticket and then go to the real site and purchase one. They then charge you 5 times the real price. I attempted to cancel the order 10 minutes after it was made. I sent five emails and contacted them by the chat line. I then disputed the charge with the bank. Their legalese is apparently airtight. Please be careful.

She used my credit card and was confused when the email, they send with the summary of the ticket prices break down was over what she thought she was paying for the tickets. They absolutely were frustrating to deal with on the phone. With their standard refusal of answers to not refund or allow you to cancel the order. I've spend 7+ hours in dealing with these scammers. I would love some alone time with anyone that works for this company. I really hate scammers and see them for the cancer they are in the world. Even if you're not a Christian, basic human decency should not allow you to work for this company. I hate not being able to control the outcome of a situation, and have strong feelings about what is right and wrong and look at the malevolent actions of people or companies, that practice this. This company is the definition of an parasite and bottom feeding company!

The ticket price shown is just for the performance. In the fine print at the very bottom just before you hit charge purchase - "it says ticket price, service and delivery fee" will be charged - but does NOT inform you how much. After you complete the transaction, your confirmation will show you the total price you paid. In my case the 2 tickets were $242, and the fees added was $85.59. Since delivery was by email (which costs zero) that means the service charge is $43 per ticket for a $121 ticket. There are no refunds.
