At this time until I receive my refund on a cancelled event I consider it a scam!
I consider them a scam seeing as they won't issue refunds for CANCELLED events!
They're a rip off. If these tickets turn out to be bogus when I attend the event, then scam -- and I'll pursue all available remedies, including getting a refund from my credit card company and contacting the New York AG's office.
Their service charges are horrible! It was also confusing, until you booked and saw the total charged. They did not give me an itemized receipt showing the service charges, so PayPal would not help. I just hope the concert doesn't get cancelled, which is a real threat right now. Avoid this website!
Not reputable. I guess I really thought ticket scalping was illegal.
Total scam. Nothing but a bunch of scalpers. Buyer beware.
Do not purchase from them unless you enjoy paying many times the ticket face value and not having the good (ticket) you purchased until right before the event.
Totally a company that, at every turn has the same company line. The non-Custer service has a script they read, just as nauseating as the liberal tv channels that spout their crap
SCAM!
Ticketsales.com sold me PIT Tickets and I received Row 31 tickets.
And not a DAMN thing I can do about it.
BEWARE!
It is a scam for sure. Indecent markups. Hard to get money back. If you call them, they either do not respond or just bump you off reading a script.
Scam! The charges are unreal. They charged me $318 for 2 tickets. I normally buy from TicketMvaster, but their website was down. At TicketMaster the price for the 2 tickets would have been $119.
I will never buy from them again. No refunds for any reason unless cancelled. Rescheduled events are still good in their opinion, so if you can't go on the new date, you have to try and resell, lose money. Read the fine print, I didn't!
