Did not go to my concert there was no one that got canceled next time y'all need that send out emails and hey I'll get people phone calls to take messages to say hey this certain event got to cancel she wants to travel Tuesday hours away or 5 hours away to come to it I got three hours two and a half hours away from where I had to be here tomorrow or Charlotte because the Greensboro that's about two and a half hour ride I got halfway here and find out won't be doing that no more

I have been blocked by Ticket Master for some unknown reason and have not been able to acquire tickets on-line. However, I was successful in purchasing tickets to Saratoga Performing Arts through Ticket Sales to hear James Taylor and was pleased.
I mistakenly thought this site was the venue (late night and ordering from bed!) and bought two tickets to a sold out show. Paid a hefty processing fee, and was worried about the legitimacy of site based on reviews. But after the show was postponed, I got an immediate email saying my tickets were still good for the new date and later it was canceled and got an immediate email that said I could get a full refund and I did. I would definitely use them again.
The experience was ok. I had to cancel my original order the day of the show I was going to and reorder the tickets to the same show I was able to get the refund for the original order but I was not happy about having to cancel it just two hours before the show and have to rebuy tickets
Expect to pay double or triple per ticket price. Both a delivery and service fee were added that seemed unreasonably high.

I am writing this review in hopes that other customers don't make the mistake that I did.
I was so excited to buy tickets for a concert that my 70 year old husband loves. I was told by a friend to get the tickets quickly for this sought after show. The first website that came up was TicketSales.com. Unfortunately, I clicked it not realizing that it was not TicketMaster.com. Very deceptive. I completed my order. Moments later I checked my email, only to find that the ticket price was over twice as much as the TicketMaster price that I expected ($147 vs. $70), and the service charge was over $40 more (95.56 vs. 29.50)! TicketSales website states that "Content owner sets the face value ticket price". How can that be true when TicketSales charges over twice as much as its competitor! Very deceptive!
Right away I looked for a way to cancel the transaction because of the exorbitant prices, and the email I received said that the transaction was pending. There were no options on the website. Within 10 minutes, I called the TicketSales phone number and received the message that they work with customers who are calling about an event on the same day. I was referred to a chat link. I was asked questions by a bot and asked to chat with a service representative. This link came quickly, but I had to type in the same answers that I had just given on the phone call. By the time I got to a live customer service agent, he said it was too late, and they couldn't complete a refund because that was the company policy. He said he respected my concern, but there was nothing he could do. I did not feel respected at all! After much conversation, I realized where this company's loyalty lies. Not with the customer, but with the company policy only. Don't get ripped off like me!

The transaction went smoothly. It was very easy to purchase tickets for the Molly Tuttle concert in Fairfield Connecticut. The tickets were emailed promptly and I was able to print them.
A mistake was made during purchase. We immediately called to fix (within seconds of ordering). The foreign customer sales agent was rude and refused to fix the issue

I wanted to surprise my child as a birthday gift. Bought 2 tickets at $35 per ticket. No breakdown of charges, felt a small fee would be applied, sure. Wrong! My total came out to $108.53. I'm a single parent already trying to provide when I can, customer service provided no help and assured me there is a breakdown when purchasing. They don't even know their own website! DO NOT USE!
