GO, RUN, HIDE... DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. BOUGHT TICKETS 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE, SPENT DOUBLE THE PRICE. NEVER GOT MY TICKETS, HAD TO GET THEM FROM STUB HUB A DAY BEFORE THE SHOW. DO NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT, BUY TICKETS HERE.
Not only did we pay high base prices, but then a 29% surcharge was placed on each ticket. Three $130 tix ended up costing $816.33 after fees. To top things off, they sent a link to claim the e-tickets and it didn't work. They kept saying that we claimed the tix when we hadn't and would NOT refund our money. What was going to be a great Mother's day gift, turned sour. Horrible outfit. Run for the hills.
This company is a scam. Have not received my $400 tickets. Do not buy tickets from them. I am so disappointed in myself for not researching them enough and allowing this to happen. Those who have had positive experiences, I'm happy for you. However the majority of people are not receiving their tickets.
Postponed concert two years in a row. Purchased tickets in 2019 for a 2020 concert that has again been postponed until sometime in 2022.

Horrible. After days of sitting on hold on the phone, live chat and assurances from this company that we would get our tickets prior to the concert Friday night we were not able to get the correct codes for entry in to the Greek Theater. We sat at the box office for over an hour missing part of the show we were there to see and spent a lot of money on only to be told that we could not get in. This is a horrible company and the 100% guarantee means nothing. You will just spend a lot of money and be frustrated if you use them. I recommend going to the box office or Ticketmaster to purchase tickets. Never again!

They told me they wouldn't refund me my money because it was rescheduled. I tried to explain that it was moved 120miles away and they are not letting in anybody to watch game. I sent them this same link i just gave you and still they didn't care

I ordered the tickets 6 months in advanced, noticed the issue, notified ticketsales.com they did nothing, now it is a week away to the concert date and cannot get any answers or updates on what is going on. Never never again in my life, I'm buying the tickets from third parties. The event I paid for $150 was very badly organized. I've spent 50 mins in parking traffic which made me miss 30 mins of the concert. Then I had to pay an additional $25 for the parking which I wasn't aware of. And finally, my friend was not allowed to enter because she had no proof of the vaccination which we weren't aware of in advance as well. The venue was up to issue the refund on the spot and they've emailed all the information in advance. Just because of the fact that I've used ticketsales - I wasn't aware of all the details and subsequently wasn't able to get the service I paid for. And I ended up not getting a refund.
Lessons learned - never use tickets distributors - you're overpaying for nothing and lose a lot of rights as a buyer.
Ticketsales.com charged us $130 for two tickets to what we thought was a Ritt Momney concert. It turned out to be a craft festival that had Ritt Momney play for about 45 minutes. It was $15 dollars to purchase a ticket through the festival at the door. We spent over $100 for no reason and they said that there is no refunding as that is a part of the terms and conditions. Will not use ever again.

This vendor charges double the price for tickets and has no customer support. Not a legit company. Purchase can't be verified through the site and I'm not at all confident that I will actually ever receive the tickets. They pop up quickly when you search for tickets but DON'T BE FOOLED! I had 4 tickets to Usher concert and when I got to the door the box office said the tickets were invalid! I had flown to Vegas, paid for our room, and didn't get to Usher! The tickets were fake! I went on their site and saw the concert tickets I was looking for at a price of $35. I didn't end up booking but went back 3 days later... I was speeding through and saw $115 and that was the price of the 3 tickets... I immediately engaged in the chat to get a refund but they said they can't give that. I then called them to speak with a manager and they too said no refunds. Now listen, I clicked on it - my problem BUT... the tickets are available on 2 other sites for $52.50 CDN each and there are tons of them! I get how scalping goes but how can you charge this fees if there are still lots available? Who would actually willingly click on the button? When I spoke with the guy - he said the ticket price was $82.50 each plus $7 delivery and $71 service charge! $71 for emailing me tickets - when I can pay $10 service charge with ticketmaster.ca. How is this company still in business? Honestly... take this loser's advice and stay clear of them. My final cost is $417 CDN which should have been $180 (and still can be for many of you). Daylight robbery.

On April 11th 2021 I purchased (2) tickets from Ticketsales.com for $876.96 total to see Foreigner with Kansa@ Red Rock Amphlitheater concert on July 21st 2021. So, I learned the concert was cancelled by google online browsing and then attempted to contact ticketsales.com customer services for a refund, which put me on hold for ever, then goes blank, I go to their live chat it tells me to email, I sent emails and they never returned my emails. So, last night I finally (after many, many, many attempt) got a ticketsales.com customer service repersentative on the phone and he tells me that ticketsale.com will not give me a refund! Because I didn't answer their email in 7 days and they want to give me a store credit. I never look at that email account and I do not want strore credit. I do not want to ever do buisness with ticketsales.com. Again. This company stole my money, they are a scam. I want a refund back on my credit card.
