Easy to do, easy to get, all is good, however, the service fee of $175.00 per ticket seems a light excessive.

Are total bull$#*!! The price of the ticket should be the price of the ticket. And to charge more to have something mailed to you, RIDICULOUS

The ticket process was easy to process but service charge is a little high for processing tickets and does not show up until the final page when you pay. Tickets are not available right off so you have to wait for further instructiions or another email to receive your tickets. The site is easy to follow and the tickets itself are not bad pricing.

I ordered my tickets however this is a conformation e mail stating I purchased said tickets but I do not have the actual link on receiving the tickets. If I am putting in a review why would you ask for one now before I have received my actual e-tickets? Hopefully after I write this It will be sent to my e-mail not the day of or before the actual concert date.

Quickest and easiest site to use and tickets were available to download within a few mins. I would highly recommend this site to friends and family.

Service charge is high, but otherwise okay so far. Just hope my etickets turn up on 20th September as suggested in their email!

My husband was trying to surprise me for my birthday with tickets for a football game. He thought this was the official stadium box office. They charged double the face value of the tickets and then charmed us 150.00 in service charges! A 300 % profit!

Service Charges are OUTRAGEOUS! They email the tickets, not much customer service needed to handle that...

The site is well organized and easy to use, nice job. The fees are high for the ticket sales service. Parking is a problem, and the fees, on top of the parking sale, is also very high.

Can't wait. Easy ticket purchase. Waiting patiently for my tickets to arrive.
New to this website hopefully there is no dissatisfaction.
