I may not always find specialty items at Amazon but, if I find what I want, service is quick and delivery, even with free shipping, is reasonably fast,
Order placed 11 days ago finally shipped and delivery is not expected for another 8 days. 20 days for an off the shelf item is unacceptable / unbelievable.
