Y am just one week in NY and decided to to to the game the same day of it, it ess very simple to get the tickets

Easy checkout and maneuvering on site. One is able to choose from many seat locations

Horrible experience and even worse customer service! Do not waste your time or money! Total scams! They do not want to help you and they could care less if they've sold you a fake ticket. Huge scam!

There are too many steps in order to obtain tickets (which I still have not received.) I should be able to buy and immediately receive tickets like every other site allows me to do.

I don't know if I have my tickets yet or what charges have been applied. I hope to hear soon an actual confirmation and be able to print out my tickets.

Site easy to use after making an account but additional fees don't show up till the end and are much more than would expect but by then so tired of going through the process you are willing to pay

This was my first time using this site. I was able to search the open seats to find the seats I wanted. I had to look at stadium map to find where the seats were located which made easy to find the seats I wanted. The ordering process was easy to follow.

Quick & easy way to buy concert tickets. Would be nice if tickets were not so expensive for quality tickets. Also would be appreciated if we didn't always have to give a review to receive all of our information required to receive tickets.

Very easy to navigate but a pain in the butt to get your tickets to download and this is dumb having to write a review just to confirm your ticket

Easy to use only thing don't find out till last page is the booking fees which can be quick steep. But otherwise good site hope get the tickets will find out in december!
