We purchased tickets over a month ago. Our credit card was charged immediately. We still do not have tickets for the tonight's. Event. We called the company twice yesterday and they said they would be delivered yesterday. They called for us to have more patience and to trust their guarantee which we understand to be that if we do not receive them, then they will contact the seller for us. What a guarantee! This simply unscrupulous business practice creates mistrust, which in turn creates logistical nightmares, like if you have to actually travel to the concert without a ticket in your hand. Should we go or not go? It is just simply unfair to buyers to wait till the very last minute (maybe) to receive the tickets that we paid for over a month ago.

I've never purchased tickets outside of Ticket Master and now I know why. Paid $766.47 for 4 Luke Bryan tickets with face value of $65 and should have cost $260 + tax. I'm so disappointed I feel for this scam and don't understand why Tickets Center shelters the identify of secondary marketplace scammers. What a sham!

They are scammers, they charged me triple the amount for the concert tickets and gave me the wrong section I had chosen, I tried many times to have the issue resolved to no avail.
Stay away from this website so you don't get robbed as I did.

They list several review sites and show they have good ratings, however they gigged us for 5 times the face value of the tickets we purchased. The 2 tickets were $90 total, they charged $468!

It appeared from the venue map they showed online that we were getting much better tickets than we actually got when we picked them up at will-call.
The logos on their site made us feel we were purchasing from the venue - come to find out the venue sells through another vendor.

Our bad for not being more careful, but we are passing this warning on to others!

My husband thought he was buying tickets directly from NY City Center for our daughter and grand daughter to see the Flamingo show. Unfortunately, he brought it from these charlatans. My girls were told the e-tickets they held were already checked in. Imagine my daughter's embarrassment. My grand daughter's disappointment. Whoever these $#!&* are, they should be locked up.

I mistakenly purchased tickets through "Tickets-Center.com" thinking it was a venue site. The Spoon concert at Palace Theatre on 4/21/22 had to be postponed and moved to a new venue with general admission only. I purchased reserved balcony seating ($145.00 per ticket) and the new venue tickets were only $39.50 per ticket. They refused to work with me on a credit or partial refund of the difference. They would only cite that their purchase policy doesn't allow refunds.
I have learned my lesson and will still enjoy the show, but I will never use this site again and will actively share my experience using this company.

I would like to preface this review with the following: I am a capitalist! I wanted to take my 6 year old to see a minor league baseball. I purchased two general admission tickets for $77.00. I received my two ticket electronically. The total face value of the two tickets is $20.00. That is a 147% mark-up! I understand the need to cover overhead and turn a profit, but this is sick! According to their website, all sales are final. These Jerks buy huge lots of tickets to various venues and turn around and rape the end consumer. I will take onus of the fact that I failed to do my due diligence and didn't have my legal counsel review the exhausting "Terms & Conditions". So much for the assumption of fair price relative to service. That being said, there is no reason for this sort of predatory behavior, especially not at a minor league baseball game. Regardless of the legality of such practices, this is a morally corrupt model that prices out many working families from enjoying the national pastime! It is entities like Ticket-Center.com that blemish capitalism!

Stay away from these scammers. I got redirected to their site and they make it look like the ticket master site. Tickets were almost three times as much for back row nose bleed seats. I hope this company gets shut down.

I purchased Erykah Badu tickets 2019 couldn't find refund until 2022 & the agents were amazingly helpful!

We finally received our tickets by email two days before the event. When we got to the event, there were people already in our seats who had physical tickets. We paid to sit in the second row and instead had to sit in the upper row of the next session up in some empty seats. Was very disappointed and will not use in the future.

Purchased three tickets for a Toronto Blue Jay spring training game. Purchased a fourth ticket an hour later. Baseball shuts down and game is not played or rescheduled. Their refund policy is ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Received a refund for the one single ticket after disputing it with AMEX. My dispute for the three ticket purchase was denied, because of Tickets-Center ALL SALES ARE FINAL policy. But they weren't all final. I got one ticket's price back. Don't use these people. Very difficult to communicate with and you will get the complete runaround. I'm mad at AMEX too, but this outfit is garbage.

I bought tickets for a concert for May 1st, let's see if I even get them or not. I purchased them on April 8, and I chose electronic transfer. They have already charged my card. I still do not have the tickets. Now they are telling me that I won't get the tickets until like the day before the actual concert. So that means they are selling tickets that they don't even actually have yet. I called them several times, they will not issue a refund. They also refused to let me speak to a supervisor. They better pray that I get these tickets.

I only went through this site because I thought it was the actual genuine direct ticket site, didn't realize it was a re seller.

I ordered 2 tickets online for a Calgary based event (Hockey game) with a Canadian reseller proposing a price in CAD $. The order received mentioned the agreed amount but NO currency was specified. I ended it being charged CAD $216 on my credit card for an agreed price of $ 171, which was clearly understood to be expressed in CAD $. The customer service representative referred me to the General T&Cs of the platform. Not COOL and very MISLEADING

I purchased opening day tickets to an MLB game for $450 as a Christmas gift. The game was canceled because opening day did not occur due to the negotiation breakdowns between MLB and the team. TicketCenter refuses to reimburse me saying they may reschedule. The team confirmed with me in writing that they refunded my specific tickets on March 11 but ticket center continues to refuse to refund me

This website is a scam. If you have already purchased tickets like myself then I am sorry for your loss. Say goodbye to your money, you will not get yout tickets nor will you will be able to talk to someone about it.

Just want to give you all my experience so far. I bought tickets for Jo Koy back in August 2021 for an event/show in April 2022. I bought two tickets from Ticket-Center.com which in total came out to $529.50, without parking included. Had I just gone with AXS.com, Ticketmaster.com, or Seatgeek.com (vendors that Ticket-Center.com goes through to purchase tickets), I would have paid tops $131.00 for two tickets with parking included. I tried to have my tickets canceled back in August of 2021, a day or two after purchasing them but wasn't able to do so. Ticket-Center.com told me they would not refund my tickets or give me credit unless the show was canceled by the promoter - this is the ONLY reason in which Ticket-Center.com will refund you. Funny

Understood why I was upset, as she would be too, but she could not help me out as she needed to follow protocol set by Ticket-
Center.com. The frustrating part of it all is that the
Seats next to me, which are available as I write this review, are valued at $45/ticket - keep in mind these are for nosebleed seats, second to last row from the top of the arena.

I've provided some attachments so you all see that I'm not lying. PLEASE do not make the mistake I made going with Ticket-Center.com

Made the mistake of not going directly to the Venue Website - TicketsCenter tickets were DOUBLE the price and since they allow no refunds, exchanges or cancellations I'm stuck paying 2 times the regular price. Will NEVER use this service again.

They charge double the price of other ticket venders. They definitely will rip you off with no recourse.
