HAD THE SAME RIP OFF TREATMENT AS OTHERS HAVE EXPERIENCED. I CANCELLED THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE $780 for a set of 2 tickets I purchased from the actual site for $375! Do not deal with this site. They said they would email the tickets in 24-48 hours then changed their tune to emailing by midnight the evening before the concert, which is over 2 months away. They immediately charged my card. I would bet that all the glowing reviews are written by their customer service reps who never answer the phone! Don't waste your time calling as you will only get an endless phone message loop and ZERO sign of any human beings! ( or crooks in this case)

Great service. Highly recommend. Quick and easy transfer of tickets. Scared at first but I decided what the hell. No problems use these guys.

The tickets you buy on here are beyond any price you can get tickets for on a normal basis. There is absolutely no customer service and you are basically stuck after the purchase. AVOID THIS SITE.

DO NOT buy tickets from this agency! I gave it 1 star because there was not an option for 0. Worst ticket buying experience I have ever had. $116 up charge for $39 tickets! After realizing this, I attempted to get a refund. Read the fine print, and hopefully you don't need a refund. You won't get one, or find anyone interested enough to help. Horrible!

I bought tickets and wanted close by parking because I have bad knees and can't walk very far. The cost of the parking was so high I assumed it would be very close to the venue, but of course they don't tell you exactly where the parking is until after you pay. After confirmation I learned the parking was nearly a mile away. Downtown Seattle for a late night event near one of the worst spots in the city is not what I was after.
Impossible to reach a live body I ended up spending over an hour trying to work with customer disservice via chat to be told that there was a disclaimer stating that it was not venue parking. I explained the situation and my walking difficulties. The agent just said all sales final and terminated the session.
No attempt at all to resolve the matter.
Never again. I felt robbed and abused. I reported them to BBB. First time I've ever reported a company to BBB.

This is the best team to spend the time with my son. We love the dodgers! We love to see the players make home runs!

Easy and simple to use. Great that the tickets are saved on the phone. Much easier whitout all the paper tickets.
