Purchase was simple, price was reasonable but offers great view of the field! Excited for our first orioles game!

Be careful! They took our money for a concert that was to have happened June 2020. That's right, 2020. It did not happen and they refused to refund the money, saying the concert was just 'delayed'. As of today, which is June 2022, they continue to say it is 'delayed' and continue to refuse to refund the money. Don't make the mistake we did.

Quick simple and linear. First time in a long time I have been this pleased with service. Thank you for making it simple.

My wife purchased tickets for a show next month. She believed she was purchasing from an original seller site. She paid $287 for two tickets that are currently selling for $39.50. When I called the site, less than 2 hours after the purchase, I was told all sales are final. I was also informed that the price of tickets go up and down based on availability. Currently the venue still has about 50% of their tickets unsold. I was also advised that if I feel I paid too much for these tickets I should sell them on social media or another market place
My wife got ripped off and this site accepts ZERO responsibility.

Bought tickets 4 months before event. Traveled hours to get to destination. Couldn't contact anyone because we didn't receive tickets an hour and a half before game time. Do not thinking that this site I legit I purchased at the stadium then they eventually sent tickets 30 minutes before game time. Now no refund no nothing. Use Ticketmaster pay whatever fees, maybe the scalper on the street. Use anything but this trash

Got my tickets fast and easy 1st time ordering on the site and it wasn't hard and received my email that confirmed it

Good experience. Relatively easy to navigate. Only issue is the requirement of a cell phone for event entry. I am used to printing off tickets.

Got tickets delivered fast. No issues at all. Had no problems getting the tickets delivered right to my email.

This is my first time using this and was unaware we had to accept the tickets. What is the reason for receiving tickets this way?

I bought out of state tickets, 2 months in advance, to watch a concert. It was e-ticket that was downloadable per instructions. It came the day of concert, seats were taken and we were denied entry. According to the venue box office, our tickets were resold to another named person. I was glad that there were still 2 available seats for us that I purchased directly from the box office with a new transaction. I tried to call Tickets-Center, and I was given the run-arounds. Finally, I was told that I will fill up a Declaration of Denial of Entry and get a response in 5 business days. This was told to me halfway through the concert? I will charge it to experience, DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS FRAUDULENT ENTITY.
