The website provided a very easily navigated site to both view the options available and proceed with purchase. The whole process took less than five minutes and was intuitive.

It was very easy. Tell them how many tickets you need and you want to be seated together. The seating chart comes and flases where you want tickets with the price and you pick.

The process is quick and seems secure. The confirmation is em multiple times and you need to read all of them so as not to miss anything

Buying online was super fast, easy & convenient…. I highly recommend. This is my 5th ticket this year…. And it's awesome!

Quick and easy to locate seats and pricing. Website is easy to maneuver. You have to remember that your ticks come via email and you must accept them and save them.

The website was very easy to navigate and understand and purchase 4 tickets to take my 2 kids to there first football game live. Great Christmas presents

Do not use. I thought I was on the website buying tickets and found out they charge 3x what they cost.

Predatory practices. Extremely misleading. They resell tickets with huge markups. Never buy from this site. There customer service was horrible.

Do not use this company! They,(the sellers and customer service) have ripped off many people and couldn't care less. I wouldn't recommend anyone to trust or use them for anything.

I bought tickets from them. They have no affiliation to any venue. I could not use my tickets and have no recourse. They refused to give me a refund and offered up several 'policies' to refuse to stand behind their sale to me. NEVER EVER buy tickets from them. I didn't realize that they weren't real ticket sellers associated with the venue. My bad and my loss of money i guess

Zero stars. There are scammers selling tickets on their website and, as per their policy, they will do nothing about it. I purchased a ticket to an event for my daughter. The $150 price was shocking, but I was worried about them selling out, so I bought it in a hurry instead of shopping around. When I told her how much I paid, she immediately knew I was ripped off because the event tickets are only $12! Yes, TWELVE DOLLARS. Tickets-Center will do nothing to help me, fine, but they don't even care to prevent this seller from continued scams - I asked for this specifically. I wonder if this is why they changed their name from Online City Tickets.

Deceptive insofar as they push their app and online marketing to make the consumer think they are a part of TicketMaster. They then sell tickets at 4 to 5 times face value of otherwise available tickets on TicketMaster or other valid ticket providers. All done via app and email and no way to verify whether or not tickets are valid or if you'll ever receive valid or timely tickets. In our case, we never received timely valid tickets and were not able to see the event we paid for in the seats we paid for. Disputed with the credit card company and, of course, TicketsCenter filed the paperwork to cover their side as a "valid sale" and the credit card company could not continue the dispute even though the event hadn't happened and we received no timely valid tickets. Attempted to get a refund after the event and they denied our request even though we had received no timely valid tickets. Filed a complaint with the FTC and others due to their deceptive and, in our case, fraudulent practices. We paid for something that was never provided.

This is my absolute worst experience with an online vendor ever. I mistakenly took TicketsCenter for the official site of NJPAC and bought tickets totaling $671.50. I quickly realized the mistake and called them. They were rude and not willing to refund my money. I have not received my tickets and they refuse to cancel the order. Please do not do business with this terrible terrible terrible company!

I was not using Ticketmaster directly. Tickets-Center is allegedly a go-between/expeditor.

Ordered tickets in February for event Sunday, April 21. No contact until Friday April 19, saying tickets sent, and must be used on cell phone, no physical ticket or email info. No tickets received period. Spent hours on phone trying to resolve. Would not refund payment.
Tomorrow April 20, I will try to get answers from Ticketmaster if possible.

I'm about to write off the almost $300 for tickets, tax, service charges, etc., and call it an expensive lesson learned.

Would give them a MINUS 20 STARS if I could!

We were scammed by this company - the site replicated the ticket vendor for a small venue. We paid $400 for two $59 tickets. It took them 2 months to send the tickets (outside of the normal dispute time frame). AND, they sent tickets for a different section! They will not refund. I asked for their email, they gave me an address that bounced back. They will not provide a physical address. The people you speak with are overseas (I am in the US). We will fight this to the end, if it happened to us, it is happen to so many others including older folks. Their website now knows my location and is showing tickets for hundreds of local events. Report this company to every gov agency you can think of! There is a Facebook page dedicated to these scammers, almost 9,000 complaints on BBB and it does not show all of them. Report report report! Call your state's attorney general! The FTC!

This was a horrible experience. They overcharged us for the tickets by a lot and then the tickets had to be transferred from someone. The person did not transfer all the tickets and instead sent us duplicates of some. When we called them we were told there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend them to anyone!

Charged over $400 for $60 general admission tickets for show when tickets had not even gone on sale. Uses sponsored ad to appear at top of results and appear legit.
FAILED TO EVEN DELIVER TICKETS.

This company's price way exceeds the normal ticket price and fees. They charged me $315 for 2 tickets that were $42 each. I would not use this site. It's highway robbery! I will never use them again and hope others don't make the same mistake and fall into this trap as I did. It is a scam. Deserves 0 stars

They should not be allowed to operate anywhere. The FUTURE. Theyre like worthless lying politicians - see CRIMINALS, who tell you over and over again, until you throw up GOLD that they lap up, what they want you to believe and they do it in a slick, underhanded, up front way, like: you see this knife? Well I'm going to jab it right into you AND it won't hurt at all, right? Do you believe me? I'm telling you the TRUTH!
Their Future is that many States Attorney Generals will bring them down, soon!

Don't be fooled and purchase anything. RUN! Be aware!
