Called to purchase tickets to a show at the Kennedy Center. Person helping seemed fine. Completed the sale and applied the $100 TicketNetwork gift certificate that we had. Told us we would be able to download tickets shortly. But when I tried to download the tickets, instead I saw a letter saying that because of a TicketNetwork error they could not deliver the tickets. I called to find out what happened, but the representative didn't know. My credit card has been charged, and I was told that my card would be reimbursed, but it hasn't happened yet. No one seemed apologetic, and there was no effort to make amends. Instead, I was offered tickets that were $100 higher for the pair. Needless to say, I'm not pleased.
The show was amazing! Fantastic experience. Our seats were GREAT. The agent I spoke with when ordering was very helpful with that. I will think twice about which service to use next time though. The person we carpooled with had tickets in the next section over' pretty much the same as ours if not further back. Not quite as expensive too. She used a different service that mailed her the tickets and they were these nice (almost reflective) plastic tickets. Perfect as a keepsake. All we have are the pieces of paper we printed. Pretty disappointing. Mementos are very important to me.
My husband and I took our grandkids to see Cirque dreams which was a great show. Our seats were fantastic. Will definitely use Ticketnetwork again. Purchasing the tickets and picking them up were both easy. Everyone was helpful and we got a free upgrade in seating. Can't beat that!
The 'convenience fees' were way too expensive, considering we have to print off our own tickets. I'm not sure how you justifiy around $50 in fees.

Do not buy from this site! They charged me $200 in some "service fee" that was never disclosed. I called back and was on hold for 45 minutes only to get a super rude agent. They told me that a Manger wasn't available to speak to me an gave me a fake extension number that disconnects the phone as soon as you hit the number. I plan on reporting them and would never suggest purchasing anything through them. The 125% guarantee is a scam too! I haven't gotten the tickets yet but will not be surprised if I have to file a claim against them for theft.
I'm not sure why it's legal for organizations like yours to charge three times face value for a ticket. The event was great, but your prices are absurd, and Congress should get off their asses and pass a law against robo-buying. How ironic that this comment form requires me to verify that I'm not a robot.
I had a terrible time trying to print out my tickets. I went through two customer service reps and two different agencies before being able to get my tickets printed. I started just before 8:00 in the morning, and did not get my tickets until mid afternoon! Also, I purchased these tickets in August (for a December concert), and the rows on my receipt said A - M. We were in row R. This was very disappointing for tickets purchased four months in advance. If you can not provide the rows originally given (especially so far in advance), at least let the customer know!
I have no complaints. I ordered a ticket, downloaded it and printed it, sat in an amazing seat and enjoyed an amazing show. I've only used them once, so I don't have much experience to draw from. However, right now, they are batting 1000.
I think you are always concerned that you get your tickets on time and are they the ones you expected. They came three days early and were amazing seats. Garth's and Garth show was absolutely top shelf. Thank you so much.

Bit off putting when you don't understand how the on selling system works. I had no cell phone to receive on, and relied on hard copy. The retrieval instructions don't really advise or instruct about venue pick up or what you need to do.
Bought tickets for fri 20th event. Found out same day I was already booked for corporate event and could not use and then immediately placed for resale - site confirmed my sales order and then dropped my resell same day. Without notice of any kind. I checked back as event got closer noticed you had dropped my sale. Unfortunately it was to late to relist them on any site and I called to complain. Both Mountain winery and AXS. Bot blew it off as ohh well after I spent 740+ dollars for tickets. You guys suck. I will make sure yelp knows mountain winery level of service has dropped drastically.
Purchased NFL tickets through TicketNetwork. Seats and delivery were as promised. Then I received my credit card statement... there was an additional separate charge from TicketNetwork above and beyond what was outlined when I purchased the tickets. I called the customer service number to have the charge removed and the representative said that it was a valid charge for taxes. This was not clearly outlined anywhere during the purchasing process and would have made the price for the tickets uncompetitive. The tax that was charged is not even the correct rate of the state in which the transaction took place. Do not buy tickets from this company as the full price is not clearly stated and they will make additional charges to your credit card without your consent. I will be following up with the Attorney General office in the state regarding this transaction.
I’m afraid we’re not able to calculate tax charges during the checkout process due to the fact that entertainment taxes are so ever-changing. Taxes on event tickets are based on the location of the seller supplying the order or the type of the event. Our checkout page therefore informs customers that the total ticket price of an order “does not include state or local taxes if applicable.”
The theatre was great and the experience was even greater. Only downfall is that they allow first two rows to stand at the stage so if font rush the front you'll be blocked from your view. We were front row so we rushed, I didn't want to lose my tickets worth so I had to.
We had a great time at the volleyball game as we always do. I am just disappointed that the TicketNetwork has hidden fees when purchasing tickets. I will be using another vendor next time to purchase tickets.
People, please understand that this website is a medium for people or "sellers" to sell tickets. Think of it like an Ebay for concert and event tickets. If you don't receive your tickets, you can't blame the website, they are just providing a safer way then Craigslist to locate and purchase the tickets. If you have a poor experience with it, it is because the "seller" did not follow through with providing Ticketnetwork with the tickets for you. Don't be mad, they're doing us a service!
P! Nk is a phenomenal performer and her concert definitely delivered. Unfortunately, the combination of our side arena seats and the stage set up for the opening acts made it impossible to see any of the openers.
I purchased tickets for the Fiesta Bowl from TicketNetwork for me and my two sons. Their paternal grandfather is a graduate of Ohio State and he and my husband attended every Bowl game together that OSU participated in between 2003-2009. My husband passed away in 2010. I called with a question about seating. My brother cannot sit in direct sunlight (due to his trachea tube) and I knew that one side of the stadium and one level was better than the other. I called and was put in the queue and told that I would get a call back when my turn came. That call never came. I bought the tickets (non-refundable) only to find out that we could not use 2 of them due to them being in direct sunlight ($126 total). Hence, my brother was unable to attend.
