I payed $530 for 4 tickets and ended up sitting on the second row from the very back in the top section. Seats were terrible. Obviously it was general admission and it was first come first serve and the tickets were only $30! Which mean people payed A LOT less than what I did and got better seats. It isn't right for someone to pay that much for tickets and get terrible seats. That was my first date with a girl and it was the worst concert I've been too. Not because of Chris Stapleton, but because of me getting ripped off by buying the tickets and having terrible seats. I will NEVER buy tickets from TicketNetwork again. Lack of information as far as what I was paying for. I thought more money meant better seats, but apparently it doesn't. Thanks.
Never used this site before and was a little worried if process would go as smoothly as promised. It did! Bought tickets night before game for much less than face value. Picked them up at about 10:30 the next morning at a fedex office about 2 miles from the event. Met our friends at tailgating event and they could not believe what a great deal we got.
I dealt with this company of thieves believing I was getting an honest deal at fair market price. I bought 2 tickets for 750.00 and the face value on the ticket was 73.00! They just added costs and fees. I did agree to the charges figuring they were the going rate for this venue, I acted in an honest manner trusting these scumballs. Well my faith in humanity will not be diminished by these "A" holes there will be a place for them somewhere when their time comes.We all will have to answer for our actions Danny Cox.

3 stars given because of the pricing being way over face value (not up to you but should be regulated) which is way a lot of people don't attend these events. Also the $70+ fees charged for each ticket in addition to the inflated ticket pricing makes this way out of reach for most people. We feel as if we are getting ripped off. You do warn about this during the buying process but don't know by how much until purchase. Jusr wish this could be better
I purchased tickets and then told later those were not available. By the time I was told this, it was too late to reorder any that were worth buying so missed out on taking my son this year and still have not received my refund. You should not be charging people until you complete the order which means having the correct tickets that you offered
I have been to several events at Time Warner within the last 2 years, and I have never been disappointed with anything. The staff that gets you thru the metal detectors, those that help you find a seat and anyone at the food concessions have always been very profession and friendly. I like professional, but I love friendly. "Did you enjoy the event"? "Come back again" are only a couple of comments that staff people have made to me. I will be coming back!
The concert was great, but buying expensive tickets that were misrepresented as being front row and having seat numbers is unconscionable. I am pursuing through Harrah's casino and event center ways to prevent this type of fraud from occurring again. For people who have not been to Stir Cove before, they have no idea there is no rows, sections or seat numbers and that it is first come first serve for entrance into the venue. Additionally, I will ensure that people are made aware that there is a base ticket price and that anything over that price is basically scalping.
Your $400 tickets nose blood seats, above the speakers were just awful. All we heard was base noise. Barely heard guitars or voices. His set design never allowed us to see his face. Again. Above the thin screens and above the speakers where we never heard any melody only boom boom boom

The process for buying the tickets was easy, However, I was really shocked at the final sticker price, as they were not apparent when I chose the tickets. Honestly, I am Ok with people making money, but the processing fee was way too high for this purchase. I was charged over seven dollar for shipping, or mail?. It was a e-download. Seriously, that charge was definitely an over charge.

Purchased my tickets at a great price, although the taxes and fees increased the tickets by over 50%, 2 $13 tickets totalled $40. Got the tickets in about 20 minutes and they were ready to print. Would use this service again.
Really glad we went. She came out on stage 10 minutes late. Thought she spent way too much time on certain readings a bs that she should have tried to help more people. 20 minutes each on the couple who lost a daughter and the brother/mother who lost a family mother to suicide. And she stayed completely on one side of the floor instead of moving around and trying to cover more territory.
Matc maker needs to work on pouncing clearly given the rapidity and fast paced lines. Could shorten the production a bit. Dance numbers after marriage etc. The performance was phenomenal. Dancing was electrifying... singing great
Its a third party site but well worth the time. My only problem was the tickets I purchased were 70 dollar tickets that I ended up paying 155 dollars a piece for. BUT the seats were front row to a great show so in the end I have no complaints. It was a great date night for myself and my significant other. Definately worth the price in the end. The tickets were delivered promptly, and they have a ticket tracker so you can find where your tickets are. Highly recommend to anyone who cant find tickets to the event you've been waiting for. I searched all the "Big Time" ticket retailers and I couldnt get tickets closer than the back row... Front Row is what I got through them. Ticket Network I definately am a repeat customer!
My experience did not go well. This was in large part due to me, and I accept responsibility for my error.
The website is laid out by event, not location. Unfortunately, as I read across the page, I clicked the the area just above my desired location.
One customer service agent let me know that this particular error happens all the time, however, there is nothing they will do to help the client after the closing of the transaction.
It seems that with a slight adjustment in website design, this problem could be eliminated. That the agent let me know it happens all the time raises speculation that there is some reason they do not make the adjustment.
I am not trying to discredit TicketNetwork. My purpose for writing this review is to let others know to be very careful when ordering and be sure you have the correct location before you pay.
This was a very expensive mistake for me and the tickets were not able to be used. I do not want others make a similar error.

I am sorry to say that I was not able to use the $700 seats that I purchased from your company because we accidentally threw away the tickets, which were physical copies. When I called customer service I was told that they were irreplaceable and I was out of luck. I was very disappointed that in this day and age we are still using physical copies when everything else is digital. I don't ever carry more than a few dollars in my wallet at once, and don't know anyone who does.
Afterward, I purchased the same tickets from another vendor, got a better price and E-tickets. Needless to say I was much more satisfied with that experience, and I don't intend to come back.
It was awesome. Jimmy & the Corral Refer Band played into the New Year. Lots of great hits, including Come Monday, his first popular song, even before Margarrittaville! Hopefully they'll do it again next year.

Looked for a canadian concert on a canadian site, bought 4 tickets they were listed in canadian dollars, NO MENTION of us funds until AFTER you confirm and pay where they are then non-refundable. Over a 200 dollar difference. I disputed the charge. Their solution was to still charge me and then not provide me the tickets because of the dispute. I had to buy more tickets elsewhere to attend the concert.! So basically, was charged and not supplied the tickets! Customer service was no help what so ever! Buyer beware!
After listening for decades to the original interpretation of My Fair Lady by Julie Andrews and Rex Harrison, it is a great responsibility to stage it once more. The company does an excellent job tackling this challenge. The choreography, lightning are great, and the scenography is just impressive. The orchestra is brilliant. For old generation lovers of the play, and for the younger generations who are just discovering, it is highly recommendable.
I understand the younger generation may find Bernard Shaw's cynicism strange and sometimes unpalatable, but when you look at the argument closely, you realise he is actually criticising the male behaviour of his times, while leaving us with a picture about how people would think in the Edwardian era.
Unable to apply a ticketNetwork gift card to my purchase. Tickets were in someone else's name and at a face value price significantly lower than what TicketNetwork charged. Told another buyer had bought a block of tickets and this was the "market value" I was being charged. Seems like a scalping scam to me. On hold for 38 minutes to customer service who could not resolve the complaint about the gift card credit. Told they would transfer me to a supervisor who was ready to speak with me, only got a voice mail. Very frustrating! I will NEVER use TicketNetwork again! I will tell everyone I know, to not use TicketNetwork as well.
