We took an impulse decision that we wanted to see a game of basketball while being in New York. My cousin recommended TicketNetwork, and it was both easy and fairly cheap! All in all a very satisfying experience!
I AM VERY UPSET WITH MY EXPERIENCE! Traffic was absolutely horrid. When we arrived it was raining. The show was delayed for hours. About half way through the show it started pouring rain and storming. We were evacuated. This was the worst part of the night! And rather scary. All 40 thousand people rushed to the exits. We were soaking wet and freezing. No one knew anything. When they finally opened the gates back up it was Awful. They did not check tickets so basically after the mob of people sat where ever they wanted to, we were barely able to squeeze into the back of the entrance making the $600 i spent on handicap seats worthless. On top of it all the show was cut short. I would have rather they rescheduled the show so at least we could have enjoyed it.
Purchased tickets to a Paul Simon show in Detroit as a gift for my parents. When they arrived at the venue it took over an hour to even enter the show. Multiple complaints from other people around them saying the show had been oversold and the venue was the most full anyone had ever seen. Made it impossible to see or hear the show and many people decided to leave early. When I contacted the venue, they said there was nothing to do, I didn't purchase the tickets from them. Ticketnetwork customer service says they have nothing to do with venue. So basically, no one will explain why the venue was so oversold ruining the experience. Wasted $400. I would not recommend this service.

We purchased tickets guaranteed to be unobstructed. Paid $190 for $125 tickets for Something Rotten at the Academy of Music in Philadelphia. When we sat down, view of stage was completely obstructed. Called immediately but customer service could not do anything. Sent an email the next day - no response from *******@ticketnetwork.com.
If it were possible to rate lower, I would.

I enjoyed the concert. 2 other people who attended with me, 1 male, 1female, did not enjoy as much. They are younger generation and really into country music,. Which they thought some of his new album leaned towards.
Really enjoyed Teresa's explanation of how things work for her readings. She is funny too. The couple of hours plus went by so fast. During one of the starts to a reading, she asked about a watch and a name that started with an M, then said does anyone connect to a Mildred. We I did, I have worn and cared for my Grandmothers watch and her name is Mildred. I did not shout out as I was sitting in a different section when this occurred and we were asked not to do that at the beginning of the show. But it was enough for me.
I am already a huge fan of Bo Burnham, but seeing him live was such an incredible experience! He's one of the best young entertainers in America. It wasn't just some guy making jokes on a mic. He used many ways to entertain the whole audience. Thunderous laughter and applause just made it more intense. AMAZING!
Ticketnetwork just ripped me off for more than $1000. Bought tickets through them for a show. They called me and said they now can't provide the tickets from their 4th party source and that I need to work with my bank to dispute the charge and try and get my money back. I have used many other third party ticket sellers and never had a problem. Buyer beware. Don't trust ticket network and don't ever use them, not customer friendly.
Contacted my bank... 60-90 days to dispute charges. Now, no money to buy tickets for the show. I guess my family misses out. Thanks Ticketnetwork.
Here's an idea, refund the customers money and then you work with the 4th party to get the money back. Don't put the work on the customer and their bank.
Whoopie is one of those incredible women who are exactly who we think that they are. Whoopie is a straight-shooting, truthful, tell-it-like-it-is woman. She is wonderfully funny & hard-hitting. Having her relate her, personal female-related issues makes me feel as if she has been along on my personal, life journey. My husband & I laughed out loud. At times, I often got teary eyed.
Not everyone would be as brave as to allow audience questions; however, she did.
Some people, not believing what she said at the beginning of her show. They asked her to quote Ghost or sing something from Sister Act. There are always those who behave badly.
Personally, I would like to know why she was hesitant about coming to Texas. The audience, myself include, loved her & what she represents, honesty & integrity.

The ticketing industry is an industry that should have never come into existence. I paid roughly $130 in "convenience fees" for two, COUNT THEM, two $#*!ing tickets from you $#*!s. What you are doing should be illegal. Your entire business model is nothing more than organized theft because there ain't $#*! convenient about it. It is because of companies like you that everyday people cannot afford to go to a show but once every 6 months, if that. With God Almighty as my witness I will never EVER use you or any other ticketing service again. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. Odds are youre not, which only reinforces my point that you're a soulless whore for money who doesn't care about the people you cater to. I sincerely hope you go bankrupt.

Was so excited after waiting two years to be able to see ZBB. Bought what I thought were affordable assigned seats as it had a section AND seat number. Got there to find general admission lawn that was oversold! Couldn't find a place to stand let alone put down a blanket! Had no option but to leave 1/2 a song in. Complete disappointment and waste of money.

The concert was really spectacular. The performance of every single character was superb and worthy of a standing ovation. One thing that bothered me during the presentation was that the viewers seated in front of us were disturbing us, taking pictures and videos during the performance which actually disturbed and blocked my view. If possible, can you just set a rule on this so as not to disturb other viewers? :)
I had originally purchased tickets on the floor between rows a and n, subsequently got a call asking if they could substitute balcony, center, row cc and the representative guaranteed these were comparable seats. As it turned out the seats were balcony, RIGHT, row cc, all the way at the end of the row. So I was somewhat disappointed by that, and shame on the guy for misrepresenting himself, but the show was absolutely wonderful, can't say enough about the quality of the show.
This was my fifth time seeing David Gilmour (first four was with Pink Floyd) since 1976. David and the Concert was awesome as ever. Really a nice show. Everyone was happy & cordial, even at the concessions. Wish I could go again.

I have seen paul in concert 4 times over the year and at 73 he still puts on a better show than people half his age... he plays for 3 straight hours and does not even take a break for a glass of water... the songs are played as if you were listening to his records. Aside from his voice being alittle deeper he is still pitch perfect,. See Paul McCartney while you can... one of the greatest artists that ever lived,
We had an outstanding time. The show was much more than expected. The special effects were amazing. The 3 D segment just added to it and the little vignettes were an added bonus. I particularly liked the central park scenes and the bus moving thru NYC. The religious ending was wonderful and refreshing to see done so well and on a public stage.
