We had the good fortune to attend the March 31 David Gilmour concert at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto. We are long time Pink Floyd fans (40+ years) and have attended numerous concerts in the past. This one rates in our top 1-2, David has not lost his ability to mesmerize his audience. Hard to describe just how wonderful this experience was... outstanding!
We had UU seating. There were 5 in my family. There were only 5 seats in this arrangement. It was wonderful because it was like our very own space. It was so close to the rest rooms, food. There were tables, chairs set up. I didn't realize all this was there since I had not been back since Sony and Cher in 1965. It is a beautiful place. Our tickets were very affordable since we were up so high but still good seating.

Transferred for those of you that don't know what that means as I did not know, it is counterfeit! When we got to the game we could not use the tickets. We bought better seats and half the price from someone selling them. I called customer service and I have to get a letter from the university on letterhead, stating they were counterfeit. What a pain in the a - -!
I went with my son who had never gone and had an amazing time. I want to especially say Thank You to the wonderful lady who took care of my tickets and making sure I had the best seats possible.
The only thing that I wish could be better is the service fee which is very high.

It was extremely easy to order tickets. They were mailed to our home which was very convenient - no standing in a will call line. Service charge are high and tickets were double their face value (in my case)
They never sent the ticket. I had to spend over an hour on four different calls just to have to pick up the ticket hours before the game. My dad couldn't even make it in time and missed the game. Easily the worst ticket buying experience I've ever had. This was my first time trying this ticket seller too. Bummer. I asked for a refund but got no answer.
A few weeks later, they did give me a full refund and a discount on my next purchase. Maybe I'll give them another try.
I love these 2, but I really was disappointed by all the filler. I don't want to pay lots of money to see a live show in which 52% relies on video.
I would have also liked to have seen them doing some new things in respect to their outlook on the world now instead of spending the night rehashing. At one point they even insulted the audience's intelligence by making a sarcastic remark about doing it just for the money, we all laughed but hey it was at our expense.
My wife and I saw Breaking Benjamin at the Ryman in Nashville. We paid extra for the VIP pass to meet the band. They were all very friendly and polite. They talked to us for several minutes and didnt hurry us away after our picture was taken. A truly great and humble group of guys. The show was amazing! The smaller venue was more intimate and sounded fantastic! Well definitely go again when they come back to Nashville.

Bought tickets for a New York Rangers game, got my tickets directly in PDF. After I purchased the tickets I started to read some reviews about the site and was a little concerned when I saw some of them describing that they had received fake tickets. But there was nothing to worry about, tickets were legit.
It seems that you should avoid this site if you're going to buy tickets for a concert.
Wonderful every since I was a child I always wanted to see them. I am 57 yrs old and I were able to take my two grandsons age 11 & 6. So we experience it together in the seen what I wanted to see as a child and adult. I wish I could have seen the original through the years. I am glad I went and, y grandsons had so much fun.

My husband and I have been trying to see Richard Marx forever but have never been able to do so. My husband Alan was lucky enough to meet Mr. Marx while building the home next door to his in a Chicago suburb, so I've always been jealous as I've loved his music forever!
This concert was beyond incredible. The venue was small which I think made it feel more of a personal experience. Mr. Marx was awesome and then some, almost unbelievable. He was a one man band, going between two guitars and the piano, singing a lot of his beautiful older music as well as his new music. His sense of humor was delightful, making the me and audience laugh consistently throughout the night.
I was a HUGE fan before the night, but am even more so now! A must see experience and then some!
I work in customer service, so I know how difficult it can be. The customer service for this company is AWFUL! They put you on hold and never come back. They hang up on you. They are rude and just talk in circles.
The show we had tickets for was rescheduled for 2 months later. We could not attend the new date and they refused to refund us. They did however offer to resell the tickets for us for a 10% fee.

After I started reading mostly negative reviews I started getting nervous and instantly regretted ordering through another website besides Stubhub. I had a extra pending charge, but I didn't actually get charged for it... In the end, I made it into the game with no problem. So I would say I had a pretty good experience with them. No sure if I would order through them again - too many negative reviews.
