Concert was great. Wait for Tim & Faith to come on stage was way too long. Seats were OK. Based on seating chart provided 'thought we were closer than we were so that was a tad disappointing but not terrible...

I would like a refund for invoice #******* for the postponed/cancelled Janet Jackson concert that was going to be in Sunrise, Florida in July 2016. The total amount was 343.44 which included a charge,"Federal Exp Saver" of 15.00 and a service charge of 52.44. I never received the tickets which is a mute point now. After waiting 9 months for my order to be fulfilled, they emailed me tickets for a different event on a different day. After spending hours on the phone with customer service, they requested that I give them 1 business day to resolve their mistake. I would steer clear of this company! My tickets were $859.15 and they sent me $60 tickets.
BEWARE
All the 1-star reviews made us nervous, but the 3.5-star average convinced us to go ahead and try it. Placed the order, and immediately got an email confirmation from InSeats.com (?) which stated the seats were -- surprise! -- obstructed view. Immediately called InSeats to cancel and get a refund, and was told sorry, your tickets were already printed, but you should try selling your tickets on StubHub. Yeah, next time I'll just BUY them on StubHub.
Ordered tickets a little over a month prior to the event and was able to print them out right away. For both tickets it saved me $60 plus additional tax and fees that i would have spent using another site. The day of the event, the tickets were better than i thought and the view was amazing. I took my son and we loved it. He was totally engaged the entire time. The venue was perfect. We were given the history of the playhouse and tour as well as a little hint on how to meet the cast. I have been coming to this Ballet for 23 years and this was the worst performance that I have very seen. There were music misfires (music starting late), No firing of the cannon, dancers not in their right places and one dancer fell. That dancer who fell did handle the fall well and got up and gave a great performance. Several of the dancer did not seem to know their parts and were not well rehearse. The Spanish dancer of the man part was not able to perform, due to him playing dual roles. Bad choices by the production company where made.
I hope for better performances in the future.
Horrible! The tickets are double the price if I bought them from the actual venue. Online scalpers and scam. I will NEVER buy anything from here. The whole time I was at the performance just kept thinking how much these crooks from this site got me for. And their so called customer service could care less.

What an amazing concert! Madonna puts on an artistic concert that is a perfect blend of old and new songs. It was worth it and I am so glad to have seen her live! Would definitely recommend it and do it all again.
We park in Lot 4 (perfect for us) east side really short walk to the stadium. We are from New Mexico and just happened to park next to fellow New Mexicans. So of course we we having a blast. But I must say the locals around us were supper friendly. They came over and brought us a pumpkin pie bellow shot. It was amazing. We difinetly do the same thing next year.
Little disappointed that when I went on line to order General Admission Lawn seating tickets with one company and they were $27.00 each, however couldn't purchase them at that time due to not having final count on our party. Friend was supposed to go to Ticketmaster for Widespread Panic tickets. Instead ended up at Onlinecityrickets.com. She paid $400 each for a $55.00 ticket. Yes, this was an idiot move. I called onlinecitytickets immediately to say this was a grievous error only to be told "too bad, no refunds."
I would have gladly paid a couple hundred for the trouble. Asking $400 is almost criminal. At the end of the day a mistake was made my end, but they could have just deleted the order.
