Mellancamp himself was great. The tickets were not the front row experience i was hoping for... limited view. Sat next to sound and lighting so they had curtains blocking the area off which limited the view to stage. Could not see the full stage, not even the drummer. Seating chart looks as though seats are great but i would never pay that price for those tickets again. Sitting 20 rows back would have been way better.
It was an AMAZING concert! Panic! At the Disco is my absolute favorite artist, and my experience was great! The tickets were perfect, and the venue was fabulous, although there were a bunch of people smoking weed in front of us :/ but i could not have asked for a better experience!

Concert was amazing... but I'm disappointed in the AT&T center... doors opened at 7:20. The audience was not young... many were complaining about the long wait (even drizzled on us). When we finally entered the main doors, we had another 15 minute wait at the curtain to enter our section. Again, the groups shared their pains and the fact that many had been standing for about an hour by that time.
Now Paul was awesome, but the venue leaves plenty to be desired. I was in the grandstand, the acoustics are horrendous, I was so disappointed. I was also completely unimpressed with all the pot being smoked around me and cigarettes, I was in shock that those behaviors were not stopped. I will not return for any future concerts.
Ticketnetwork prices are through the roof. They have no control over the actual event so asking me to take a survey to "describe my experience" is useless however I will emphasis once again that the price is through the roof.
I will never again go through ticketnetwork to buy tickets. I'd rather stay home and watch on TV.
I give no stars to this service (I was forced to do 1 star or it would not take my comments). I purchased 2 tickets for Disney on Ice. The website quoted the tickets at $58 each, and with service fees and delivery, I ended up with a total of $160. I hesitated because it was incredibly high, but I wanted to take my granddaughter to the show and there were few tickets left. When I received the tickets, the printed price on the tickets was $35 per ticket! I could not believe it! This is the last time I use TicketNetwork. From now on, I'll buy tickets directly from the venue.
A friend of mine has a young son who had never been to a major league baseball game. For his birthday I went online and purchased three tickets from the Ticket Network... I purchased these tickets about a month in advance to get the best seats available for the price range I could afford... I secured three great seats in a great section to view the game... The tickets were promply delivered by FedEx with no problems... My friend called me to say she and the two youngsters she took all had a great time... They loved the Atlanta Braves indian chant, the "everybody clap your hands " broadcast, and the Braves had a couple of music stars singing on the Atlanta big TV screen... everyone was dancing in the stands... the kids were absolutely thrilled. Now they want to go back... I will certainly buy more tickets from the TicketNetwork...
I would caution anyone using this service. You are attending an event in Canada and buying tickets from a reseller like ticket network. They are in the U.S. when I received my bill I couldn't believe the charges! I called and was told that it stated in U.S. funds before I hit submit. I am very sure it didn't. I ended up paying 452.00 for 2 tickets that I received with a face value of 103.00. The show was great but I would not have bought the tickets at that price

I purchased 5 tickets ($95 face value) in the center section row F. The seats were actually against the right wall on row F. And the per ticket cost was exactly $295.50 per ticket. Receipt says ticket cost is $234 plus $58.50 "service charge." And to boot despite your refusal to cancel this purchase within a minute you took months to actually send the paper tickets, for which you charged an additional $15. Your customer service agents were rude and your electronic marketing was outrageously deceptive.
Shame on me for ever doing business with you and shame on the Kennedy Center and Bonnie Raitt for participating in this shady and usurious scam.

I purchased tickets online in April & found out in May our vacation had to be cancelled. I had bought insurance, but it did not cover our reason for needing to cancel. I emailed in June (a month before concert) Flat Rate Tickets requesting they please resell our tickets for us, as I read they did not give refunds. I never received a response. We received the etickets 2 weeks before the concert & were unable to sell them. $1600 gone! Bad experience. Will never order through Ticket Network again.
My guess is that multiple factors were at work, but I was disappointed by the matinee performance of Book of Mormon in Atlanta January 16th. It felt like sound was not as great as it could have been and cast didn't seem quite as well
Gelled as what I am used to. It just felt like something was lost in execution during jokes/dance/songs. I also wonder if the type of humor just didn't generally appeal to me.
Purchased 7 tickets all in a row for myself and some friends to travel to SF for the 49ers vs. Packers game. The person assisting us was super helpful to ensure we purchased the seats another friend had identified for us.
The seats themselves were second tier, first row with a terrific view of the stadium. Despite what we had heard about parking challenges at the new stadium, we parked on the golf course near the stadium and made the easy walk over to enjoy the game. The fans were friendly and we had a great time save for the one jerk who began throwing ice at us with about 4 minutes to go and the game well in hand for the Packers - I can only assume he was a sore loser and needed to take out his lack of self confidence on the opposing team's fans. After a few heated exchanges we ignored him and basked in our team's victory and a good time with friends. We would certainly head back for another game if the opportunity arose.
I bought very expensive tickets, 5th row from the stage. What a rip off.
The seats on the field were so jammed in and the rows were close that I felt there was a danger in being so trapped in. You could not even get to your seats without stepping over and on other people. The folding chairs in the row in front of us were so close that they were crushing our knees. Also, for the amount I paid, my wife and I could not see the stage because the moving cameras constantly blocked our line of sight all night long. The boom kept moving right across our line of sight.
It was a very disappointing experience for which I paid well over a thousand dollars for two seats.
It was a wonderful, energetic, and invigorating experience! Juan Gabriel is a great singer. I grew up listening and singing to his music with my parents and family. This concert took me back to my youthful days which was bittersweet yet gratifying. He is still quite the performer and his voice just as wonderful as I remember. A great experience I will never forget!
After reading terrible reviews after I made a purchase I was extremely worried. My tickets to Trans Siberian for yesterday were delivered in the morning. They were obviously real tickets. We had 4th row seats that were amazing. The price was wonderful! Best night we could have had.

The state theater in Portland was at least 100 degrees which sucked. I bought my tickets through ticket galaxy which sucked. Tickets were not available until 4 days prior which sucked. The opening act sucked as well. Not very funny at all. Ron White was great but a very short show. Never again...
First class customer service from a company that provides an opportunity to purchase great seats at good prices for sporting events. I got infield tickets at first base for a price just above the face amount after the service fee. What is even better, after FedEx botched the delivery, Ticket Network offered to refund the amount for shipping. Fortunately, the original owners did that but what is important here is the fact that Ticket Network was ready to step up to make sure the customer was taken care of. I will definitely be back to purchase tickets from them.
Ordered 2 tickets for my friend and I three months in advanced. They were e-tickets and I had not received them so I kept contacting the company. I was told that as the event gets closer I will get them. Week of event I talk to someone and they Inform me that the two tickets I ordered or thought to have ordered someone else ordered. Long story short we didn't get the tickets and got our money back. Not sure what kind of company takes three months to figure something like this out. Will not be recommending this website to anyone.
I purchased Justin Bieber tickets 2 days ago. It says my email and PIN are not valid. You are the ones that supplied the PIN number and it was delivered to the email that is supposedly not valid.
