Ticketmaster will not credit my account for someone fraudulently using my debit card for ticket purchases. After numerous emails with Ticketmaster, they said they would escalatethe issue to their fraud team which they never did or had intentions of doing. My bank was contacted immediately upon discovery of this issue. I will get my money back. DO NOT use Ticketmaster period. They do not even deserve a star!
Cannot get my refund for concert of Ozzy Osbourne which was cancelled in May 2023 in Madrid. I have been in touch with my bank and I provided all the data to get refund.
Every time I got the same answer from Ticketmaster:
We're sorry, but the refund has failed again.

The Indigo Girls were great as always, playing the old favorites as well as newer songs. The seating or lack of seating should have been clearer at point of purchase. It was unclear that it was standing only. Two and a half hours is too long for me; a manager took pity on us and allowed us into handicapped seating but then it was pretty impossible to see the stage. Wouldnt have paid so much for a ticket if I had known it would be standing only.
There should be a negative rating for this company because 1 star is too good for them. I purchased tickets for an event 5 weeks before the event. I paid extra for priority delivery. Now the day before the event my ticket delivery confirmation still says "pending". I have emailed customer service 9 times. You get an auto confirmation email telling you to go to the website and read their FAQ section. If you cant find what you need there then reply to that email for help. When you reply to that email, you never get a response. There is not a phone number on the website so I googled it and found 3 numbers. If you call any of those numbers you get an automated computer generated answering service that tells you go to the website and read the FAQS and then it hangs up on you. Never again will I use this joke of a company.
Bought tickets to a Nov 18 concert. Concert was postponed. Ticketmaster sent an email that refunds would be made after 60 days if concert wasn't rescheduled. It has been 60 days and there has been no announcement of another concert date. Ticketmaster refuses to refund, which is a violation of the terms established in their email. I am taking it up with my credit card company. IMHO, Ticketmaster is a criminal enterprise.
They refund you money or not by subjective preference not logic.
Their CS deliberately fabricated a lie claim "sorry to hear that can not go to the event " where the true is their payment system generate dublicated payment due to its error and refuse refund.

After waiting for ages to load at work I just get Forbidden 103 - presumably because my company routes to the Internet in Amsterdam, hardly uncommon. Send me endless spam that I cannot unsubscribe from as they block me from the unsubscribe website
I was buying 3 tickets. The computer wouldn't take my code. Was told to try again. Same problem. I then called their phone line. I got the stupid automated calling service. What a joke. I was told a real person will be with me shortly, as i just ended up getting transferred to the automated calling service. That never happened. Same problem with the code. I then called my bank to find out I had over 1100 dollars being charged to my cc. These transactions were never completed. I didn't get that far. The amount I should only of been charged was 196 bucks. It took me hours to speak with a cs rep. I ended up getting it resolved with my bank, thank god. Never go thru the horrible experience I went thru. I think their site is a very unsafe place to buy tickets. I think it's time for them to get out of town. Worst experience ever.

I ordered tickets for Bruno Mars concert and requested to have the tickets mailed to my address. After waiting the designated 7 - 10 business days per the email, I waited a few more days. I then called in an attempt to have either the tickets resent or emailed to me. The representative I spoke with simply told me to keep waiting. When I asked for a time period they just said keep waiting and if it does not come I can get it to will call. I paid $500+ for the tickets and would feel more comfortable if I had the tickets in advance. After requesting to speak to a supervisor, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes before they hung up on me. I will purchase any tickets through Ticketmaster again. I was astounded by the customer service provided by such a company.
We bought tickets to Gladys Knight for front area and got the very back row. The theatre was 2/3rd full we could have gotten closer seats. We were charged front row price! Total scam.
A very dysfunctional organization with unprofessional inter-country systems. I booked for the US Open tennis in Australia, and could not obtain my tickets when I arrived in the USA. What was worse was the lack of service to help me obtain my tickets. I probably spent 15 hours and extra expense trying to access the tickets.
Even to buy the initially buy my tickets was considerable work with a terrible seating position.
Ticketmaster advertised a show for ladysmith black mambazo.
What they didn't do is to disclose that the location is an island and there is no transportation available to the concert. There is also a post from them that You could request a refund within 3 days of purchase, which they didn't honor, leaving me doing all the run around with the insurance company Allianz wich is also not willing to help.
A totally dishonest business
They are unfair and crooks. Charging $200/ticket when Messi was supposed to play in Chicago then dropping the tickets to $30/ticket and not offering any kind of reimbursement when we all know why the tickets were so outrageous in the first place. I'm happy to pay to see Messi but if you know you over-charged people be fair to the people that would come back because you corrected the issue. Ticket master you'll never see another dollar of mine.
This was because Ticketmaster support is non existent. I have been working to get this issue fixed and Ticketmaster cannot get fix it. So could not try re-sale and have to eat these tickets. Do not use this site for tickets, since they are incapable of fixing an issue if you have one.
Recently purchased u2 joshua tree tour for Vancouver. I am already a member of the u2 website, tried to make a purchase in their website using my member code, but they kept charging me 50 bucks extra for subscription (which I already had the code for). Didn't wanna lose the tickets so I paid, but they are really annoying to deal with blaming me for the mistake of their $#*!ty website.
$15 for bloody fees! Are you serious? Buy two tickets and have to pay Ticketmaster $30 for what!? It's ridiculous. I'm not buying the tickets to the show because of them. I hope they realise this would be the same for a lot of people. Screw Ticketmaster for ripping people off it's actually a joke!
We bought our boss a gift for Christmas for an event that the venue requires a parking pass. However, when we went to transfer the tickets, only the event tickets could be transferred but not the parking pass. All Ticketmaster could tell us is that it was the venue's discretion and the venue was not offering refunds.
Makes zero since for the service fees to be as much as they are. I paid $30 per ticket for 4 tickets. My total was $186 after the "service fees". So basically buy two extras tickets! Completely uncalled for and then they want you to purchase the ticket "insurance". I will never buy tickets through ticket master!
We purchased tickets to a Warriors game and Ticketmaster sent them to the wrong account. We emailed them repeatedly (the phone number will not connect you with anyone and you cannot leave a message). They took days to respond and have not corrected the problem. Game is tonight, no tickets, can't go. Guess we will have to go through small claims court. They have refused a refund and have not given us our tickets. Do not use this company!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was told a supervisor would call in 1-2 days it has been a week. They took my tickets back for no reason, I was lied to multiple times. I was buy my tickets thru Ticketmaster but it won't happen again. They are horrible
Answer: I had this exact same problem and after multiple attempts to contact TicketMaster customer service still haven't been able to get this issue resolved. Have been getting the runaround from TM "Fan Support" via Twitter for a week and a half now (PS - Twitter was the only avenue for contacting TM customer service where I actually got a response from someone - had also tried their toll free Cust Svc phone number and got a recording saying that phone number isn't being monitored; also tried emailing their Cust Svc email account and got auto-reply saying that isn't being monitored either and directing me to their Cust Svc FAQs which say that in order to reach Cust Svc, you need to log into your account - but of course I was blocked from being able to do that because they think I'm a bot). Good luck with this - hope you can get a response from them. I still haven't been able to get any resolution of this same issue with my TM account. Once I get this resolved, I'll never do business with them again!
