What kind of company that makes billions of dollars yearly has zero customer service, no working phone to speak to anyone, absolutely despicable customer service. Am trying to get a refund due to their no smart device policy at an upcoming concert we paid for, since my phone/watch are medical devices and absolutely essential to my safety, but to get through to them is insulting. They also never disclosed this information until after we paid for our tickets, when it should be a full disclosure PRIOR to buying tickets, as so many people use smart devices for medical purposes, but they hid it until after payment went through. Absolutely shameful!
Ticketmaster is the worse experience I've ever had. Rip me off $$$ cuz their app crashed and told me to retry and charged me double. And no one speaks English when you call. They refused to refund me! Save your money and go somewhere else. But from America only companies.
I just bought tickets to the upcoming Garth Brooks world tour. I was having major trouble buying just two tickets. I tried three different ways. Thru the app, online computer, and phone each time would not let me. Finally had to buy both tickets separately causing me and person I'm going with set in two different spots. On top of that due to app I accidently bought ticket for the show on the 5th that I do not need. It would not let me refund online and when I called representative said no refunds so I'm out $80 which is $#*!
This company needs to be put down like a dying dog. Constant issues when trying to purchase tickets and no way to get help until after your purchase! How many more years do we need to suffer with this God awful monopoly!?!
Do not rely on these guys for any service whatsoever! All they will do is sell the tickets and that's it! Ridiculous after people spend thousands of dollars on tickets. I get more and better service buying a coffee at Tim Hortons!
I have never experienced such a bad customer service in my whole life. Such a business does not deserve to exist. Between the lies, the inconsistent answers, the empty canned responses, the interrupted calls... The staff openly lied/gave me wrong information, leading me to purchasing more tickets than I actually wanted. I honestly think that their staff is instructed to use shady tactics to extort customer's money. For several week in a row, they have tortured me psychologically. NEVER use Ticketmaster
I have been trying for a week to list tickets to sell on Ticketmaster. I keep getting an error message: Pardon the interruption. Clicked on live chat, no one answered. Called the fan support phone number numerous times, got a busy signal. I ended up listing them on Stub Hub where I have always had a great experience with customer service. I am so disappointed with my experience with Ticketmaster! One star is too many!
I called in and received the absolute worst service. The tickets that were transferred to me under the auspices of your website were fraudulently purchased. Once you discovered the fraud, three weeks ago, you notified the perpetrator himself and did not notify the actual supposed ticket holders. Thus, on the day of the event I am unknowingly without tickets.
It should be your responsibility to notify current ticket holders if they have been misinformed. I will do everything in my power to avoid using your system and will avidly convince others to do the same.
When I called in you were unhelpful and unwilling to make any reparations. If this is what you call customer service, you are one big joke that is destined to fail as more accommodating and flexible companies inch their way into your customer base.
Why build a transfer option into the framework of your website if you are going to jack to protect your customers from Fraud.
Got tickets to a concert for my mom for Christmas with an added add on experience. Concert doors open at 5:45. She gets there and finds out the add on started an hour earlier. But how would she know? Oh, she asked 2 ladies who told her she had to go the the third floor of the venue and get a pass. But how would they know? We're not sure because Ticketmaster never emailed us any of this information. None of it. They sent one email a few days before the even with details about when the venue doors open. Nothing about add on times or when they start. I immediately emailed them about this and got a response. After going back and forth they basically said "because the event is already past we cannot refund you". Even after telling them they failed to let us know when to properly arrive for the add on experience. For your sake, do not use Ticketmaster
I bought baseball game tickets for my dad for Christmas. 8 months later there was a death in the family so we were not able to attend. Ticketmaster did NOTHING to help me sell my tickets. They did not issue a refund or offer an exchange for a different game or anything. One of the worst service experience I've ever had. Purchase your tickets somewhere else. Literally anywhere else
Opened an account with the hope of getting tickets for a show going on sale. They sold out in 2 minutes. The only tickets available were resale sights. Really? What's with all of this confirming you're not a robot nonsense then?
Absolutely horrible experience dealing with Ticketmaster! Huge hassle to resale tickets! Insurance on your ticket is a total scam that puts you through so much rigmarole that it will discourage you from going through the process! I myself will never go through Ticketmaster again and recommend nobody go through them. Worst ever ticket buying experience ever and I've been to hundreds of concerts in my life.
Yea people only leave a review when they had a crappy experience... and I have had one with ticketmaster... so you can chalk it up as this guy getting frustrated and venting here because he spent 1.5 hours trying to figure out how to get tickets I have to my app... I know I only got a 21 on the ACT, but you'd think I could figure this out... guess not.
Probably won't post this one either! Ticketmaster is a hoax. I'm not even sure how they can remain in business with all the negative reviews they receive! My whole family was screwed one way or another throughout the Nashville race in August. Just blows my mind & don't understand! As I stated previously they probably won't post this review either! Disappointed & Unacceptable!
They charge you in a nano second when you purchase a ticket. They'll hold your money for 2 weeks or longer when you sell tickets. Customer service and even senior leadership hide behind voice mails with no identification. No one responds to e-mails. Sorry case for the customer, excuses are given, even blaming the customer... Don't buy tickets from ticketmaster.
I have only given a one because zero is not an option. AVOID. Show cancelled, no notification, long trip to get there, no communication and no way to communicate with them and no refund. Appalling customer disservice. On the evidence to me, they are scammers with a complex website and no responsibility. AVOID
My complaints are simple. If the price says $42.50 then I expect maybe $5 of additional fees but by the time I entered my payment information the price was $63.00. The site is just full of questionable and aggressive marketing tactics. As soon as you submit payment you are redirected to pages of other aggressive marketing schemes offering FREE cruises, magazines, etc. I was just expecting better from a company that is so widely recognizable and used by so many entertainers and organizations. I know better for next time I guess!
I just want to tell people that ticketmaster.com sells tickets to venues at other times than what you wanted. Because they will charge you 10 dollars a ticket to upgrade it to the original time you wanted. This is highway robbery given what you already pay in fees and service charges.
Downloaded TM app. (Note: I'm elderly and attempting to use my new smartphone)
Purchased 4 ADA tickets on my cc. Realized since we are no longer in our wheelchairs, our walking canes do not count as ADA.
Called their CS for help. Had Great difficulty understanding them! Took 4 CS calls to complete "how to sell my tickets". TM sold my tickets for MORE than I requested but refund would be what I asked for. Had to supply them with my checking bank info because they would not put my refund on the card I originally used. Today, I received $0.59 cents deposited into my bank account.
I bought tickets to Billy Joel last year as a wedding gift for my wife. We've waited all year for the re-scheduled date. Now we cannot find our tickets in the app and TicketMaster has not responded to 3 Customer Service Contact forms I have sent in over the last week.
Their 1800 and local Customer Service phone numbers are not staffed either.
Answer: I had this exact same problem and after multiple attempts to contact TicketMaster customer service still haven't been able to get this issue resolved. Have been getting the runaround from TM "Fan Support" via Twitter for a week and a half now (PS - Twitter was the only avenue for contacting TM customer service where I actually got a response from someone - had also tried their toll free Cust Svc phone number and got a recording saying that phone number isn't being monitored; also tried emailing their Cust Svc email account and got auto-reply saying that isn't being monitored either and directing me to their Cust Svc FAQs which say that in order to reach Cust Svc, you need to log into your account - but of course I was blocked from being able to do that because they think I'm a bot). Good luck with this - hope you can get a response from them. I still haven't been able to get any resolution of this same issue with my TM account. Once I get this resolved, I'll never do business with them again!
Answer: No, mine was a price jump
