I paid an extra 50% of the ticket costs in "service fees." What services were those, exactly? I certainly haven't received any. If it weren't for their outrageous added fees, I could have afforded the next tier of tickets for the show - but then that extra 50% wouldn't have gone to Ticketfly. Funny how that works.
This company is a leech that makes money hand over fist doing absolutely nothing.
Any money they make should have gone to the artists and venues they do business with instead. Ticketfly is a perfect example of what's wrong with the modern entertainment industry.
O you get a o... Beware buyer. This sight does not refund for anything or any situations. Not weather or mistakes made purchasing. No exchange if your concert is wrong. Once they have your money no one cares they say its policy. I think they are just into taking your money when a mistake happens and we all know $#*! happens... I am 53 and have m. S sometimes not seeing so well also on disability so saved to go. To see my favorite band blue October. Now I have tickets for a band for tonight who I do not know. And its severer thunderstorms. Wtf... just can't win... just rember folks. People are not out for the customer service anymore its all the$$$$$$... karma is a $#*!...
Bought my two tickets a month before the show and kept the email until close to time to print it. Went to get the email and its just gone ( like magic). Go to my account orders and the order isnt there. Go to my bank statements and theres the money taken out by good ole Ticketfly. Try to call customer service of course their phone hours are ridiculous. Wait until the next day and call during my lunch break at work (which is an hour). Sit on my phone the whole time because their agents are handling other calls how? Do that many people call Ticketfly. As I write this I am waiting on the phone. All I want to know is where did my tickets go but I cant even get through to their customer support which is $#*!
Really disappointed in Ticketfly's customer service. Their site wasn't able to handle the demand for Chicago Riot Fest tickets. I was online right at 8pm when they went on sale to buy early bird tickets. I kept adding tickets to my cart, the page would advance, then bring me back to the home screen. Must of done this 50 times. I tried calling their customer support line at 8:05. No one there! They put tickets on sale when their help line is closed! Tried for another 10 minutes, then sent an email to their customer support asking for help. No reply for 3 days! And then the person on the other end was not helpful at all.
Bottom line: Ticket Fly does not care about their customers, refuses to help, and is an all around poor outfit. I won't be buying Riot Fest tickets or any other tickets, EVER, that are through Ticketfly!
Never answer the phone. Waited half an hour. Horrible company. I even tried tweeting them to see if I could get a response at all and absolutely nothing. I had a simple question and I was just getting shafted. Such bad customer service.
Purchased tickets for an Omaha show and received tickets for a Detroit show, contacted support and was told that there was no way to change the tickets. Contacting support is one of the most painful experiences i have ever had.
I bought two tickets to I prevail - rage on the stage tour for September 20th in OK. I received my tickets and they are for October 20th in freaking Massachusetts. I spent entire hour on hold alone for them to tell me that I have to wait 24-48hr just to see if I can get a refund. "They will call me back" I highly doubt it. I checked my confirmation email and everything was correct, but according to customer support, they don't even sell tickets for the concert I'm wanting to attend. Okay?
I used this company to buy tickets a couple time, I will never use this company again. I had bought tickets to Cash Cash and the venue had told me that the ticket was fake, I immediately contacted their customer service and they said that they could not refund me till they can contact the venue. It has been around 3-4 months and I had contacted them again where they said they could do nothing about it. Bought fake tickets from them and they can not give me a refund after getting denied at the venue, last time using ticket fly and will now only use Ticket Master for my concert tickets, thank you ticket fly for the worst experience possible from a ticket company
They billed a show I bought tickets for incorrectly. I asked them for a refund which was reasonable because the show I bought tickets for was not what the show ended up as. They gave me attitude and would not budge. Also, they send the mobile tickets through the Passport App which prohibited me from converting the ticket into a PDF. Therefore, I was not able to resell the tickets on Stubhub or anywhere else.
I bought tickets, then the show that i was going to attend got relocated. I hit up Ticketfly 9 days before the event about my situation and what i should do next. They never responded back. I did end up going to the right show, but i shouldn't had to dealt with it like that because of the service Ticketfly lacked.
Their refund policy is horrible. I bought tickets to a concert specifically for the opening act, and the opening act cancelled a few days before the show. I tried to get my money back, and they outright refused given their refund policy. Very, very disappointing.
I bought a $5 ticket for a friend's concert, which was canceled. The people at the venue said it shouldn't be a problem to get a refund, but they flat-out refuse. Also, they charge a nearly 25% service fee that was not listed until I got the bill. $#*! this stupid company.
My husband and I purchased tickets to a concert. When we arrived at the venue it was still under construction. Ticketfly refuses to issue a refund. The concert was held almost a month later, and no one notified us. This is a ripoff! I will never purchase tickets from Ticketfly again.
Terrible expereince trying to buy some simple tickets on Ticketfly. I waited 45 minutes on hold, twice on their one and only contact line, just to ask a question about an attempted online purchase. Finally tried the online purchase and got an error on payment, which told me to call the same contact line! Gave up and didnt go to the event, costing whoever subcontracted their sales to these losers a $60 customer.
I bought two tickets a month ago and indicated BEST available, I got 6th row. I thought OK not bad, however today just a day before the event I logged on and requested best available and found plenty of open seats in the 1st row. I called ticketfly and explained I wanted the 1st row and they hung up on me... hahaha WOW customer service at its best... Never again ticketfly...
Kept getting to the purchase page and kept getting rejected. Took so long to buy tickets I missed the purchase deadline and had to pay more at the door.
Used Ticketfly for first time for Tall Ships of Duluth event. Tickets promised on-board tours, but due to Ticketfly overselling by about 200,000 more than the venue could hold, and only 3 ships available for tours, a small percentage of people were able to tour; all the rest were told of a 7-hour wait for a tour! Contacted Ticketfly to complain about their false advertising, and all they can come up with is this "struck no returns policy" they have. Curiously, the last time I was quoted that policy was when I was scammed at the mall by a traveling band of con artists selling Dead Sea cosmetics who try to sneakily add on $500 to your credit card and hope you won't notice.

Marshmallow apparently canceled and someone else was substituted which they found out after waiting in line for 2 hours.

I ordered 4 ticket of richigga concert and the concert changed the time so ticketfly send me the email to confirm and if i need a refund they will do it. But when i forwarded the email all they did just make me wait like a week for nothing. I'm so disappointed to it and i will never use this website again
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY REFUSE TO FIX THEIR OWN MISTAKES. Ticketfly incorrectly advertised the event start time AND end time. So I show up at the scheduled start time and the headliner had already performed! THEN the show ends 2 hours earlier than scheduled and I'm left waiting in the cold for a ride for 2 hours on my birthday! Ticketfly customer service says they aren't responsible for any schedule changes and it's not their fault that they NEVER contacted me to tell me that the show time was not as advertised. They will lie to you and scam you out of your money and then refuse to fix it in any way! This turned into the absolute worst experience and a birthday nightmare I will never forget! :( AVOID AT ALL COST.
