TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY REFUSE TO FIX THEIR OWN MISTAKES. Ticketfly incorrectly advertised the event start time AND end time. So I show up at the scheduled start time and the headliner had already performed! THEN the show ends 2 hours earlier than scheduled and I'm left waiting in the cold for a ride for 2 hours on my birthday! Ticketfly customer service says they aren't responsible for any schedule changes and it's not their fault that they NEVER contacted me to tell me that the show time was not as advertised. They will lie to you and scam you out of your money and then refuse to fix it in any way! This turned into the absolute worst experience and a birthday nightmare I will never forget! :( AVOID AT ALL COST.
I wanted to buy a ticket to a concert but the price was different from what was posted. So I opened two support tickets. I called 5x and waited 40-50mins and was still on hold. So the event is 2 days away and I think I'll just buy it at the door so this place doesn't get my service fee for the lack of support and poor business practice.
I ended up having to get my tickets switched to will call because they never showed up. They claimed they were sent out so I couldn't get my shipping refunded despite them being late. However, My event was a month ago and they never arrived. Very disappointed with them.
I have purchased tickets several times since my last review ( about a yr ago) and I still haven't had any issues from the purchase to the delivery, until I have an issue, I will continue to f**k with ticketfly.
Absolute worst. Ordered tickets. They said thye were being mailed. Never received them. Called them. They said they sent them. No proof of delivery. Not even an email. Now they just got hacked and lost 27 million account info. I hope venues stop doing business with these people. They do not tell the truth. They are liars. Do NOT do business with them.
I bought tickets the day they went on sale in march for janeane garofalo. Paid the ridiculous fee per ticket for 4 tickets. My events isn't until end of July. I found out I won't receive my tix til closer to the event meanwhile my credit card has been charged. My friends need to reimburse me but I don't have a ticket to give them yet... this never used to be the case. U buy tickets you get them in the mail less than a week later regardless of the date of the event. Never again ticketfly. Screw you!

Not sure how it happened but I was sold 9 underage tickets for a show, which is incorrect. In addition to the exorbitant fees, I was charged an additional $18 on top of the fees.
I tried the "live chat" which is non-existent, no one is available on the customer support help line. NEVER use them. How are they legally in business? Never use them EVER.
I can't figure out what the purpose of Ticketfly is. They're very nice and happy to be the face of a concert when it comes to taking your money, but when it comes to anything else, they act like you're speaking gibberish. They took me for $300 for a show that wasn't even scheduled yet, then when it was and I determined that I couldn't go, they refused me a refund, wouldn't let me transfer the ticket to someone who could go, and blamed it on the venue. Why is this middleman even necessary? Terrible. Just buy your tickets at the door or use Ticketmaster.
I had just received the worst customer service. I made an error with my email and couldn't access the tickets from my phone on the way to the concert. Most companies have you input the email twice to prevent human error. When I realized that i could not find my tickets I tried calling and after 2 HOURS of waiting on the phone I bought new tickets as the concert was starting. The person on the phone today told me that he could not help me because it was after the concert despite the time I spent on the phone prior to the concert. I tried calling this company again the next day and still couldn't get through. The band is a close friend and i will beg him to switch companies. This company and the person that i dealt with today have ISSUES.
I called *******849 the ticketfly service number to tell them they had overcharged my card. When I explained the situation very respectfully the representative talked to me like I was a $#*!ing idiot. Saying that their sight always works and never fails must have been user error. I still calmly explained that that was not possible as I had taken a picture of my confirmation END TOTAL BEFORE I CLICKED SUBMIT. "Michael" still continued to say its impossible and I must have messed up. And tried to just cut the conversation at that. Will neve use ticketfly again.
I received an email that Justin Moore (Country Singer) was performing at the Silverlake Lounge. A PHOTO OF HIM is shown with the venue. I purchase two tickets and the next day, Ticketfly sends me this, "It has come to our attention that there has been some confusion concerning the support act Justin Moore. This is NOT the country singer, but rather (the other) Justin Moore.If you have any questions let us know."
I wrote back and explained that I wanted my money back and seven days later, they tell me "no" as he was listed as a supporting act. Ticketfly owned up to the mistake! But they don't want to make it right? I'll NEVER purchase a ticket again from this site.
I purchased two tickets to a show. I get to the show and realize I never received an email with the tickets. I signed into the site, and it said I had no orders. So, I bought two more tickets (luckily they were 10 each only). I called ticketfly later and they said they couldn't do anything about it since it's after the show.

Bought a ticket in advance thinking it would be cheaper, ended up costing more than if I bought it at the door, and was told that I "made the choice" to pay more when I accepted the fees. A $3 fee for what? I still have to go to will call and get my ticket. This is a small show that I wasn't worried about selling out. Sorry I went through the billing page quickly because I thought I was getting a cheaper ticket LIKE YOU ADVERTISED. Pointless service that I'll never be using again. They don't care about fans.
This company tells you that they will mail you your tickets and you will receive them before 7 days prior to the concert. They say if it is 6 days or less before the concert to contact them. That is an absurd policy to begin with. It should not be the responsibility of your buyer to stare at a calendar and make sure their tickets are within range. It is the COMPANY'S job to ship the tickets in a timely manner and make sure they arrive far before the event!
I never received the tickets to my event, I write to them and they blamed ME, they blamed the POST office, and they refused to refund me money for an event I could not attend due to their error. Also Chelsee in customer service has a smart mouth and likes to make the customer feel at fault when they are clearly upset. AWFUL, never buying from here again nor will anyone I know. Save yourself the pain and suffering.
After two calls and 40 minutes holding, Ticket Flyer fully refunded my tickets, with apologies, for a cancelled show. They said the venue hadn't notified them of cancellation, so I've upgraded their rating.
Shouldnt it be easy to purchase tickets on an online ticket buying website? I mean, if you are going to get one thing right - shouldnt it be the core reason for your existence? I've been been trying to buy tickets to concert for 3 days. They mention using some redic protocol call AVS. Which apparently searches an address that may or may not verify with your banking profile and/or banking statement... wth?!? What other address could they need and WHYYYYY? When I called, their unhelpful agent basically repeated everything in the FAQ - and said, "I can try and run it, but we use the same system. Are you sure you havent moved in the past 3-4 years". So let me get this right?... your system is checking address which are not current but potentially 3-4 years old? GET A CLUE!? Unbelievably annoying experience. Ticketfly should be called Ticketfail.
Certain people just don't have the capacity to be entrepreneurs and this reality is manifested by the hapless company, Ticketfly. If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer Support = Unskilled Apathetic. Their website is a cartoonish, minimally functional, Web 1.0 version of technology that belongs in 1996. For only $5k, they could hire a professional to think though the customer experience and for another $10k they could build a pro website that reflects that well thought out vision of how to optimally serve us customers. After twice calling for an elemental and common ticketing request (make the name on the ticket order different from the name of the purchaser, as the tix were a gift to my son), I left my number, at their request, for later call back. Ha! No call back. $#*! show.
I was trying for 5SOS tickets and there were two sales. One being presale (had to have a code) and then the general sale. Well ticketfly decided to sale all the tickets during presale! There were no tickets left for the general public to buy. Rip off! Ticketfly is so screwed up! Would not recommend this site for anyone!
The fact that my ticket to a show last weekend stated 11:30pm, and the show started at 11:00pm is bad enough. However I have reached out to their customer service 3 times in the last week and have heard nothing back.
I work in the Box Office business and if we treated our guests this way, I wouldn't have a job.
