Ripoff artists

The service fees are outrageous. Ticket companies who charge exorbitant service fees, like Ticketfly and Tickemaster, should be treated the same as ticket scalpers. Hell, some scalpers charge less than these shysters. On top of that, they have messed up ticket orders for my wife and I more than once. Seriously, burn ticket scalp sites like these to the ground!

Website Problems

I went in to buy tickets for a music fest that were $295 each, ticket fly's website told me there was a problem with my payment info but when I went to make sure it was all correct and I called my card company to make sure it wasn't being declined it turned out to be all the correct information and my credit card company said the merchant hadn't even tried to send the purchase through. Don't buy tickets through ticketfly, they are failing.

Terrible Site

Long story short, they charged me twice for the same purchase, one autho hold and one purchase. The purchase went thru and cannot get the autho hold off my acct. So I am out the money for now. Waiting 30 mins plus to get a hold of someone to help me and they cannot do it. Superv will not get on the phone and get it resolved. If you have a problem, go straight to the management team at *******350, ask for Steve Oliver, COO, or Tyler Hoffman, VP of Sales and you might get some results.

No Refunds
April 28, 2017

Show I had tickets to canceled last minute. Tried calling customer service and emailed them several times. Was sent an email notifying me that if I wanted a refund for the canceled show to contact them at a given number or respond to that email. I did both and was never able to get ahold of anyone. No agents at costumer service were ever available and they do not respond to email.

I am very unsatisfied with the service. I have been trying to contact the company on the phone for a day and they have not picked up! In addition, i ACCIDENTALLY bought a ticket and the website gave me no notification on the website that i bought it, so i bought another one. I later found out i was chargered twice! In addition, their costumer service are not answering my emails, and they disabled my account. I am beyond upset.

Today is Wed 9/16/15 and I received my wristband for Kaaboo, ordered early August. Now I can't activate the wristband! Called and they said they are CLOSED. WTF? Worst experience ever. Hatin Kaaboo people pretty much too.

I live in Canada. Purchased tickets on Jan 25,2018 through ticketfly for a future event. The day after purchasing these tickets (Jan 26) my credit card statement shows numerous Uber charges in San Francisco, CA. Ironically ticketfly operates out of San Francisco. No coincidence- my credit card information was stolen. This person charged nearly $300 in uber rides to my credit card before I noticed and had the card cancelled due to fraud. Impossible to reach anyone at ticketfly they dont answer the phone... NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! EVERRRRRRR

REFUNDS
October 3, 2018

The Dreamville Festival was cancelled and they said that they would issue everyone's refunds! Ticketfly does not answer emails or calls, they told me that they would issue my refund in 7 days. THAT WAS 3 WEEKS AGO! I will NEVER purchase anything from them again! None of their customers support numbers are active nor emails.

TERRIBLE!

I purchased 2 tickets that cost me over $650.00 from this site, thinking I was some really good seats, since I'm coming from out of state. When I received them, it was a general admission ticket that cost $21.00 each. Not only can you NEVER REACH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, when I finally reached them by email they just said "All sales are final"! They don't screen any sellers for usurious charges, then just wash their hands of you when you have bought the ticket. This is in dispute with my credit card company. JUST WRONG!

Stole money from me

Only put 5 stars so people would see my disappointment. This is the most horrible place to buy your tickets dont waste your time. I went to Echostage in DC for Getter on Halloween; my friend bought her ticket at the booth as a listed member on friends and family. The ticket shouldve been $40 but they charged my card for her ticket twice and refuse to refund my money unless I make the hour long trip back to echostage to get my $#*!ing money back. Its $40 like are you ducking serious I hate ticketfly and I dont recommend it ever. Theyre $#*!ing stupid and arent helpful in any way they need to fix something because theyre just making their company worse. No wonder ticket master has higher ratings

After multiple attempts to change my password or get any guidance from their site that actually worked, I decided to delete my account. However, THERE IS NO WAY TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT! I had to call, wait on hold, choose a random menu option (because there is no "support" option), then argue with the person on the phone why I wanted to delete my account. Clearly, deleting accounts is not encouraged. The person on the phone kept trying to tell me that there was no reason to delete my account. Finally, I was put on hold for a while. She came back and said that my account was "deactivated". To check, I tried to sign in and a big warning came up that my account was frozen because I had violated the terms of service. Ridiculous! A total scam! A great way to grow their number of accounts, though.

Dear Ticketfly,

I will never purchase music festival tickets off of your website ever again. 30+ minute phone calls to get in touch with customer service... Did not send proof of purchase or confirmation tracking number for 2 Day Air Shipping... Oh yeah... and to all DON'T PURCHASE 2 DAY AIR ITS A TOTAL SCAM. WONT COME IN 2 DAYS AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE NO IDEA WHEN IT WILL SHIP... Had to call customer service 3 times and each time I received different answers. I was never given a tracking number and they cant refund you your 2 Day Air because they have a NO REFUND POLICY. (SCAM) I am not one to write these scathing reviews, but I am extremely disappointed with their quality of service. I hope no one experiences what I went through to get my tickets for an event.

DONT USE TICKETFLY

This website is a total scam. I once bought a ticket using their website which they gave me an INVALID ticket for, in addition to useless "service fees." Once I arrived at the venue, my ticket didn't work and I was forced to buy a new ticket. After calling ticketfly, their customer service told me "Well we don't do refunds because it looks like you selected the wrong city." The fact that this website would scam me and then blame me for their own error and not refund me back my money is completely disgusting. I would never recommend this website to anybody, I was ROBBED AND SCAMMED

Y'all see all the awful reviews about how terrible this company is and lack of customer service, so do the public a favor and REFUSE TO BUY FROM TICKETFLY! SHUT THEM DOWN! They Are scam artists that care nothing for customer service or support so boycott them. It's the only answer. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AND CANT WAIT FOR THEM TO GO UNDER.
