They sold tickets as post show meet and greet and after it was purchased they changed it. They would not offer a refund due to misleading posting!
Do not buy tickets from Ticketfly. If the event is cancelled they will NOT refund your money. They do not care about their clients. They only care about making their cut and that is about it. They do not ensure the events they market are insured in the event of cancellations or bankruptcy. They partnered with Huka Entertainment to run the Pemberton Music Festival into the ground. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY. Stick with Ticketmaster or buy the day of or directly from the venue. This company does not care about its customers.
Yesterday they said the site was down. Kept trying until I was able to get on for Shery Crow tickets at the Capitol Theater only to find nothing available. Boycott this site. They are scumbags.
Purchased my tickets, received confirmation for my tickets and was able to print my tickets. My husband and I were all set to have a fun-filled music weekend. Less than 12 hours before the show, I received an email telling me that my tickets were being refunded and my printout tickets were no longer valid. The email said we'd have to wait up to 7 days before seeing the refund! We called over an hour before finally reaching someone in customer service who told us that they were sorry and we could re-buy our tickets. WE HAVEN'T EVEN RECEIVED THE REFUND AND THEY WANT US TO BUY THE TICKETS AGAIN! I'd give this damn company 0 starts if I was able to do so. So now our weekend is ruined and I have to hope we'll see our money back. Unbelieveable! Don't trust them and don't buy anything from them
Dont use them, customer service never responds, they will never help you if u cannot attend a show, they dont give a $#*!! Dont support this horrible place
If you have ordered from Ticketfly CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS! They charged patron's cards in error then refunded less days later!
I noticed a got a charge and a refund 3 days later (of a lesser amount) from Ticketfly when I hadn't purchase anything through them in a month. After much back and forth and them stating different causes as to why it happened, they concluded that their credit card processor recharged cards randomly but they caught the error and fixed it 3 days later. But I wasn't refunded the proper amount!
The currency exchange rate (it was out of the country) had changed in those three days thus they refunded LESS then they charged IN ERROR. No compensation for the amount they kept nor the time I had to deal to figure out the an error on their end as they didn't notify patrons that this happened.

DO NOT PURCHASE ON THIS SITE! After attempting to purchase tickets, I received and error message that said that there was a hiccup and if I do not receive a confirmation email then I should attempt to purchase them again. Though my gut told me not to, I did. SAME ERROR MESSAGE. I later looked at my bank account and I had been charged twice for tickets I never received! No confirmation email and no tickets, I decided to contact them to ask whats up. Emails go unresponded to and their phone number comes back with "we're experiencing difficulties and cutsomer service center is down". SCAM SCAM SCAM. Contacted my bank and they said that they are able to dispute it thankfully.
I will never do business with this company again.
I purchased a general admission ticket to Life is Beautiful Music Concert, a 3 day event held in Downtown Vegas at full price ($255). One month before the show is to begin, a promotion by MyVegas offered a substantial >25% discount off the general admission ticket price by using their promo code. Ticketfly has a no refund policy, if you buy a ticket with them and something happens say goodbye to your money, period.
I contacted Ticketfly via email informing them of this promotion and requested that I may get the difference reimbursed back to me. I'm not asking for a full refund, just the difference. An automated emailed stated I would get a return email within 48 hours. Eight days later, still no response.
I contacted them by phone on the 9th day and was place on hold for 45 minutes before speaking to a live person. Again I asked if I may be reimburse the difference. "Chris" stated he would check up on it and I would receive a call within the day. An hour later I get a returned voicemail from Chris stating, "We can't reimburse the difference, hope you figure something out, goodbye."
This is the one and only time I will use ticketfly. If they would let me cancel, refund me the cost and let me re-purchase my ticket: I would be a very happy camper. Their policy and practice is horrible and I am informing all my friends and family to avoid them at all cost.
6 times tried to buy tickets, im from Mexico. Thank God, in Mexico, the charges didnt go trough, but Ticket Fly is the Worst ive ever seen when buyin tickets.

I ordered tickets for a concert and then read all the bad reviews. I was scared I got scammed. I was only charged once for my tickets went to the show and had no problems.
I made a group ticket purchase through Ticketfly.
I was required to create a Ticketfly account, which I did successfully.
My credit card was charged-successfully.
The even tickets were confirmed and emailed to me-successfully.
Ticketfly then sent me and email and requested that I provide a copy, that is scan, photocopy or otherwise make a fascimile; of my drivers license or the credit card I used.
I told them to pound sand and contacted the venue, no way am I sending this documentation to them.
I immediately contacted the venue, neither of us have heard of such a practice, the venue confirmed that my payment was received and the tickets were valid.
With the help of the venue Ticketfly stated they suspected fraud and wanted me to prove who I was. I called American Express and they stated the normal process was for the vendor to contact the credit card company. Tickefly insisted I comply, this after the charge was approved and payment made. Who are these clowns to request I send them this information?
End result told em know way even after threat of them attempting to invalidate my tickets. Didn't trust that request, don't trust that business practice. Smells.
Their form sent twice and I was charged for two tickets. Unfortunately their customer service was COMPLETELY unresponsive and led to me overspending. Would NOT use again.

I purchased tickets with USPS First Class Mail as a delivery option since it specified that it would take 1-3 business days for delivery. I was going to have to travel for this event, but 1-3 business days would provide me with plenty of time to receive the tickets and travel. Eight days after placing my order, I called TicketFlyand asked why my tickets hadn't shipped yet. I was informed by customer service that my tickets would indeed arrive in 1-3 business days from the date of shipping. However, the customer service rep informed me that he wasn't sure when they would ship. I asked why the shipping options at checkout indicated that USPS First Class delivery was 1-3 business days if TicketFly wasn't sure when it would ship (and therefore when it would arrive). The customer service rep indicated that no where in the order did they stipulate when the tickets would ship, nor was there anything that they could do about it. I asked if they could guarantee that the tickets would ship before the event, and I was told that they could not do that. So I guess... Caveat Emptor
The service fee was almost as much as the ticket. If you really want people to see more live shows, stop being so greedy.
