My tickets were cancelled 3 hours before the event due to some fraud detection which made no sense at all! The customer service rep was unhelpful and told me the event is sold out but the ticketfly page shows they're still available! Dont even want to risk spending any more money! TOTAL SCAM
Badly organized, Very slow, unhelpful customer support, and overall awful. Accidentally bought a ticket for the wrong location and they didn't do anything and I still need to get a refund. No refunds? Seriously? Now I have to contact the venue. I am never using Ticketfly again.
Triple check the venue & dates - bought a ticket for Dallas for a later and ended up with a Chicago on show the passed the previous week... and they have the audacity to say we are not responsible. I purchased it through your link! Worst experience ever!
Plan on being charged for what an additional ticket would cost just for their service fees. Ticketfly has the worst service so I dont know what we are paying that much extra for. $#*! ticketfly, i'd rather miss the show.
Besides being far over-priced and inundating me with ads afterwards, VividSeats & TicketFly offered tiered pricing for what appeared to be better sections or seats. It was a standing-room only, 1-room, 1st come 1st served event with no separate sections or meet-greet services. I trustingly bought the 2nd "tier"... I'm certainly glad that I didn't pay for an even higher "tier!"
Purchased tickets and was unable to attend due to a family tragedy. I called prior to the concert and was informed that they would contact the venue and get back to me but and I would likely get the refund. After a week of no replies I called again and got the same line. I contacted the venue and the promoter both of which informed me they had nothing to do with the refund. I contacted this company again today and was informed that I would not get my refund after all, despite what the 2 customer service reps said
This service uses an outdated and disfunctional online interface with its customers. When the interface fails to allow you to buy tickets their customer service tells you its your problem and you have to have your bank make changes to your credit card info! REALLY?!?
I've been buying all types of services and products online and have never been told this before or since.
They are a disservice to the venues who use them and the buying public. Hopefully another company will take them over or take their business since they do not deserve it or the high service fees they charge on top of the ticket prices.
I spoke with Devin through email and they were able to change the name on my will call ticket because i had accidentally put my preferred name instead of my legal name. This stopped me from having to buy a whole new ticket and I am greatly appreciated of Devin.
I needed support for a recent purchase as the seating assignment changed after purchase (seats were not together). I reviewed all of the information carefully and ticketfly was decptive in changing the original seats I purchased. Poor resonse via email and waited for 80+min to reach a rep over the phone. Since Ticketfly doesn't offer a refund and couldn't fix their error they had no resolution to my dilemma. Reported to BBB is all I could do. Do not give this company your money! I highly suggest searching for other ticketing companies as Ticketfly is criminal.
Terrible, some small time start up. Doesn't have kinks worked out. Customer service is non existent. Venues and bands should a more bonfire site like a stub hub or Ticketmaster,
This company exists to do convenient ticket fulfillment. I used their service, transact may or may not go through and now I am stuck here wasting time. The complete opposite of its mission. Cannot dislike strongly enough.
The worst customer experience in the last 10 years for me for anything! Never again! Error messages, long hold times, just amazing that DSP or anyone else uses this disaster of an organization. Currently out $360 with no tickets to the show! Seriously run for the hills away from these thieves!
We purchased tickets for a show in September and got really great seats. Just received an email from Ticketfly saying that we'd been "bumped" and now we have seats several rows back. I don't even know if this is legal. We've contacted them, we're contacting the venue, hopefully something will happen. But in reading these reviews, I'm thinking we're going to be sitting several rows back. What an awful thing to do to customers.
Recently bought tickets, then about a week later get an email saying my tickets were cancelled and money refunded. No explanation at all. Still waiting for their non-existent customer support to explain. They were bought as a gift and already given to the recipient. Show is now sold out, so I look like an $#*!! This is the second time they did this, NEVER a problem from Ticketmaster, AXS or anywhere else. Venues should really think about dumping this ticket provider!
Ticketfly is an extremely incompetent company! They are dishonest, treat customers extremely poorly, and have no desire to help them in any way! I strongly recommend to purchase your tickets elsewhere!
These guys want to charge me 26% of the cost of two concert tickets for the "service" of having their computer send an auto-generated pair of general admission tickets to my email address. That is... on top of the $1.50 "processing fee." If it were just the "processing fee" I'd say this is very reasonable (even though they would still be raking in huge $ for doing very little, but 26% of the ticket price is criminal B. S. They will be getting far more money than the members of band that is playing, for doing almost nothing by comparison. And, they appear to have a monopoly on ticket sales for this and many other shows. Why are we being forced to use such services?.
I tried ordering tickets to a show I really wanted to attend and Ticketfly said there was a processing order. So I tried a different debit card. Had the same problem. Re-entered my information and tried again. Still didn't work. The next day I found that they charged me three times! Yet I never received any tickets. They won't reply to my email and I've called their customer service line six times, each time waiting 10-30 minutes. No one ever answered. At this point it just feels like theft.
First experience with this company has been a nightmare. Hidden fees, no customer service whatsoever, and flawed technology to the point where I never even got my tickets and after spending 1.5 hours on the phone to get the tickets they were incompatible with apple wallet. It's too bad some events have them as their exclusive ticket providing service... makes those hosting these events look bad too.
I was on hold for 20 minutes and finally when it started ringing it sounded like somebody answered but then they instantly hung up. Now I'm calling again and it's already been another 15 minutes that I've been on hold. Ridiculous.
I believe StubHub and other ticket buying websites give you a credit if you're not able to attend the event because of an emergency or nay reason. I will not be buying from Ticketfly again.
