I hate how they don't have a refund option if you make a mistake or can't attend. They should have at least a 24 to 48 hour refund option. I'm also in the middle of calling them to ask if I can possibly switch my will-call ticket to a print-at-home instead; I've been on hold for 18 minutes now.

Just terrible

Website doesn't work at all, and no one is answering the phone. It's like they stopped even trying to scam people and take their money. You will have an easier time trying to find a needle in haystack. Like, seriously good luck trying to buy a ticket.

Fees are insane

The ticket selling industry is a travesty. I paid a $17 fee to download and print my event tickets at home. This practice is keeping people without money from being able to go to cultural events around the city. I will also blame the venue for using this service. Disgusting.

Had a code for a pre-sale. Didn't even allow me to purchase a ticket. Waited patiently for the next day to purchase and again the same problem. Does this website even work? The absolute worst in terms of communication. Sent question on twitter, no reply. Sent email, no reply. Calling customer service, been on for over half an hour and no response. Finally the phone rang twice and then they hung up on me. Absolutely Terrible. This company should just pack it up and pack it in.

Purchased tickets for an event the day tickets went on sale. Today I received an email from Ticketfly saying my order had been cancelled due to "error with the ticket link". I called TF to confirm and was told the ticket sales were released earlier than they should have been so they were cancelling orders and to just repurchase. So I attempted to do just that, except when I attempted to complete my order, the fees being charged for my 4 tickets was now over $19 versus $9 on my original order.
I contacted TF in an attempt to resolve and in a nutshell I was told - can't help, too bad, sorry.
Unfortunately it seems this is the only way to purchase tickets for some events and these folks will rip you off and cheat you in an instant and you can suck it up and take it in the bum or miss your show.

Terrible
February 23, 2017

Had great seats to a show in my cart and then their site crashed. Spent another 30 minutes trying to get tickets only to continue to get tickets in my cart (there were not as good) and then have it time out on me with the message "Ticketfly ticket buying service for this event is currently down. We're working quickly to get this back up."

Bought tickets to a show with a band I like as an opening act, they had cancelled their entire North American tour the week before and were still listed on TF's website. False advertising, won't refund my money, terrible company, stay away.

Horrible company
November 3, 2016

Ordered tickets this morning, supposedly their system was down... They never sent my tickets and nothing shows up under "My Orders"... But they had no problem taking the money out of my account. Customer Service had me on hold for 45 minutes to say that it "should drop off" in a few days, but I need that money now to reorder from a legitimate site. Complete garbage. Stay away. Already called my bank and will be calling the BBB tomorrow on these jokers.

No refund ever

This company never returns calls or emails. You will be on hold forever. The fine print says no refunds, returns unless concert is canceled. Even.if acts change, you are out of luck. Big service fee too per ticket. Will NEVER buy tickets from them again.

Ordered tickets for tortuga music festival in Florida, their site says tickets should arrive no later than 7 days prior to the even. Called ticketfly to inquire about order. Was informed that it hasn't been processed for delivery yet and if the tickets dont come then i can pick them up in will call. Which will take more of my time. I also realized that ticketfly charged $10 for shipping, which may not even occur. Do not use ticketfly.

Total abdication of their role and responsibility by screwing me out of tickets for a show I really wanted to attend. And they claim they have world-class service, B f*&kin' S! Couldn't reach them by email or phone until the show was sold out, and then they never expressed any sort of regret, just a silent "Oh well, sucks for you." I'll still be buying concert tickets in the future, something tells me, this site will not be selling them. Bye Bye TicketFly

Selected 2 tickets for a concert and page times out, so I re-entered the page and selected 2 tickets and they charged me for 4 total tickets, explained my issue through their site and tried to call several times but did not get a response until after the event.
A week after the event they finally did reply they stated that the event has passed and even if it had not there is a strict no refund policy... do not purchase tickets through this website, it is better to buy at the door. I will never purchas anything from them again.

Bought a $20 ticket, $10 taxes and fees were added AFTER I confirmed the purchase of $20. It said NOTHING about the additional ten dollars in taxes and fees until it was too late. Yeah, so what? Only ten bucks, right? It's not about the money as much as it's about unethical business practices. I would have bought the tickets at the door for $10 cheaper if they had stated the taxes and fees policy in advance. Also 50% in taxes and fees? Are you out of your mind? What b. S. Called for a refund, couldn't get anyone on the phone. Sent an email- 4 days later, still no reply. So yeah, f*ck these guys.

ZERO Customer Service

Ordered tickets online. Ticketfly charged my card but never sent an email confirmation. Tickets were also never received. No one answers the phone. Emails also go unanswered. Had to file a dispute through my credit card company and never got to go to the show. Beyond horrible experience. Don't do business with this fly-by-night company.

I am a new user just made an account to get a ticket!

A month later it is deactivated!
Without any warning prior

Contacted them they said a chargeback was filed but I neve efiled one!

After this was this single response.
The name at the end was Devin this is horrible... how could they do this to a customer using them for the first time!
