I cannot believe that this business is still in service. I am a senior and was seriously ripped-off by this site. Please be warned - do not use this site! The tickets I purchased (Rachel Platten) were easily available from ticketmaster but it looked, on the surface, as if this site was offering the same deal - until I got my credit card bill. I will now have to cancel my credit card and also report these fraudsters to the media.

If you need to reach out to customer service because there was an error with your order, don't even begin to try to reach them. I had to reorder tickets to an event after spending an hour on hold for customer service. One letter was wrong in the email address I sent the tickets to, and therefor I could not get my tickets. I ended up just buying new tickets and wasting time and money. This company is awful.

I found out through Twitter that the artist had to cancel a half dozen concerts, including one I had tickets to. I tried calling Ticketfly 4 times and waited for up to 30 minutes each phone call, all ended up with no answer. I sent an email inquiring if the concert was indeed cancelled and if so when to expect a refund. I received an automated message back that it could take at least 5 days for a response. To my surprise I received a response to my email in 2 hours that the whole concert was indeed cancelled and that I would be receiving a full refund within 7 to 10 business days. My credit card was credited the full amount including fees in 2 days. Other than the company never answering the phone, everything worked smoothly with the transaction and email response time. The whole concert was cancelled, not the opening act, not the closing act, the whole event. So I did not encounter a bad experience with Ticketfly regarding a cancelled concert and refund.

I have never been more stressed out in my life. This company does not help I had purchased the bundle package that included camping and parking. Because the messed up on my order i did not receive the bracelets but a print at home ticket but did not receive the parking pass... I feel very taken advantage of.

I recently purchased tickets with Ticketfly only to travel to Dallas and find out my tickets were a scam! It was my husband's birthday and we were not able to enjoy the concert he had so much been looking forward to. I am so disappointed with Ticketfly. What a rip off! $1500. 00 worth! Do not buy your tickets here!

Faulty Site/Checkout

First time around I accidentally chose 2 parking passes, then realized what I did and went back a page in my browser. I then switched to two show tickets and no parking tickets. Upon checkout I was charged for the two parking passes. It was rather unfortunate. I'd go through a competitor the next time around given this experience. Now I have to call and explain the faults with the web checkout process with minimal chance of refunding the parking passes due to customer-squeezing terms of purchase agreement.

Go directly through a venue site or find another ticket seller to save you the chance at inconvenience.

Horrible

Credit card charged. No tickets. Waited on hold first day over half hour and no answer. Sent an email. No response 2 days later. Phoned again, waited half hour and finally received an operator. They said they couldn't find any proof that my credit card had been charged. When I tried to explain, they put me back on hold. Minutes later I was hung up on. Called back again, waited 45 mins and still no operator. Fed up. Horrible, horrible customer service. Never again will I attended an event if ticketfly is the only company providing tickets.

DON'T BUY HERE. THEY SUCK

Had tickets for a concert which was postponed and rescheduled. No one informed me of the original cancellation and no refund when I couldn't make the makeup date. No customer service. All their reviews are terrible.

Did a one time purchase for tickets that went fine other than the exorbitant fees, but hey, I agreed to that. I kept receiving promo emails that I would click Unsubscribe on, but they came from different address "Powered by Ticketfly" so each one was a separate distribution list. Finally went into my account and unchecked all boxes and said "Do not receive any emails". The next day I get another email, go into my account, and there is magically a new subscription added! I contact Ticketfly and tell them to remove me from all lists and deactivate my account, I will never be using them again anyway. The rep does this, then two days later I receive ANOTHER ****ing email! And now my account is deactivated so I can't even unsubscribe! They come from different venues in cities that I have never been to in my life, Ticketfly has obviously sold my email address and they have no control over it now. Total scumbags

I bought 2 tickets for a concert. On their web page while I was buying it described a section and row.
I realized on my actual emailed tickets they were confused with the layout of the hall. In my email they sent me it says what I wanted, but the actual seats are something else. I was willing to work with them but they have failed to do anything. On their web page in my account it describes what I wanted but not the actual printed ticket? I am not sure if I even have tickets or not at this point, and customer service is worthless.

Horrible experience!

I waited all day to get tickets to a show that went on sale at 12. Wasn't able to get decent seats but they were OKAY. Had 3 tickets in my cart and everything. When I go to purchase the site crashes. Spent 2 hrs afterwards trying to get tickets and absolutely no success. Highly upset!

Absolutely No Refunds!

I will never purchase with Ticketfly again. I was supposed to attend a Brandy concert on 2/10 as per the information on their website; however, when I went to the event, I quickly realized it was not a Brandy concert. Naturally, since I did not get what I paid for, I requested a refund. First I called and was on hold for an hour. Finally, I emailed them and was told that they do not give refunds under any circumstance, which is completely ridiculous given that I was basically a victim of false advertising on their site. In the end, I called my bank and successfully disputed the charge. Heck, I even reported them for fraud through the NY Attorney State General website. I hope they go out of business!

I was told if a show is cancelled by the artist, money is automatically returned. Almost two weeks now and nothing. Keep getting generic replys by email.No one answers the phone. I WANT MY MONEY! You had no problem selling me the tickets.

Poor customer service
October 1, 2014

Poor customer service. I accidentally purchased tickets to a concert for the wrong city. I called as soon as they opened to seek a refund or exchange for the city I wanted. They refused to refund my ticket hiding behind their no refund policy. I feel that I called immediately after making this mistake and should have received some decency and been refunded. I refuse to do business with them ever again.

Awful

Was told to buy tickets from this site for $30 each, when I got on here the cheapest ones were $50 a piece and came with a $17 service charge EACH. Paid nearly $150 for two tickets when my friends paid $33 for a ticket AT THE DOOR. Even the people that ran the concert were shocked and sad for me. All seating was general admission, no reason for such a price increase. Never buying anything from here again.

Worst customer service

If I could give their customer service no starts, I would. I called in regards to a ticket I had purchased and didn't get the ticket and the lady who helped me was just rude. She sounded like she didn't want to help and it took me about 3 minutes to get some information, so I called someone else and when I had looked the customer service representative had hung up on. Just terrible. I waited 20 minutes for a call for her to just hang up on me. They should really train their people better.

Signed up for earlybird coupon announcement for a festival I go to every year and they sent me a email for a different but real similar sounding one, bought the tickets and immediately realized my error. Called and was told I would here back in 24 hours. Waited three days and emailed them in great detail and received a reply asking me to explain in detail.

I called in a couple of days ago to get help with an error message I was receiving when trying to purchase some tickets. After extended wait times on hold, very unhelpful and rather unfriendly customer service, and three different "solutions" that offered no actual results, it's safe to say I'm less than satisfied. I've never had a single issue with ticketfly, but the one time I needed some help, it seems as though they couldn't care less about my issues. Also, the event price went up, when I was assured they wouldn't, thanks for taking more money.

Waste of money
November 17, 2017

I bought a season pass to the Renaissance Festival for this year and was unable to go since I bought a house and moved. I asked them if they would just roll my pass over to next year but they said no and they will not give me a refund. This company does not care for it's customers just their money. Don't waste you time nor money on them
