I bought 12 windows from window planet in 2018 and they did an amazing job so I called them in 2019 to come and do the remaining 13 windows in my house. I called and no answer, I called for 3 days straight. Finally they answered and made an appointment to come out oct 31,2019 to measure and order the windows. They told me it would take about 6weeks to get them and I applied for a loan I did get. I called a day after Thanksgiving and they were finishing orders from sept-oct My order was not ready. Day after Christmas, still not ready. I called in January because I was afraid my loan would expire any day., hey told me it wouldn't. Oh but it did, had to reapply and it hurt my credit score by 4 points. 2nd week of January and the windows were finally ready. My installation date on Jan 23,2019. In my bathroom they put a square window in a circle frame, told me it was my fault, told me the employee didn't know what he was doing, told me it was gonna cost me more to fix the window, had me sign off that I would have to fix the brick work myself, and told me I had to release my bank loan to them so that could pay their employees. They also forgot to bring me a screen for one of my windows. Took 2 weeks for them to come back and fix the window correctly but they forgot to obscure the window which cost me $450 and I had to sign the loan over to them. They made me wait 2 more weeks to get it obscured under a" warranty" and i told them to call me so that I could set up an appt for it. So they called my mother who doesn't have a voice mail Feb26,2019 and they decided to set up an appt for me without any confirmation. I get a phone call from my mother who is freaking out on me on Mar 3,2019 that the vinyl guy was coming to fix the window. Good thing I was home. After all this I do not recommend window planet to anyone

I bought a season pass to the Renaissance Festival for this year and was unable to go since I bought a house and moved. I asked them if they would just roll my pass over to next year but they said no and they will not give me a refund. This company does not care for it's customers just their money. Don't waste you time nor money on them
