If you have ordered from Ticketfly CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS! They charged patron's cards in error then refunded less days later!

I noticed a got a charge and a refund 3 days later (of a lesser amount) from Ticketfly when I hadn't purchase anything through them in a month. After much back and forth and them stating different causes as to why it happened, they concluded that their credit card processor recharged cards randomly but they caught the error and fixed it 3 days later. But I wasn't refunded the proper amount!

The currency exchange rate (it was out of the country) had changed in those three days thus they refunded LESS then they charged IN ERROR. No compensation for the amount they kept nor the time I had to deal to figure out the an error on their end as they didn't notify patrons that this happened.

After purchasing tickets from Ticket Fly my credit card was skimmed. I do not think Ticket Fly is safe. My card number was quickly in the hands of criminals which made 10 clones of my card and charged it 10 times at 10 different Kroger locations around midnight all within 60 seconds of each other. Apparently this is a common skimming method to get the most money out of your account before the VISA fraud detection kicks in.

Stay away from ticketfly!

My husband and I purchased tickets to a concert. When we arrived at the venue it was still under construction. Ticketfly refuses to issue a refund. The concert was held almost a month later, and no one notified us. This is a ripoff! I will never purchase tickets from Ticketfly again.

Terrible Site

Long story short, they charged me twice for the same purchase, one autho hold and one purchase. The purchase went thru and cannot get the autho hold off my acct. So I am out the money for now. Waiting 30 mins plus to get a hold of someone to help me and they cannot do it. Superv will not get on the phone and get it resolved. If you have a problem, go straight to the management team at *******350, ask for Steve Oliver, COO, or Tyler Hoffman, VP of Sales and you might get some results.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

DO NOT PURCHASE ON THIS SITE! After attempting to purchase tickets, I received and error message that said that there was a hiccup and if I do not receive a confirmation email then I should attempt to purchase them again. Though my gut told me not to, I did. SAME ERROR MESSAGE. I later looked at my bank account and I had been charged twice for tickets I never received! No confirmation email and no tickets, I decided to contact them to ask whats up. Emails go unresponded to and their phone number comes back with "we're experiencing difficulties and cutsomer service center is down". SCAM SCAM SCAM. Contacted my bank and they said that they are able to dispute it thankfully.

STAY AWAY FROM TICKETFLY! This site is NOTHING but a SCAM. Tried to order tickets, got the message that their site was "experiencing a hiccup" and that my order would NOT be processed. However, they didn't hesitate to CHARGE my account not once but TWICE. I NEVER recieved a confirmation for any of my purchases that they have charged to my account, and I have tried contacting customer service many times in a variety of ways. Emailed and recieved a message saying to "contact customer support via a phone call (insert number)" so I called that number for them to tell me that their customer service was down at the moment. After attempting to call (probably 10 times or so), I finally had a option to choose from, however, those options led me to NO WHERE! All I got was an option to "Press 1 if this is the number I would like to recieve a call back on". This is a scam, fraud, joke, pathetic, disgusting way of business. I have contacted my bank so they are aware of these fraudulent charges being made to my account so if they are processed, they will be filed for a dispute. As being in customer servie myself, I cannot imagine treating paying customers this type of way. I am beyond furious and pissed off.

They billed a show I bought tickets for incorrectly. I asked them for a refund which was reasonable because the show I bought tickets for was not what the show ended up as. They gave me attitude and would not budge. Also, they send the mobile tickets through the Passport App which prohibited me from converting the ticket into a PDF. Therefore, I was not able to resell the tickets on Stubhub or anywhere else.

Horrible company
November 3, 2016

Ordered tickets this morning, supposedly their system was down... They never sent my tickets and nothing shows up under "My Orders"... But they had no problem taking the money out of my account. Customer Service had me on hold for 45 minutes to say that it "should drop off" in a few days, but I need that money now to reorder from a legitimate site. Complete garbage. Stay away. Already called my bank and will be calling the BBB tomorrow on these jokers.

This website is a total scam. I once bought a ticket using their website which they gave me an INVALID ticket for, in addition to useless "service fees." Once I arrived at the venue, my ticket didn't work and I was forced to buy a new ticket. After calling ticketfly, their customer service told me "Well we don't do refunds because it looks like you selected the wrong city." The fact that this website would scam me and then blame me for their own error and not refund me back my money is completely disgusting. I would never recommend this website to anybody, I was ROBBED AND SCAMMED

Recently tried to get my money back on tickets that I accidentally purchased when their website timed out on me right as I pushed the "purchase" button. Had no clue the transaction actually went through. When I showed up at the venue they told me I had purchased double of the tickets I had planned to purchase. When I called to receive a refund and explain what happened they did nothing for me. Even after I explained it was their website that timed out on me before I could complete my purchase. The customer service was terrible, not helpful and didn't care to hear my side of the story. I would not recommend purchasing from this company, if you can help it.

This company tells you that they will mail you your tickets and you will receive them before 7 days prior to the concert. They say if it is 6 days or less before the concert to contact them. That is an absurd policy to begin with. It should not be the responsibility of your buyer to stare at a calendar and make sure their tickets are within range. It is the COMPANY'S job to ship the tickets in a timely manner and make sure they arrive far before the event!

I never received the tickets to my event, I write to them and they blamed ME, they blamed the POST office, and they refused to refund me money for an event I could not attend due to their error. Also Chelsee in customer service has a smart mouth and likes to make the customer feel at fault when they are clearly upset. AWFUL, never buying from here again nor will anyone I know. Save yourself the pain and suffering.

Dear Ticketfly,

I will never purchase music festival tickets off of your website ever again. 30+ minute phone calls to get in touch with customer service... Did not send proof of purchase or confirmation tracking number for 2 Day Air Shipping... Oh yeah... and to all DON'T PURCHASE 2 DAY AIR ITS A TOTAL SCAM. WONT COME IN 2 DAYS AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE NO IDEA WHEN IT WILL SHIP... Had to call customer service 3 times and each time I received different answers. I was never given a tracking number and they cant refund you your 2 Day Air because they have a NO REFUND POLICY. (SCAM) I am not one to write these scathing reviews, but I am extremely disappointed with their quality of service. I hope no one experiences what I went through to get my tickets for an event.

Used Ticketfly for first time for Tall Ships of Duluth event. Tickets promised on-board tours, but due to Ticketfly overselling by about 200,000 more than the venue could hold, and only 3 ships available for tours, a small percentage of people were able to tour; all the rest were told of a 7-hour wait for a tour! Contacted Ticketfly to complain about their false advertising, and all they can come up with is this "struck no returns policy" they have. Curiously, the last time I was quoted that policy was when I was scammed at the mall by a traveling band of con artists selling Dead Sea cosmetics who try to sneakily add on $500 to your credit card and hope you won't notice.

Garbage

Signed up for earlybird coupon announcement for a festival I go to every year and they sent me a email for a different but real similar sounding one, bought the tickets and immediately realized my error. Called and was told I would here back in 24 hours. Waited three days and emailed them in great detail and received a reply asking me to explain in detail.

I have never been more stressed out in my life. This company does not help I had purchased the bundle package that included camping and parking. Because the messed up on my order i did not receive the bracelets but a print at home ticket but did not receive the parking pass... I feel very taken advantage of.

We purchased tickets for a show in September and got really great seats. Just received an email from Ticketfly saying that we'd been "bumped" and now we have seats several rows back. I don't even know if this is legal. We've contacted them, we're contacting the venue, hopefully something will happen. But in reading these reviews, I'm thinking we're going to be sitting several rows back. What an awful thing to do to customers.
