RIP OFF

I was trying for 5SOS tickets and there were two sales. One being presale (had to have a code) and then the general sale. Well ticketfly decided to sale all the tickets during presale! There were no tickets left for the general public to buy. Rip off! Ticketfly is so screwed up! Would not recommend this site for anyone!

Terrible pay service

They charge an exorbitant service fee with a site that doesn't work. Why not use paypal if you can't get a paying service that works?
Don't get me started on customer service... Dead to me.

If you need to reach out to customer service because there was an error with your order, don't even begin to try to reach them. I had to reorder tickets to an event after spending an hour on hold for customer service. One letter was wrong in the email address I sent the tickets to, and therefor I could not get my tickets. I ended up just buying new tickets and wasting time and money. This company is awful.

Absolutely No Refunds!

I will never purchase with Ticketfly again. I was supposed to attend a Brandy concert on 2/10 as per the information on their website; however, when I went to the event, I quickly realized it was not a Brandy concert. Naturally, since I did not get what I paid for, I requested a refund. First I called and was on hold for an hour. Finally, I emailed them and was told that they do not give refunds under any circumstance, which is completely ridiculous given that I was basically a victim of false advertising on their site. In the end, I called my bank and successfully disputed the charge. Heck, I even reported them for fraud through the NY Attorney State General website. I hope they go out of business!

Tried to purchase tickets, said the site was experiencing hiccups and to purchase tickets again if I didnt recieve a confirmation email. Never got it so I purchased again 3 days later, got the same message. Took 2 weeks to hear from customer service because I have 75 worth of charges on my account for tickets I dont have. Finally spent an hour on hold to talk to customer service who then told me the tickets that they ALREADY CHARGED ME FOR, were sold out. Customer service rep was also very disrespectful. I will be sure I spread the world so that other venues terminate their service as I am in the entertainment industry.

Cancel - No explanation

Recently bought tickets, then about a week later get an email saying my tickets were cancelled and money refunded. No explanation at all. Still waiting for their non-existent customer support to explain. They were bought as a gift and already given to the recipient. Show is now sold out, so I look like an $#*!! This is the second time they did this, NEVER a problem from Ticketmaster, AXS or anywhere else. Venues should really think about dumping this ticket provider!

I live in Canada. Purchased tickets on Jan 25,2018 through ticketfly for a future event. The day after purchasing these tickets (Jan 26) my credit card statement shows numerous Uber charges in San Francisco, CA. Ironically ticketfly operates out of San Francisco. No coincidence- my credit card information was stolen. This person charged nearly $300 in uber rides to my credit card before I noticed and had the card cancelled due to fraud. Impossible to reach anyone at ticketfly they dont answer the phone... NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! EVERRRRRRR

HORRIBLE
January 25, 2018

I bought two tickets a month ago and indicated BEST available, I got 6th row. I thought OK not bad, however today just a day before the event I logged on and requested best available and found plenty of open seats in the 1st row. I called ticketfly and explained I wanted the 1st row and they hung up on me... hahaha WOW customer service at its best... Never again ticketfly...

Ticket price too high

The ticket price was much higher than expected. I paid $60 in service fees. Not acceptable. I hear that other people paid $85 vs $250 (me) in the same section.

I bought 2 tickets for a concert. On their web page while I was buying it described a section and row.
I realized on my actual emailed tickets they were confused with the layout of the hall. In my email they sent me it says what I wanted, but the actual seats are something else. I was willing to work with them but they have failed to do anything. On their web page in my account it describes what I wanted but not the actual printed ticket? I am not sure if I even have tickets or not at this point, and customer service is worthless.

Bought my two tickets a month before the show and kept the email until close to time to print it. Went to get the email and its just gone ( like magic). Go to my account orders and the order isnt there. Go to my bank statements and theres the money taken out by good ole Ticketfly. Try to call customer service of course their phone hours are ridiculous. Wait until the next day and call during my lunch break at work (which is an hour). Sit on my phone the whole time because their agents are handling other calls how? Do that many people call Ticketfly. As I write this I am waiting on the phone. All I want to know is where did my tickets go but I cant even get through to their customer support which is $#*!

Waste of money

I bought a season pass to the Renaissance Festival for this year and was unable to go since I bought a house and moved. I asked them if they would just roll my pass over to next year but they said no and they will not give me a refund. This company does not care for it's customers just their money. Don't waste you time nor money on them

These guys are scamming the customers and not refunding money in any circumstance. Non-existent phone customer service (tactic: exhaustion by waiting) and email response takes 6 or more days, and then you get bs: "We've reached back out to the event organizers with your request for a refund of one of the tickets and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours." It's been 32 days that I asked for a refund, prior to event taking place! They are fraudsters! I see a lot of complaints re. Ticketfly here. Guys, please file a complaint for customer fraud against them to California Attorney General Office (because their office is registered in San Francisco, Ticketfly Inc. address: 111 Townsend Street

I had just received the worst customer service. I made an error with my email and couldn't access the tickets from my phone on the way to the concert. Most companies have you input the email twice to prevent human error. When I realized that i could not find my tickets I tried calling and after 2 HOURS of waiting on the phone I bought new tickets as the concert was starting. The person on the phone today told me that he could not help me because it was after the concert despite the time I spent on the phone prior to the concert. I tried calling this company again the next day and still couldn't get through. The band is a close friend and i will beg him to switch companies. This company and the person that i dealt with today have ISSUES.

Website doesn't work at all, and no one is answering the phone. It's like they stopped even trying to scam people and take their money. You will have an easier time trying to find a needle in haystack. Like, seriously good luck trying to buy a ticket.

Stole money from me

Only put 5 stars so people would see my disappointment. This is the most horrible place to buy your tickets dont waste your time. I went to Echostage in DC for Getter on Halloween; my friend bought her ticket at the booth as a listed member on friends and family. The ticket shouldve been $40 but they charged my card for her ticket twice and refuse to refund my money unless I make the hour long trip back to echostage to get my $#*!ing money back. Its $40 like are you ducking serious I hate ticketfly and I dont recommend it ever. Theyre $#*!ing stupid and arent helpful in any way they need to fix something because theyre just making their company worse. No wonder ticket master has higher ratings

Never received a confirmation email, so i ordered more tickets, received two confirmation emails at the same time. Waited on hold for 50 minutes before hanging up. Garbage company, garbage return policy, garbage customer service
