Y'all see all the awful reviews about how terrible this company is and lack of customer service, so do the public a favor and REFUSE TO BUY FROM TICKETFLY! SHUT THEM DOWN! They Are scam artists that care nothing for customer service or support so boycott them. It's the only answer. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AND CANT WAIT FOR THEM TO GO UNDER. The owner should be ashamed for screwing every one over.

One word-BULL$#*!!

I ordered 3 tickets for the bullet for my valentine concert that was supposed to happen 10/3/18. Sadly, the show got cancelled. Between my purchase and the shows cancelation, I lost my credit card and had to get another one. I noticed the "refund" in my email and called them to see if having different card numbers would affect the refund. They said as long as the bank account were the same I should have no problem and that I should have my refund back within 5-10 business days. Ok, cool. Fast forward to 14 business days later and still, no refund. I called by my bank to see if it was a problem on their end. They said that because I did have a different card number the refund would bounce back to ticket fly. So I called them they said they'd get ahold of their financial department to see what was going on and contact me within 24-48 hours. Nothing. I just tried to get ahold of them today and after a half an hour of being on hold I was hung up on. I'm never doing business be with these scam artists again.

I was on hold for 20 minutes and finally when it started ringing it sounded like somebody answered but then they instantly hung up. Now I'm calling again and it's already been another 15 minutes that I've been on hold. Ridiculous.

Worst customer service

If I could give their customer service no starts, I would. I called in regards to a ticket I had purchased and didn't get the ticket and the lady who helped me was just rude. She sounded like she didn't want to help and it took me about 3 minutes to get some information, so I called someone else and when I had looked the customer service representative had hung up on. Just terrible. I waited 20 minutes for a call for her to just hang up on me. They should really train their people better.

They steal your money!

I purchased tickets and I could not access them online due to an issue with the email I used. I tried contacting them to help correct the issue but they were already closed. I purchased a second set of tickets to be able to enter the venue. I called them next day to resolve the issue with first tickets and get a refund for the tickets I did not use. NO REFUND was their answer! I told them I tried to resolve the issue but no one was available to help. No refund was their final response. DO NOT USE TICKETLY if possible.

Not a scam

I ordered tickets for a concert and then read all the bad reviews. I was scared I got scammed. I was only charged once for my tickets went to the show and had no problems.

REFUNDS

The Dreamville Festival was cancelled and they said that they would issue everyone's refunds! Ticketfly does not answer emails or calls, they told me that they would issue my refund in 7 days. THAT WAS 3 WEEKS AGO! I will NEVER purchase anything from them again! None of their customers support numbers are active nor emails.

This company never returns calls or emails. You will be on hold forever. The fine print says no refunds, returns unless concert is canceled. Even.if acts change, you are out of luck. Big service fee too per ticket. Will NEVER buy tickets from them again.

Their site said there was a problem with my card so I tried a different one. It said it would not go thru, maybe my address did not match. I went out of it and tried again and it went thru. They charged one card twice and another once. They ALL DID go thru. Forget trying to call. I waited on hold forever more than once and was hung up on. Now instead of enjoying my event, I'm going to take off half a days work to go by my financial institution to refuse charges and attempt to get my money back. They will get their tickets back because I will not be at any event with this type of association.

Horrible

Credit card charged. No tickets. Waited on hold first day over half hour and no answer. Sent an email. No response 2 days later. Phoned again, waited half hour and finally received an operator. They said they couldn't find any proof that my credit card had been charged. When I tried to explain, they put me back on hold. Minutes later I was hung up on. Called back again, waited 45 mins and still no operator. Fed up. Horrible, horrible customer service. Never again will I attended an event if ticketfly is the only company providing tickets.

The fact that my ticket to a show last weekend stated 11:30pm, and the show started at 11:00pm is bad enough. However I have reached out to their customer service 3 times in the last week and have heard nothing back.

I work in the Box Office business and if we treated our guests this way, I wouldn't have a job.

This company is horrible, and does not care.

Ripoffs

Took money for two $95.00 tickets plus convenience charge of $19.00. No tickets, said their was a problem, yet money is gone from bank account. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM TICKET FLY.

THIS IS THE WORST

I just tried to order my tickets online at White Water Amphitheatre for Whiskey Meyers, Ticketfly charged me 4 separate times, refunded 3, all for not actually sending me my tickets at all. I cannot get ANYONE from customer service on the phone after hours of wait time they just hang up. I will have to go through my bank and dispute the charges.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERICE. NO, NOT AWFUL IT IS NON EXSISTENT. DO NOT USE THEM THIS IS A SCAM.

I recently purchased tickets with Ticketfly only to travel to Dallas and find out my tickets were a scam! It was my husband's birthday and we were not able to enjoy the concert he had so much been looking forward to. I am so disappointed with Ticketfly. What a rip off! $1500. 00 worth! Do not buy your tickets here!

Awful

Was told to buy tickets from this site for $30 each, when I got on here the cheapest ones were $50 a piece and came with a $17 service charge EACH. Paid nearly $150 for two tickets when my friends paid $33 for a ticket AT THE DOOR. Even the people that ran the concert were shocked and sad for me. All seating was general admission, no reason for such a price increase. Never buying anything from here again.

ZERO Customer Service

Ordered tickets online. Ticketfly charged my card but never sent an email confirmation. Tickets were also never received. No one answers the phone. Emails also go unanswered. Had to file a dispute through my credit card company and never got to go to the show. Beyond horrible experience. Don't do business with this fly-by-night company.

Flew our sons to VEGAS to see their all time favorite DJ - Marshmallow.

3 tickets purchased through ticketfly.
Marshmallow apparently canceled and someone else was substituted which they found out after waiting in line for 2 hours.
Thicketfly refuses to offer a refund?
How do they get away with this?
Will be contacting BBB and every social media site available.
