I can't say enough good things about ThirdLove. First of all, their bras are comfortable, attractive, and well fitting. THirdlove the company has high standards both for their product and for their customer relations. A few weeks ago one of their deliveries went astray. The bra was marked as delivere4ed, but I never got it. Third Love sent me another one. Thanks!

These bras are extremely cheaply made, and they sent me one where the straps were sewn in twisted. When I contacted them about it, they refused to replace or credit me. These bras are awful, and they don't stand behind their shoddy products. You'll be out an expensive bra and their customer service is truly terrible.

I had ordered from thirdlove for the first time, recognized an error immediately, followed the procedures stated on their website (must cancel within 50 minutes of ordering, can't have requested express shipping - I reached out to cancel within 3 minutes) but was told the cancellation policy would not be honored because it had already been "invoiced." Please beware these predatory practices.

Thirdlove's site says 60 day return policy so I thought it was a reliable business. As it turns out, they won't refund an item if the tags are removed. I have very sensitive skin, so removed them. I purchased 2 bras and tore them each for a few hours. After the trial, I literally had bruises from the bras. $120 lesson: Don't deal with this deceitful company.

I like one of their bras. Honestly I'd be perfectly happy purchasing one every six months or so but I get texts/emails with coupon codes and then they refuse to honor them. Dealing with customer service is a nightmare and I walk away feeling frustrated and really angry. Save yourself the frustration!

Find somewhere else to shop. The items are over-priced, there are no discounts, and it is SO frustrating trying to deal with customer service

I purchased my first bra from Thirdlove in September, 2020. I then purchased 5 more because I loved mine. THEN, while I was sitting simply READING the plastic "underwire" just snapped! I immediately requested a replacement. They sent a very insulting email back about how to care for bras (I'm over 60, I think I already know how). When I pushed them, they said that their product is supposed to last only ONE year. What? I have Natori bras that are 20+ years old and I STILL wear them with NO flaws. Don't bother with Thirdlove.

We do understand how upsetting that must have been.We're going to ensure that we pass your feedback along to our Design Team, who are always working towards improving our products. That being said, the expected lifespan of a bra is anywhere between 6 months to a year with most companies. All bras begin to stretch after 2-3 months and the length of time that they are wearable depends on the following factors: how often the bra is worn, how the bra is washed and stored between wears, and if the fit was correct when purchased. As your order was from 2020, it did exceed the expected lifespan of bras so this is why were not able to offer you a replacement or refund. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts on this though as we are always open to hearing about our policies and processes. Please do not hesitate to reach back out if you need anything else.

I was told I'd receive a temporary credit until my return was received. I have the feeling if I did not follow up, they would have just kept my money. I contacted them after a month and they "Just put my credit through". I was told "The return was still in transit as they can take from 10 to 20 business days to arrive and a little more to be refunded, however since the return didn't have new updates on the status I have to proceed with the refund". A little more to be refunded - don't buy!

I placed an order, wanted to try two sizes in some styles. Decided to just stick with the T-shirt bra. Was going to wait until it became available in red again.

Mailed back my return and I am still waiting for a refund. A return should not take 3 weeks as I was advised when I reached out via email and text.

Now the status on their website says return cancelled! What a headache. Thanks god I used the credit card that will at this point just add a credit once they see from the return tracking number they received it 8 plus days ago.

Tip for consumers:
Do not purchase here. Use tommy John, Knix.
Do your research first. Online scam, even on the better business bureau they have a terrible rating.

I ordered two bras and a pair of underwear from this company. After returning one bra to try another size and then opting to return that exchange, I ended up in a long email battle trying to get my money back. Not only are these garments just OKAY, it is not worth the hassle of working with this subpar customer service. I think I'm out 60$ and have items I could have purchased at any department store.

I made a purchase more than a week ago, and have yet to receive confirmation of order fulfillment or shipping status. Tried to log into the site to check on my order, and the response I get, is that my email address does not exist, although they processed my payment!
Sent an email and received a note that CS will respond within 48-72 hours. Perhaps they take weekends off? This makes me very uncomfortable, wish I had looked at all the reviews before pulling the trigger.

So in the beginning of Third Love time, their customer service was superior to others and their products were amazing, then somewhere a couple years ago, things started to go downhill fast. The bras are NOT the same anymore. You can literally buy a generic bra at a big department store that fits and feels just the same, which is not saying anything at all. The sizing is all wrong now. And the customer service? Let's just say that my 4 month old puppy can do better. I sent something back, again, to them, and though USPS tracking showed it delivered back to them on 5/12/22, they claim that doesn't mean that they have it... well I'm not sure where they learned post office 101, but that's not how it works. In the meantime, I've had to file complaints with Afterpay for them to stop charging me because it shows delivered. And TL chat person, Chloe, says that it can take 20+ days for any credits to be issued... so wait, you take my money right away, you have the product that I returned with proof of the return delivery, and I still have to continue to wait? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I can understand a couple extra days, like 1-2, but 20+? In any case, not gonna happen again and I intend to spread the information loud, clear, and far to make sure people know not to buy there. On top of all that, why is a flimsy piece of fabric $70?

In my opinion the bras were sized incorrectly. I tried to return the items but the web site showed an error on the returns link. I called the company and they sent a link to return the items. Same problem. I mailed the items back anyway at my expense. The company chided me because I did not have a return authorization number. They sent me a gift card rather than credit my card. I gave the gift card away because ----- well, the bras were possible sized incorrectly. Rude, inept and frustrating.

Horrible bras some where used, even worse was their customer service. I spent over 360.00! Nothing fit and the quality was sub par. Went to submit a return, the screen is locked stating that they weren't eligible for return. Used the online chat feature and was eventually sent an authorization and return label.

Once they received my return it took 25 days and a formal complaint to the BBB to get the funds released back to PayPal.

My advice is don't bother unless you live near a one of their stores. The return process is the worst I've ever seen with any business. They have great marketing which is what pulled me in. I will never purchase from them again. If you are waiting for a refund stay on them until you get it don't be stone walled or ignored use every tool in the box!

I purchased a bra from Third Love. I usually purchase Prima Donna bras and am used to a high quality bra.
I am very unhappy with the bra from Third Love. The first was not right that and yes I absolutely do know my correct bra size. The straps also slip.
THE WORST PART is that the side metal wire (under my arm, not under the breast) sticks into my side and is quite painful. Because of this I cannot wear the bra

I tracked my tracking number after not receiving the shipped package for a while, and found out that the postal office noted that the house number wasn't found. I checked my order email again, and the correct address was submitted! (And I have still been receiving mails and packages to my address.) When I let Third Love know about my situation, they said that the package is being returned to the sender (as if I made the return myself). And I asked if the replacement can be sent to the same and correct shipping address, they replied (after the replacement package was sent out) that they would offer "shipping to the same address" as an exception, and if the package went missing, they can't provide "this" again. They are putting this type of logistical issue to the customer! I have never had a shipping issue saying the house number wasn't found before. Very disappointed. Will return the product. Won't buy from them.

Placed an order 5 days ago with 2 day shipping & order still isn't here! Going on vacation tomorrow which is why I paid a premium for 2 day shipping. Can't speak to a human but are relegated to text or chat & I have now spent hours trying to resolve this with no satisfaction. I had the same problem with another merchant with Fed Ex but unlike Third Love the other merchant handled dealing with FedEx and issued me a refund without any of the hassle. Third Love tells me that I have to deal with FedEx & when I call FedEx they won't give me the number to a local FedEx office and tell me that they can't do anything for me and that I will just have to return the package which I have explained multiple times that I will not be here to receive & do not want sitting on my porch alerting strangers to the fact that I am out of town. I have now learned the hard way that it is easier to drive two hours to the nearest Soma and walk out with my purchase than deal with the nightmares of Third Loves idea of customer service. The customer service agents are nice however company policies seem to have their hands tied. I am now dealing with disputing the credit card charges and trying to unsubscribe from the endless stream of Third Love promotional emails that just send me back into a rage about their customer service.

Don't use expedited shipping if you don't live in a big city & don't expect any help from Third Love if you experience any problems

I answered all their fit questions accurately. I specifically measured to be sure information was accurate. When I received the "Perfect Fit" bra I ordered it was laughable. The cup was way too small - I had stuff hanging out all over - looked like a roll of biscuits that was stuck in the can! FALSE CLAIMS OF PERFECT FIT! Their website states that you get a full refund within 30 days. I contacted them within 1 day of receiving and did not receive a full refund. Was told shipping is non-refundable. Their website does not state that - FALSE PROMISES!

After spending almost $200 on 3 bras, and expecting an amazing fit I was very disappointed. They do not fit well at all. I started contacting customer service via email, their AI bot, and their website chat. I just get automated responses. I am afraid to just return them because I am afraid I won't get my money back. I am really frustrated. I do not recommend them. The bras do not fit that well, and customer service does not respond.

Honestly I'm giving this business one star for my most recent customer service experience and the confusion they have caused me alone. Just to explain a little bit of my frustration, I placed my order on November 28th and I didn't really hear anything about it until December 1st when I was notified it had shipped out. A couple days after that i tried to track my package and on the website it still said that my order was processing and they would let me know when it had shipped out, even though I was already told it had. Confusing. I contacted customer support and they informed me that it could take about 4-5 days to be able to track it after it has been shipped out which is ridiculous but I was fine with it. Well it is now the 7th of December and I still cannot track anything, it still says on their website that my order is processing. This is my first experience ordering something from here and it's just not turning out that positive. I have spent all day today trying to get in contact with customer support and I've been told that some of they communication systems were down so I could possibly have to wait 48 hours for a response. Luckily I got an email response three hours later but to my disappointment once again, it was from an "AI Assistant" I was given a link to track my package though, and told "while it is taking longer than expected, it is on its way." I still see no expected delivery date though. The whole customer service aspect is a joke to say the least. I will almost positively never be ordering from this company again, not unless I get the bra and it's literally the best one I've ever purchased, but honestly judging from the other reviews I don't think that will be the case. This is my second time in a row trying to purchase a bra from an online company designed for bigger breasts. I personally think it's really sad that women who need bigger sizes they can't find in the stores have to deal with sketchy websites and things like this in order to try to find something. It honestly makes me want to give up my search to find a bra, disappointment over and over. Thanks ThirdLove.

I purchased a Classic T-shirt Bra, everything fit the way it was supposed to BUT, the straps on this Bra constantly fall down. This wasn't a cheap bra not worth the money I spent. I hate it. Save your money. I unfortunately didn't return it in time to get my money back.

The link to my tracking number was not working, every time I clicked it, it said to check back in few minutes. I did, same response on the website every time I checked for a few days. Finally contacted CS and got no response on line after waiting over 10 minutes, Called them, the wait was long there too, so entered the number 2 requesting a call back, no response to a call back request, ever. Later in the day checked my email and someone from ThirdLove had sent an email saying I was not responding, and blamed the internet, and said my package is on the way, said it was sent out on 12-2, SEVEN calendar days after my order was actually placed and credit card charged. Lying to customers is really not nice. Charging their credit card a good week before any activity happens and then 2 weeks to the date, still, no product delivered is what I call rotten service. Don't matter if the product is good, if you lie or fudge facts, you are rotten at customer service. (And this order is to replace a bra where the underwire broke while I was wearing it, seems a common problem when I read the reviews, and I guess I learned something today, Third Love's bras have a life span of one year or less, per Third Love. They should cost a lot less then, if they are gonna break so often.)

I made 3 purchases trying to find a good fit. All purchases were returned within a few days of receiving the items and I had to dispute all charges because Third Love kept making up excuses as to why it was taking so long to refund my credut card. Poor quality too!

Tip for consumers:
If you need to return the merchandise good luck getting a refund. Too many excuses as to why it takes so long. I think the company has cash flow issues.

So, I bought into the hype and decided to try out the "t-shirt" bra. The "E" is equivalent to DD, which is my size. Straps don't stay on my shoulders, only half coverage of my girls, fabric is cheap and not soft, and the back of this itches the h*ll outta me! Called 3rd love, listed complaints, was given tips for wash n wearing yada, yada, yada, tried all the tips, yea, didn't work. Big waste of $80! Flushed down the pooper never to be seen again! Worst. Bra. Ever! (Awesome marketing team though-props on the fabrications and falsified reviews 3rd love *)
