Well my first complaint, boy has the company gone down hill. I ordered an engraved mens bracelet and picked it up at the store at Great Lakes. A young man handed it to me with no bag, never asked. He was rude. I take it out to look at it and it's covered in white goo. I showed him. He could not care less. I asked him to wipe it off. You would think I asked him to extract one if his lungs. So disgusting. So rude.
Another try. Ordered a bracelet online. Received confirmation. Five days after the delivery date I contacted the company. I get an email blaming me and saying they cannot find the order. I sent a screen shot of THEIR confirmation. What a messed up order records system. I requested the ecact delivery date. We will see. Since my paid order was lost by them it may take some time now.
Two big strikes. I'm done ordering from them. MANY other service options out there.

These times that we are living in is extremely hard to plan on anything because of COVID-19, especially weddings. With wedding plans shifting due to wedding hall restrictions, I called to change the etching on a pair of beautiful champagne glasses that was already ordered. Customer service found my glasses in production, quickly changed the writing on the glasses just in case the wedding had to be moved. She was very pleasant and went beyond her job to ensure that at least we could count one wedding plan going right! The glasses are so very beautiful

The site says 1-2 days delivery. After you place your order it gives you std shipping of 3-5 days free and the rest are astronomical prices to ship sooner. It is now nearly 2 weeks and my daughter has not received her graduation gift to date. The site shows it landed in Chicago 1 week ago and that is it. It needs to be delivered in California. Never again!

I bought a serving set and two engraved flutes for my wedding in 2014 for $175. I pulled them out recently to find they are all corroded. I called customer service, they asked what I stored them in and when I told them I stored them in the boxes they gave me, they told me they stopped using those because they tend to trap moisture in. The fact that they knew this tells me this has been an issue in the past and despite this being the fault of their "moisture trapping" boxes, they said that after six years, there is nothing they can do. For a store who sells things to be remembered, I expect a longer shelf life than six years. Both the serving set and flutes were only used once, cleaned well and according to the instructions, then dried and put back in their boxes. I don't recommend getting anything from things remembered because who knows what it will look like when you pull it out again to "remember".

I ordered a silver engraved money box to arrive in 2 days. It arrived promptly but was not happy with the engraving. I contacted them and sent a photo and they replaced it and it arrived 2 days later and looked great this time. Awesome customer service. Mistakes happen, so glad they were willing to correct it. Will shop here again.

This is not the same company as the original Things Remembered; they just bought the name, which I wasn't aware of. I ordered an engraved silver ornament for my 8th grandchild. The object was not even close to the other 7. Cheap thin silver looking metal, probably aluminum, tiny print, and almost $13.00 to ship! The first photo shows Sully's (born after Christmas, so I had to back date it) and Brody's, which is what I was expecting. I sent an email with these photos, but never received a response. So I made the phone call. They are now refunding me 20%, but this doesn't really make it right for the last child.

I worked here for many years. I loved the job but hate the company. On an almost daily basis we were told how replaceable we were. The company would have monthly or quarterly competitions. We won many of them, however we NEVER saw one thing we won. Some of these things included pizzas parties (yes multiple) a Christmas party, money was supposed to be added to pay, a visa gift card for the store to use. Plus many more. We had a huge staff turnover which wasn't a surprise.

Very disappointed with this company. I ordered a monogrammed music box for my daughter for Christmas with plenty of time left before the 25th. I paid for it and there were no shipping fees. The very next day I receive an email stating the box is at a store in Ohio and I could pick it up. I am in Arkansas and I am not driving to Ohio and besides that, it was supposed to be shipped to my home... so then I was roped into paying the shipping fees. Now, several days later, I receive this email stating the box... that was in Ohio and apparently already personalized with her name, is no longer available. Tomorrow is Dec 21 and it is too late to get her by Saturday. So in the same email, they request I buy something else for 20% off... are you kidding. So, I went on the website and the music box is available and can be shipped so they lied to me a second time. I am totally disgusted with services like this and now my daughter will not have her gift for Christmas

Company is awful. Been to North attleboro a few times this week and walked out every time. No help, never asked me if I need any. Which usually when I have been in there they do. The associate on Sunday 3/21 and a few days before is the reason I walked out and will not return. Sitting on counter on phone. Even when I was looking at wedding things she glanced over and said how are you and i immediatly left. She couldn't keep her eyes open or so it looked. Both times looked like she was on something. Braintree is a far drive but I will go to that instead. Do you not drug test employees? Re training for better customer service.

This is not the same store since the1/10/23 switch.
I ordered the Hearts Flute Set, which arrived in a
cheap $2 paper box with each glass poorly wrapped in bubble wrap. Product was NOT worth the $70 price tag. I miss the OLD Things Remembered I will never order from the store I once loved again.

I have purchased items from Things Remembered for many years now. I have had a few mishaps that were always corrected with little to no hassle. I recently tried the engraving service at the St. Matthew's Mall location without buying the product from Things Remembered due to my gift recipient requesting a YETI tumbler which Things Remembered does not carry. I had to leave my YETI at the store as they were unable to engrave it that day. When I returned a few days later, I found that the engraving was incorrect. I was extremely upset because I drove so far and had to go inside the mall during this pandemic only to find that a tumbler that I paid $30 for was ruined. Miranda, the store teammate was absolutely amazing. She looked up the order and found that the engraving was done incorrectly. She promised me she would fix it and she did. Less than 3 days later, I received a box at my door with my YETI tumbler. The engraving was amazing and better than I expected. Miranda not only went above and beyond, she showed patience and understanding, while also training a fellow teammate. I truly hope Things Remembered rewards Miranda for her great customer service. This is why I continue to purchase items from Things Remembered, they appreciate their customers and stand by their promise of customer satisfaction. Thank you, Miranda!

My ten year old daughter spent a lot of her own money to buy me a beautiful Mother snow globe with engraving. It was December so it's freezing temperatures in most of the country and it shows up frozen solid and began leaking as soon as it warmed up a bit. I have contacted customer service four times with no response so that leaves me no choice except to warn others not to do business with this company. I could understand if their sales are final, just say so, but at least respond in some way. The product itself is a little cheap looking as what looks like metal in the picture is actually shiny plastic. To their credit the engraving is as ordered.

I love this site, years ago before they had a web site I bought many items from them at the mall. A friend of mine was throwing a 5 year anniversary party for a doctor friend of mine. We ordered the most beautiful wall plaque and had them engrave all of our names on it. She now has it proudly displayed on her office door. I also ordered a lighter for my boyfriend that was engraved saying Love always your huckleberry. This is something that we share because we both love the movie Tombstone. I have found so many beautiful items at this store. They have nice wedding gifts that you can make very personal with engraved messaging. I found a clock here that had the and angle floating around on the inside. The have really nice pen sets, office items. One thing about this store is there is always something to be remembered.
