I was amazed as I called ThermoSoft at 7:00 PM pacific time left a message with their answering service 1/2 hour later I get a call from Doug and I know it's 10:30 pm where he's from. He answered all our questions and helped us figure out what we needed and gave us a good price. We just placed our order with him and will recommend Doug to my brother in-law as he wants to know how the product is after it's all installed.
My overall experience with Thermo Soft has been nothing short of "Excellent". The website was easy to maneuver through. Once I found a product that would be viable for my situation, I had a little chat session with the Tech services...namely Dan G. Dan was very informative and helped me through the process of making the right choices. As we corresponded via email, he was quick to respond. That impressed me! I deal with many clients, reps and vendors and it's one of my pet peeves waiting and waiting on a response. Maybe I'm to impatient...Anyway, thank you Dan and Thermo Soft for the great service and product.
Felt I was given good, solid buying advise from Dan G. Had some issues with the new Thermostat but was given excellent info and instructions from Dan regarding settings that I was not sure of. Got that new Thermostat up and working in no time and I then advised Dan that I may have to call back from time to time seeing this new one has so many features and needs to dialed in accurately to perform factual readings. Service and order went great. One problem, the package was supposed to be delivered overnight, but did not show up until the following Monday (3 days). UPS says you must initiate the refund. Could you please do that for me?

I contacted Thermosoft for advice and technical support before purchase. They listened, asked pertinent questions, helpful and knowledgeable about their product plus they did not try to up sell through the range.
Living on an island in SE Alaska brings its own set of issues when working on any project, especially construction. It was SO refreshing to work with this company and this product. Issue free, affordable AND I still get to surround myself with the beauty of this isolated location. Thanks to Doug and his crew. Great job.

3 years ago I bought 2 mats and one thermostat to control both. I just installed the 2nd mat. Come to find out one of the terminal block screws were stripped from the factory. Since it was over the warrantee They wouldn't stand behind the product. Then I called multiple times to the same rep for additional assistance. He won't return my calls. I'm a contractor and I would never purchase from this company again.
We installed Thermosoft during a kitchen remodel several years ago. We were very happy with our warm floor. This winter 3 of our 4 mats stopped working. An electrician checked it out and determined that the mats had failed and the electric current was open. I've called Thermosoft numerous times over the past month to find a solution for our mats that are under warranty. The Tech Support people haven't called back for over a month. I call in to reach them but they aren't available. Messages have not been returned.

I had a great salesman that walked me through the process of measuring and ordering. Once we got the product, however, we couldn't get any response from his number and we tried entering our number on the website for a call back and... nothing. We eventually figured it out but had to pay our electrician for 6 hours because we couldn't get any service people to help us. I like the product but I'm suspicious of the service that was promised. Be sure to get all the install details up front!

We're adding floor heat under floating laminate to a chilly master bedroom that the furnace doesn't seem to reach. I've previously installed Thermosoft heat in my shop. Heated floors are really pleasant, and look nicer than baseboard.
This is my second floor (new house) everyone at your company is great to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable, smart and helpful. They all offer great product suggestions and have a love for the brand that shows in their voices.
My husband and I had no experience with heated floors and called Thermosoft after watching an installation video. Our salesman was very helpful in determining what product we needed under tile and which was best for under our wood floor.
