Have a den concrete floor that i'm installing floating bamboo floor over. 14.5 x 14 with a couple of small Cut outs. Will your product work and what percentage of the floor needs to be covered with radiant heat?

Yes, it will be a good application for ThermoFloor heating system. The general rule is to cover your entire walking area, not under cabinets. If your area is getting very cold in winter, then additional layer of insulation is recommended over the concrete.
