The ordering process was extremely smooth and pleasant. I will be installing the mats soon, but I'm confident that it will go smooth, since I know I've got ThermoSoft on my side to help me if something comes up.

Low pitch, low key, not pushy, and inform the customer. I like that very much!
I have not however received the CAD layout design for the thermosoft floor heating. A followup email was not answered. Otherwise everything thing else was top notch.

Customer service was polite and helpful and promised to exchange a product for a bought by mistake, I purchased additional products from them and then they never sent return information for the purchase they said I would be able to return. After several emails I have not gotten a response

I have yet to open the boxes but I've been in receipt. Mitch has always been helpful and informative. The price points and corresponding value the product adds to my comfort (and my house value) are great. I appreciate the customer service and patience. It is always easy to get ahold of someone and I cant imagine going with anyone else for a similar product. I know there are many similar but you are hands down the best.
