Over the years I've always had dogs in my home. Keeping things clean is quite challenging.
The synthetic fabrics seem to clean up easier than other fabrics. This is a male point of view.
I ordered two odd sized rugs for my laundry room and they came out great, in fact better than expected. I did order samples which really helped in choosing the right pattern and trim combo.
The pattern of the rug was perfectly lined up with the contrasting border, an attention to detail that is often overlooked by other companies who do custom work, The quality of the rug was excellent and just what we pictured. We have ordered several rugs from this company and always had quality products, delivery and customer support.

I needed a custom-sized rug for a landing space on my stairs. I was able to order exactly the size I needed and found the fabric and color that I wanted. The rug is very durable, very attractive, and a perfect fit. It takes a few weeks to get the rug made and delivered, but it was worth the wait and the cost to get exactly what I needed.

Great choice of materials and patterns, which drew me in. I loved that I could custom size. However, both rugs left me disappointed because of the way they were bound. I wish the serge color matched better. On my first purchase, I custom picked my serge thread and didn't like it at all. So on my second order, I allowed the company to match the thread. Now, I'm stuck with it. For the money, I am very underwhelmed.
The puzzle rugs are the best, you can wash one by one and piece together.
After searching every website that sold rugs I could not find a rug that would fit the room they way I wanted it to fit. It was frustrated with having to settle with a rug that was too small or too big and never the right fit and I was tired of getting rugs that did not sit 'square' with the room. I searched everywhere. Then I googled custom rugs and found ThePerfectRug and purchased a custom sized rug and rug pad that fit my room perfectly. They sent samples of the potential rugs that matched what I was wanting as far as a color and pattern. The ordering process, customer service and delivery was flawless. The rug was made well,came in the size ordered and sat perfectly 'squared' with the room.

Great quality, nicely packaged for shipment. My only issue is that I ordered the rugs with the upgraded backing so the would stay in place. Unfortunately, the rugs walk very quickly when placed on carpet. The one placed on tile stays in place beautifully!

I purchased the Calypso rug in Barcelona Beige to cover our hardwood floors between the island and main countertop in our kitchen. It fits the space perfectly and looks beautiful! It is comfortable to stand on and easy to clean up. I would definitely purchase again!
Other than having to hire the window washers to raise the rug up 12 floors because it wouldn't fit in the elevator, it was smooth sailing!

Love my new runner. It's a custom sized runner, 14 feet long by 2.5 feet wide. The quality of the rug is excellent, and I added the non-slip backing which works perfectly! Easy to unroll and lay out. It looked perfect on my floor immediately.
