I was skeptical at first to order a custom carpet on line. The rugs are amazing! The bound edge is very professional and the quality of the rugs are excellent. I ordered the rugs for walk in closets. So they have a rubber backing option which I selected. The rugs don't move around and don't need a pad. I highly recommend this company!
I ordered 3 rectangular rugs of same material and pattern. Left clear instructions on my original order. The rugs' pattern did not follow the same direction. And they are not willing to offer any solution.
When I got my rugs they looked great but the corners would not lie down. I had to order another item from amazon to make this happen so the cost of the rugs went up. I would have thought the Perfect Rug people would send those to me without me having to buy.

My rug is the first wool rug I have owned, and I regret purchasing the wool. I have owned this rug for several months and I'm still picking up wool tumble weeds. I wish I had know what to expect. I do not have a problem with the customer service. The size was perfect.
Cannot see pw while entering it, only after. Site did not prompt me to click "Terms & Conditions"; it prompted me wrongly to enter a working email. I could not figure out what was wrong for a few attempts. Frustrating.

Different screens kept popping up when I was on the screen I needed. I had to redo order several times because when the screen flip flopped it lost the information I had entered.
However, in saying that, I am highly pleased with getting a free sample of carpet I think I want. I also love how it calculates price by size.
Frustrating that my password would not be accepted after multiple attempts to reset it. Also had to call Customer Service to find pad recommendations. Otherwise, was quite satisfied products (samples)and service received.
Quite frankly it is annoying that I have to give feedback and agree to ALL forms of follow up communications in order to get an order confirmation etc.
It would be great if the page that shows the images had a check box for samples. In the early stages it is impossible to know what colors/textures/patterns will work with a location so being able to get a good sized set of samples is very helpful.
It was not clear from the beginning that I needed to have an account. After going through the site and almost getting through the payment process, I realized you didn't have my address... I went back out and created an account and went back through the payment process. Either have an address screen or indicate CLEARLY that an account needs to be created before continuing to shop and gather samples or items in the basket.
I love how I can select materials, colors and borders and get a quick look at my product before purchasing it.

- larger detail images, say: one close up and another of a rug from further distance, another in an actual room
it was extremely difficult to set up an account and order. If my husband wasn't here it wouldn't have happened. Therefore, I wouldn't have ever tried your product. We will see with your sample.
The web interface was really difficult to use, and the credit card check out did not work despite several attempts.
your site and products would be more attractive if you showed room photographs of the rug. It is hard to judge the overall pattern of a large rug from the small photo and small samples.

the search critera doesnt seem to save. i had to keep reentering it and it took a long time to find all the samples i wanted.
Your website is very difficult for ordering multiple custom rugs - you have to start all over every order. I like your rugs but not the website.
Pleased to have a rug cut to the exact size I requested. Would have liked to have had a "zoom" view to better assess the pile. Altogether though, I will shop with you in the future.

searching for rug styles is confusing and samples on the site are too small to see when searching for categories or styles.

I like that I can custom order any size rug. It is disappointing that certain rugs cannot have the "barley there" border.
