I was skeptical at first to order a custom carpet on line. The rugs are amazing! The bound edge is very professional and the quality of the rugs are excellent. I ordered the rugs for walk in closets. So they have a rubber backing option which I selected. The rugs don't move around and don't need a pad. I highly recommend this company!

I bought a custom cut wide runner for my foyer. It just wasn't working for me so I ordered samples from TPR and made my selection. The order process was easy, it didn't take very long to get the new runner, and I love it! I would have saved $$ had I done this to begin with!

Looked a long time for a rug to fit in front of my fireplace with no success. Then I happened upon ThePerfectRug...Problem solved. Very nice rug, high quality, excellent fit.

I ordered a large rug. It came with pulls already in the rug. Chairs were placed on the rug, which get moved periodically, and there are permanent indentations in the rug where the chairs have been. I was told that all this was a normal part of a rug.

Had a very narrow place in front of closet inside outer door, fits perfect.

When I got my rugs they looked great but the corners would not lie down. I had to order another item from amazon to make this happen so the cost of the rugs went up. I would have thought the Perfect Rug people would send those to me without me having to buy.

From the start, we had an excellent experience. The colors on the website were true. The swatches came quickly. We ordered a custom size rug for our space. We waited as these things take time. Delivery was a little slow as there were delays in the final mile but that seems to be how it is coming out of the pandemic. We laid it out and love how it looks. Would definitely recommend.

Top quality. Absolutely perfect measurements. Such careful delivery chosen by The Perfect Rug. The rug was so well wrapped with various layers of protection. Pictures do not even do justice. The sisal with the border ties together the entire room. I have never seen a more beautiful rug in my life. Thank you so much for doing custom measurements; no standard size was working for our new dining room.

We ordered a rug from perfect rug company as they were ale to do any size and we had a non standard size area. The rug took longer than they had said but not a problem and only to be expected with all the delays due to covid. We are really happy with the quality and it fits perfectly. Would definitely recommend - if you are going for a non standard size then expect to pay more.

The 3x5 carpet was beautiful and very well made. The color was as advertised.

My rug is the first wool rug I have owned, and I regret purchasing the wool. I have owned this rug for several months and I'm still picking up wool tumble weeds. I wish I had know what to expect. I do not have a problem with the customer service. The size was perfect.

I wanted a jute rug, Decided on sisal instead. Plenty to choose from. Very, very happy w/ a gorgeous and "Perfect" sisal rug. Nice price and great quality.

I ordered 3 rectangular rugs of same material and pattern. Left clear instructions on my original order. The rugs' pattern did not follow the same direction. And they are not willing to offer any solution.

I've been waiting over two months for my rug. They shipped it to the wrong part of the country. I tracked it down through the freight company myself because the people at Perfectrug do not return calls as promised. I think my rug got shipped back to perfect rug and should be coming my way but I have received no updates from the company. I asked to cancel my order but was told no. Meanwhile, they have had my $1,200 for months and I have nothing to show for it. Find a different custom rug company!

I love my new hall runner. The hallway is narrow, so the rug dimensions had to be just right. ThePerfeectRug gave me exactly what I asked for, so now I have a beautiful wool runner that will last for years!
