I ordered several natural sisal rug samples and received them within two weeks time. The samples came with recommended border colors. The samples' weaves and border colors assisted me in narrowing down my final selection for a long hallway runner.

Loved being able to pick up and customize my rug! The billing page was a small issue though, and hope there won't be a problem. The shipping address stated the US on the confirmation page, but when I submitted it, it said Canada.

Website was easy to follow, selection of materials was extensive, being able to add a latex antislip backing was a big plus. Prices are not cheap, but then neither is the finished product, we are happy with this custom rug purchase.

Phyllis has been terrific in solving questions about the rug we want. Loved getting samples and the whole experience has been great. Looking forward to our new rug.

UPDATE: RUG IS FANTASTIC! Mermaid sisal. Phyllis and her team took great care since we wanted the design going a particular way and they made sure it was exactly right. Softer on bare feet than we expected which is super!

It's an odd size rug, so I appreciate being able to have it made for me. I have a large, heavy sculpture with 2 eagles. The base has a black, sharp edge, and I'm afraid it will gouge my wood floor. So, I had this (mostly black) rug made to put under it to protect the floor. It's working out perfectly. Thanks!

So far so good--found exactly what I wanted. I was a little bit taken aback by price at first because it wasn't obvious that the rug price didn't include the border, but it WAS too good a price to believe. Maybe the a la carte pricing should be made more obvious at the start. The rug itself is fantastic--it looks great and works perfectly in the space for which it was designed. I would order from this company again.

So easy to get samples, and it's so helpful to see the rug sample here in the home! What a great experience!

I recently ordered an unusually long runner, and a round rug 4 1/2 ft... They are both PERFECT! I'm thrilled, with both the rugs and the padding I purchased- truly "the perfect rug!"

Nice selection and I can choose my border and size. That's great! Not limited to what is in stock. I've only ordered samples so far. I do plan to order a rug for my kitchen, but I'm not ready to order yet.

Runner was exactly as specified ( a challenge with many online stores) the quality of the carpet and binding exceeded my expectations. When I called to check on status, the operator was very helpful and advised exactly where the rug was in process.

Your website is well designed and easy to use. My wife and I really appreciated being able to have rug material samples sent to us, as well as the unexpected suggested border samples and the measuring tape and string. The finished rugs were every bit as nice as we had hoped.
