Ordered a light, price dropped in just over 24 hours by a substantial amount (25%). I would like the price of the product that is advertised before my product is even shipped. Customer service is bad, sorry non-existent. Looked too good to be true. 50% restocking fee, 50%!
I bought some night stands, they arrived promptly. I assembled them and they look fine, I threw away the boxes. Put then in their locations and then discovered they were to wide. The dimensions on the site were wrong. ATGStores.com assistance to get these items back to them has been horrible.

Place my order on 2/19/10 and was charged same day for my product that was scheduled to ship on 2/24. On 2/26 I got a shipment delayed notification for shipment on 3/5. Today is 3/6 and the status of my order still says "waiting on shipment from manufacturer" with a 3/5/10 ship date. Read some of the other postings here - hope I don't experience the same.
I ordered 2 drawer pulls, was given a shipping estimate of a few days, and then was continually send "Shipping Delayed" notices for 3 weeks, I then requested the order to be canceled, feeling like I would never receive my items, that ATGStores.com charged my credit card for at the moment of purchase. It took another week and a half, while they were giving me the run-around saying the manfacturer had the items, and then that they didn't have them, and then telling me that the order had been shipped (even to the point of sending me an incorrect UPS tracking number for items shipped to their home office), for the company to finally tell me that "the manufacturer" had this item on extended back order and did not have the items to ship. Then I was only refunded the item cost, not including the shipping costs, and had to contact them again and explain that they never even had the items to ship, why are they keeping the shipping? I finally got my money back, and ordered my drawer pulls from another company who informed me that manufacturer had 141 of these pulls in stock, and they wanted to know who told me they didn't. I hope the manufacturer follows up with ATGStores.com. I will never shop them EVER AGAIN... what a nightmare!
Their policy of charging your credit card upon order receipt isn't fair -- I've ordered two products recently, both have now been canceled as the products are now listed as "discontinued", but the charges remain on my credit card. They claim it takes one week after cancelation to reverse the charges -- I think this is an unjust way to improve their cash flow! They should charge your credit card when the product ships like most on-line merchants...
I have placed many orders with ATG Stores.com, the products I have purchased arrived early. Just recently I bought wall fixtures for my new Media room expansion and not only did they arrive 2 days early, the shipping was FREE

This website had great pictures but when the product arrived and the two sinks were different colors, I had trouble returning, they charged a 20 percent restocking fee after 2 days. The agent Rick Halsted was RUDE and not at all helpful. Obviously a small run company with no resources and no concern for return customers.
The product looked horrible compared to the picture and I wasted a good $100.00
