I am so disappointed with this site. They're very clear about all sales being final... totally get that. But when the item I ordered looked nothing like the item on their website, they would not make it right. I feel totally ripped off... the error was theirs, not mine but I'm still out $100. Just don't. Not worth the discount and i even question the authenticity of the item I ordered... I have a lot of Icebreaker clothing,... the shirt I ordered from last hunt was a decent price but the fabric feels cheap compared to my other items... just don't bother

They have no quality checks when sending out orders. Should have read the reviews and believed them. They sent an expensive yoga mat that was clearly dirty and was damaged. I have pictures. They asked me to return but the return is a really big hassle for me especially with a large item (the box is huge). For partial refund they only offered 10% and after convincing a mere 15%. They were prompt with offering the return label so I'll give them that. I haven't received the refund yet but I will update this when I do.
Never will I buy here again. Bought a coat and turned out to be shorter than I thought. And absolutely no refunds. It's so not worth the savings. You can't even get a store credit, I asked... sorry no can do was the response.
This is the second order I have placed with them and a second time I didn't receive my order. The worst part this time is that there is no customer service. They lie and make you wait and then ignore you. Im waiting on my order placed early November. I've had to contact them on every platform just to try a get an answer. I have messaged them asking for a refund. If I don't hear from them I'll be opening up cases against them
I don't usually write reviews, but I feel, I have to write one regarding The Last Hunt and their returns policy. I am more than disappointed in the fact that I cannot return garments once I've purchased it, all sales are final! Please be aware of the terms and conditions before you order from this company they have just lost my custom.
I saw a lot of negative reviews for this site and was a bit skeptical about ordering from it. However, I went for it anyways based on another 5 star reviews - know your size in things and if in question, try it on in another store for fit as their return policy is final sale. I bought a pair of limited issued Vans High Tops in my size and they showed up very quickly and were as exactly as described.
I check the items first in-store, try the shoe sizes (Merrel, Keen, Salomon) before I order. Everything i bought from The Last Hunt site I am very happy. Fits me well, no defect and 50-60% discounted.
I ordered a Cotopaxi fleece hoodie. It shipped to me 2 days later. Perfect condition. Size and colour as ordered. Very pleased.
I read the reviews after my purchase so I was really nervous about opening my package...but was thrilled it was amazing!
I am obsessed with The Last Hunt. I have placed at least 23 orders according to my order history and will no doubt place many more. A lot of the complaints I see are pertain to sizing, which if you read the small print you will know they do not accept returns due to size or fit only for misrepresented or defective items. I keep a list of things I like in the stores and write down what size I fit so when they are out of season I can scoop them up. It helps to use other sites reviews like REI or Zappos to figure out sizing. I have saved so much money buying from The Last Hunt, especially when they have sales and the shipping is usually super fast, maybe a bit slower during big sales. I cannot recommend this site enough.
If you already know the product: all good. If you're relying on their pictures / descriptions: buyer beware.
I got the Sense dress from Peak Performance, which was pictured as curved, but came in as a ruler-straight long boxy t-shirt, with a major side slit that was not visible nor described. Colours can be quite off, which is par for the course with online shopping, but still: got an orange t-shirt when I thought it would be pink.
Very fast delivery and quick customer service reply. Will shop there again, especially for gear.
Don't listen to those salty reviews. Go try you item first at Atmosphere which is the parent of the last hunt and then make your order. Why? Because they clearly notified you more than once that there will be no refund or exchange based on size, only on defect items.
Ordered a arctic parka the north face and delivery was less dans 48 hours and the coat was in perfect condition.
Please stop wining about customer service while you clearly got notified that there is no refund and exchange. Period.

I have been ordering product for myself, my husband and my children on this website for a couple years now. Always fast delivery, great quality product and great prices. The one time I had an issue because men's north face small jacket arrived instead of a women's. They requested a picture of the tag, which I sent, and then they happily exchanged the product. They are very clear that all sales are final. Know your product and know your size in certain brand and you are good to go.
I bought some Keen boots for more than 60% off the regular price. One of the boots had an issue so I emailed them. I got a reply back and was able to return them. I ordered another pair and had no issues. I feel bad for anyone that had issues with the company but they were amazing to me. I have nothing bad to say about them and I'll definitely shop with them again. Communication was find and so was my refund. In order for a return or refund there has to be a defect. They state this on their site
I have been a victim of terrible customer service from The Last Hunt. I was shipped someone else's order, while my original order shows it has been shipped. Its been over a week, and I am getting the most unsatisfactory answers by email (they do not employ customer service reps here - even for their own mistakes). After requests for pictures of shipping labels, contents of the box, I am now having to wait for more information on how to send back this mystery box. So after about 3 weeks now, of originally placing my order, they are advising me to go back on to their website, to re-order again! I will be in touch with my credit card company, as this seems to be a scam to me!
I would strongly discourage anyone from taking a chance in ordering from this company.
I have ordered a pair a boots in size 11 1/2 45 men's... the sent me a cheaper model and size 46 without notice! I have sent several emails... they don't reply to emails. It seems they do that quite often! Last hunt... last in customer service!
I had an item missing in my order. I emailed customer service as they have no phone contact to call. No one got back to me on two attempts. Once they have your money they don't care about what happens after,.
Try the item on at a store that carries it and then order from last hunt and save $$. They warn you MULTIPLE times that it's last sale, so if you don't know that. It's on you. I'm 100% satisfied with my Fjall Raven coat that was 399+ at mec and I got for 250. Awesome site and quick delivery.
Purchased items that in the reviews stated fit small so I bought a size up. This still wasn't large enough and the sizing is not even close to other manufacturers. With that said I just wanted to exchange for a larger size. The Last Hunt basically said 'too bad so sad'. Nothing we can do for you. Brutal customer service. I understand no returns as a policy but at least give the customer an exchange. Last Hunt, my Last Purchase! Good customers only stay for good retailers.

Answer: IF you shop here, remember they don't offer refunds. Apparently it is in their very fine print. If the shoes /item don't fit - too bad. You threw your money away. If what arrives is something you don't ever recall even looking at. They just take your money. They just took over $100 for no-name crap running shoes that were sent. When I was shopping I was only look at Roka runners and somehow these no-name whatever they are were delivered. No refunds. No integrity and no accountability. I would have paid return shipping as I WILL NEVER wear these CHEAP SHOES and I definitely would NEVER have bought no-name shoes for +$100 dollars. TEMU and WISH are better than these CHARLETONS.
