It is a no return policy site and I understood that when i ordered. Issue is that the company has inaccurate descriptions on the website and they refuse to take any responsibility for that. They hide behind their vendors and their response to me was that the description is the one the manufacturer provided. So i was expecting snow pants and i got rain pants instead. They are untrustworthy and unethical. Do not buy from this company.
I purchased a Spyder mens winter coat 2 weeks ago. They sent me a toddlers snowsuit instead. Since then I have sent 4 emails with no reply, return or refund. I was a loyal last hunt customer as I have purchased 4 coats in the past from them but will never shop here again. The parent company is Altitude Sports but they will not take a call from a client to rectify their careless mistake.
Not really sure how they can justify their return policy, mainly because a lot of their products are not true to fit. You order an extra large, and its bang on right size, but then you order a large and its bigger than xl. And if you cant exchange based on that, then that's an issue.
This is the WORST COMPANY. Do not be tricked by the cheap prices of brand name products - the descriptions are not accurate, and when you receive a product you ordered that's not what you purchased, they do not offer an exchange or refund. It's ridiculous. I ordered a size 6K bog boots for two two-year-olds and it stated the size was 5.7 inches. When I recieved them, they were MASSIVE. I mean, I wear a size 9 in woman's and I can put these on my feet. I sent a pic of the sizing chart attached to the shoes and a picture of the shoes measured 10.5 inches to customer service and they didn't agree with the difference?! This is insane. Now I'm stuck with two pairs of bogs boots that don't fit the children they were bought for. Disgusting customer service. Will never buy from this cheap company ever again. Buyer beware!
Because costumer service is a real nightmare. Chose and paid for same day delivery on a monday mourning. Didnt received the package when I left for trip on the wednesday PM. tried to get in touch on tuesday with no success. Shipping company didnt have the package then so I told them not to send the package cause nobody would be able to pick it up. No answer. They answered me on thursday to asl
Me if I got the package (no!) and then they never wrote me back after that. Its been 6 days in a row I send email asking for a refund without an answer.
If you see a deal on The Last Hunt, run in the other direction. The only thing their customer service is good at is to tell you they won't help you. If it doesn't fit, you are stuck with it. Their size chart pointed me to a size and I was pretty confident about it. The garment is way too big. They'll tell you it is not their fault nor their responsibility. I am out $300.
I have had two bad experiences with The Last Hunt and the listed sizes. This is important because of their 'no returns' policy. The first was with a pair of shoes where the size listed was 7-7 ½. I am a size 7 and was hopeful with fingers crossed. The shoes arrived and they are closer to a size 8.
The second bad experience was with a Micheal Phelps Wetsuit. All I could do when I opened the box was laugh. I had read reviews that had recommended sizing up because the size chart is skewed for the smaller. Normally I am a Women's Medium, so I sized up to a Women's Large. When I held the suit up it was more likely going to fit a 14 year old child... No where near long enough in the torso and will only stretch enough to cover a lanky pre-teen.
I would only recommend shopping with The Last Hunt if you know the product lines really well, or are able to try them on in a local store to determine your sizing with that company.
Deals to be had, but shop very carefully on this site.

How can you write that "they are sold out" and yet still have the items for sale on your website? This is on the verge of "false advertising" now that you wrote at 3:47 they are sold out, and yet at 4:44 they are still listed on your website?

I ordered from last hunt for the first time. They are scam artists. They sent me the wrong sizes and wrong items. They lie 1 they do not have any return or exchange policy. They will take your money - Rob you - and will not respond when you tell them they sent you ALL the wrong items. Please do not order from this company. They are a fraud
I ordered a pair of shoes, they sent me the wrong style, when I complained the offered a refund, but when I was transferred the money they did not refund their shipping fees. So keep in mind if you order a product you could possibly not get the product you ordered, and have to either accept that or pay a fee for no product at all. Had they warned there was no full refund I probably would have just kept the shoes so I didn't pay for nothing but a bad experience.
They don't guarantee their sizing chart is accurate. Just purchase large size jacket and too small. They replied "The size chart is only an indicator provided by the brand and in no way a guarantee." THIS IS A SCAM
I purchased a Helly Hanson jacket for my husband in XL which is the size I always purchase for him... and yes I have purchased Helly Hanson before I used to own a ski shop and carried their line. This coat fits more like an XXXL and they refuse to exchange it. I am beyond furious! I am a business owner and understand there are two sides to a story but this is simply not standing behind their products and service. Awful customer service.
I have bought several times from them. I do have to say they deliver fast. But they make mistakes with the sizes and their customer service needs major improvement. I have sent several emails and they do not respond. Their products are good and their prices are good.
I ordered two pairs of pants from this company. One came in correct size, the other 4 sizes to big. The company refused responsibility and refused return or refund, claiming that I ordered them... one correct size the other 4 size larger. I do not know what happened, is it a computer error or simple attempt to unload their stock by scamming clients. Do not buy there. You do not know what you will get and they will not accept your return.
Ordered next day delivery never received merchandise. (was for my son's first ski outing) emailed, callled and got an answering machine ( really?) status of order always at ready for pick up and even boxknight carrier wont respond. I have been ordering online for years and never encountered such crappy service. These guys dont deserve to be out there. The Dakine snowboard bag I bought came very quickly within 2 days and was the right size, and in perfect condition, but it was the wrong color. The bag I ordered and the bag I received were both camo but a completely different style and color. After doing some investigation, the color stated was the "Dakine Field Camo", but the picture was actually "Dakine Olive Ashcroft Camo". The Last Hunt had the wrong pictures for what they were selling. I didn't end up sending it back because I actually didn't mine the field camo. This is what you're going to get from the last hunt. Don't trust pictures, triple check everything, brand models, pictures, sizes, etc. The Last Hunt isn't so bad if you're 110% sure on what exactly you're ordering and if you don't know if something will fit don't go with them. Ordered a Rossignol ski jacket and never received the item so I contacted customer service and an agent named Mimi gave me the run around saying due to COVID there is no proof of delivery and therefore no refund can be issued.
