NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES, GET THE WRONG SIZE YOUR SCREWED.
Purchased $150+ pants and top for my better 1/2, got the wrong size... SOL!
These products are definitely counterfeit. Bought my daughter and myself a spyder ski jacket and they are not warm at. I can only wear a couple times before having to buy a new ski jacket. They are labelled exactly like the real ones but they not warm at all. My son has a real one and the fabric is windproof, and he is never cold. There is no way these authentic. They do a very good job of making counterfeits.
So I bought a winter jacket but the coat was mislabeled, I ordered a medium the zipper tag reads M, the label inside reads S. I've sent numerous emails to them and they responded once and then no further response from them to return the item. It's a small! It's not my fault it was not labeled correctly. They stopped responding to my emails.
So I paid extra for quick shipping and my package has now been delayed by over 10 days. No replies from them via email. GARBAGE customer service. I'm beginning to think that my item won't show up at all!

I recently purchased a Barbour belt which was incompletely described and hugely oversized.
Have reached out twice to The Last Hunt for refund/return. NOT EVEN an acknowledgement. Caveat emptor. Absence of customer service on the brink of killing the brand.

Very fraudulent store, complete thieves. Sent me wrong item for a 300$ purchase! No possibility of contact them, they do not respond. They do not allow reviews. Surprising for a Canadian online store, how shameful
I live in Nova Scotia and have been ordering from The Last Hunt for a few years now. My most recent order was received today.
As a mom of 9 year old twins and a 5 year old, it is always difficult to keep up financially with clothing, footwear, outdoor gear, etc as they are constantly growing. This site has really helped our family to keep up!
I recently put in an order during their big clearance sale (they have these sales regularly) for 2 Jansport backpacks, a women's Lole jumpsuit, 2 women's Frank & Oak coats, and 3 pairs of youth sneakers (2 Reebok and 1 ASICS), and a pair of Men's Bogs boots. The order was $410 after tax and delivery. I received it within a week and *every* item was of superior quality. Not only that, but I felt satisfied with the price and happy I was able to afford these great quality items for my family.

I gave it five stars so this Importent comment would be seen. I lost over $400 on my purchases with these con artists. Bought shoes that were improperly sized. I am a size 11, I ordered size. 12 because of the comments from other buyers that they experienced sizes were incorrect and to size up. And they were still too small. In addition there is no option to return them and no option for a trade in. My shoes fit but my wife's did not but my shoes after 20 minutes gave me huge blisters on my heels even though these shoes were classified as blister proof and these people could not care less. This is the worst online experience I have had to date. I hike with over 30 professional hikers every week and they will all know how terrible my experience has been. Consumers Beware!

The Last Hunt is clear and specific on their website that all sales are final, which is fair considering the deep discounts the site offers. You need to know your size and be willing to accept the terms as specified. If you order what you believe to be your size and it doesn't fit, you bite the bullet and gift it. But what if Last Hunt sends the customer the wrong size? They don't care. You're still stuck with the product even though they have failed you as a customer. Terrible business to deal with and will avoid doing so in the future, no matter the good quality and discounts offered.
The Last Hunt is so pathetic there is no way you telephone them to return their mistakes. Sad indeed.
Can't believe in 2024 there are still frauds like this in Canada. They use fine print to reject all exchange/ refunds. I couldn't find any where to review their company couple of month ago. Cuz they got no listing on any mainstream websites. Only a bunch of like made up Reddit threads. They sent me a jacket that does not match description and is wrong in size. Told me to get lost because I didn't read their fine print. Can't believe they are allowed to operate, probably run by offshore scammers.
Repeated mistake in 2 orders: I ordered shoes, they sent me the wrong size, I had to send them a series of messages with pictures of the shoes. I was sent a return label and had to go to the post office to return them.
I ordered again, the same product, they sent me back the wrong size. Again.
They offered nothing else or more than during their 1st mistake.
Worst after-sales service. Worst team in shipping.
I ordered a Cotopaxi fleece hoodie. It shipped to me 2 days later. Perfect condition. Size and colour as ordered. Very pleased.
I read the reviews after my purchase so I was really nervous about opening my package...but was thrilled it was amazing!
I am obsessed with The Last Hunt. I have placed at least 23 orders according to my order history and will no doubt place many more. A lot of the complaints I see are pertain to sizing, which if you read the small print you will know they do not accept returns due to size or fit only for misrepresented or defective items. I keep a list of things I like in the stores and write down what size I fit so when they are out of season I can scoop them up. It helps to use other sites reviews like REI or Zappos to figure out sizing. I have saved so much money buying from The Last Hunt, especially when they have sales and the shipping is usually super fast, maybe a bit slower during big sales. I cannot recommend this site enough.
I've ordered twice from this site. 2 items from my order were damaged so I contacted the customer service immediately. After 3 days they replied asking if I would like to return the items and they will issue a returning label, so i said yes. Haven't heard back since then, emailed at least 10 times in the last 2 weeks. Zero response. I'm out of pocket $600 with damaged items I can't use. Just stay away from this site, doesn't worth it.
Even if something isn't like the picture shows or doesn't fit right this company will never exchange credit or give you're money back I suggest taking you're business elsewhere
Tested the same shoe at MEC and it was the right size, I ordered the shoe from them and it was a smaller size. How I'm not sure! Either there's some play here with the tags or this is just $#*!ery. Customer service is as blant as can be.
The company sold me a defective jacket where the zipper is very hard to zip and doesn't remain closed and now are threatening to use my payment method to charge me more in unauthorized transactions to send it back to me if I send back the defective model to them. Avoid buying from these scammers standing behind shoddy customer service and a "small employee base" to buy anything from them no matter the price.
This company has brutal customer service. Will never use them again. Not worth savings a few $$ for last years products. So many bad reviews and i wish i did more research... that's my bad. Now i'm wanring others.
Don't listen to those salty reviews. Go try you item first at Atmosphere which is the parent of the last hunt and then make your order. Why? Because they clearly notified you more than once that there will be no refund or exchange based on size, only on defect items.
Ordered a arctic parka the north face and delivery was less dans 48 hours and the coat was in perfect condition.
Please stop wining about customer service while you clearly got notified that there is no refund and exchange. Period.

Answer: IF you shop here, remember they don't offer refunds. Apparently it is in their very fine print. If the shoes /item don't fit - too bad. You threw your money away. If what arrives is something you don't ever recall even looking at. They just take your money. They just took over $100 for no-name crap running shoes that were sent. When I was shopping I was only look at Roka runners and somehow these no-name whatever they are were delivered. No refunds. No integrity and no accountability. I would have paid return shipping as I WILL NEVER wear these CHEAP SHOES and I definitely would NEVER have bought no-name shoes for +$100 dollars. TEMU and WISH are better than these CHARLETONS.
