This is the second order I have placed with them and a second time I didn't receive my order. The worst part this time is that there is no customer service. They lie and make you wait and then ignore you. Im waiting on my order placed early November. I've had to contact them on every platform just to try a get an answer. I have messaged them asking for a refund. If I don't hear from them I'll be opening up cases against them
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from them
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a retailer charging me and not sending me the product . On top of that multiple attempts to talk to someone to get an answer.
Also ruined a birthday present because it never showed up

IF you shop here, remember they don't offer refunds. Apparently it is in their very fine print....
They had apparently used the wrong carrier and I gave them 2 months to sort it out and no follow...
