I would like to thank you for the great attention I have received with the First Group since the beginning of communication with Malika, which was passion, calmness, and prioritizing the client satisfaction
All the arrangement done by Miss Malika were Punctual without neglecting the smallest details from organizing our arrival to scheduling all the activities with a way the least we can say about is professional, she was very special on her handling until our last minutes in Dubai

The phone discussion about options and available services and accommodations is different about site and profile options
It gave me Wyndham Dubai marina // Not available!

It was great pleasure to get know about the First Group by representative Mohamed Baioumy and Aria company representatives especially Samir Darani who welcomed us and explained all terms and conditions.

We're almost concluding payment of our 2nd apartment with First Group. It hasn't been easy but with their push We're close to done. It's a great investment

I highly recommend The First Group to anyone who wants to visit Dubai for vacation or investment. Indeed, I had a great experience in Dubai in July 2024 thanks to The First Group travel offers. The visit to the TFG headquarters and the presentation of the project portfolio (Burj Khalifa, Sport city, El bacharai, ainsi que la Tour Ciel, le program aria vacations) was something impressive and unforgettable!

Mr Ricardo Salmon LED-******* a hotel guest stayed at Wyndham Dubai Marina and I've met him at our lounge to book some excursions as they are first time to visit Dubai and need more information of where to go and how to book, I've established a contact with Me Ricky and booked for him some excursions as well as I've arranged Yacht Cruise dinner for his wife's birthday and he was amazed and very satisfied of my overall arrangements,,
In addition I gave Mr Ricardo a brief of TGF profile and booked him an investment Tour at our office as a potential investor.

Everything was fine until we used the Dubai Lifestyle package we bought. Your after sale service was nothing but pathetic. Despite requesting on numerous times to have our activities booked beforehand, we were told we had to book upon arrival. It was all done last minute and due to the delay we could not take advantage of all activities. We travelled with a 3 year old child and i am 6 months pregnant. Everything was done last minute and i had to do all the chasing with your advisor Soumia every single day. She would not pick my calls or respond in a prompt manner. As we could not do the Safari or the Museum of the Future, we requested to change the activity. It was changed but to very low standard activities such as boat cruise. Boat was another pathetic experience. The boat itself was breaking apart, music system was not working well, food was so poor very few options and mostly indian. No quality whatsoever! When asked to change hotels, we were told there was no availability when in fact we visited the waterfront hotel and they said they could book us in! When asked her to book us a restaurant she told me to book it myself! Very very uncomfortable situation you guys have put us in. I could write a diary of issues we faced in Dubai.

I trust TFG as a company is working diligent and honest. Since I and my wife purchased a hotel room, the company has honestly kept the promise and shared the rental income based on the agreement

The company has been good to my family and the TFG employees are so friendly and work in professional way
